At least that's what I was taught when I worked as a cashier at a small drug store in Connecticut. The carpeting is disgusting - it's so nasty, I find myself trying to walk along the edges where it's not so disgusting and worn. If the experience couldn't get any worse for the customer, you now have to type in your name and information when you get to the pharmacy register - like with your fingers on a communal, dirty touch screen, while people wait behind you in line. What brainiacs at CVS decided to implement this added work and drudgery for the customer? This is why I'm now shopping online whenever possible- which is too bad because I used to know my pharmacist in person, by name. But that was at a small, locally owned drug store, which have all but disappeared and been replaced by the behemoth chains. We all spend a lot of our dollars at CVS, the least they can do is respect us with a decent experience.

Unfortunately, the bathroom for this store was not clean and very off putting. From the broken, dirty 'keychain' to the missing soap, overflowing trash, and broken toilet, this bathroom is unacceptable. I hope the store employees don't have to use this bathroom, but just the idea that the pharmacy team uses this space is extremely off putting. I documented all the problems in the photos attached here. I cannot imagine why there would be strange signs, no toilet paper, broken appliances, etc, when the rest of the store seems clean and managed well.

In front of approximately 5 to 6 customers, he repeatedly used profanity in English insulting the owner of the business calling him the B word and also calling him a M.F who are really nice people. He then continued the rant in his own native language, making derogatory statements about the owners, including accusations about his pay, also that he make the company more money than they ever had, and claiming the business would fail without him even though the business been there for longer than he has been here. He also stated that he sell so much lottery scratch offs convincing what he said he makes customers to buy them boasting like is the best at it. The outburst lasted several minutes and disrupted the entire line. It only stopped after a customer asked him to stop so another employee could focus on completing a transaction correctly. Additionally, this employee frequently tells customers that he is the owner of the business, which directly contradicts his own statements during the incident. He has been openly disrespectful toward customers and made negative comments about them in his native language, seemingly assuming no one could understand. In today's environment, that is a risky and inappropriate assumption. Also, these days people speak more than one language. Mahi's behavior reflects poorly on the business and creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. Customers should not be subjected to internal disputes, profanity, or disrespect while simply trying to make a purchase. I hope management addresses this situation seriously to ensure a professional and respectful environment for both customers and other employees.

When I reviewed this store four years ago, it was a solid four star review. After my experience…read morethis morning, I am awarding the fifth star. Why? The staff is incredible especially the manager, Chris. I'm here all the time before work. Usually its around 6ish which is early, but I have to be at work early & this is the only location near my office that is open this early. I showed up at my normal time this morning. Today is our Secret Santa in my office. I have a gift in my car but I was in desperate need of tissue paper and a Christmas bag. I didn't pick this up over the weekend because I knew this was one errand that can wait until Monday morning. This morning they weren't allowing customers in because their cash registers were down. I understand but I couldn't go to work without a Christmas bag. I asked for the manager, only because I know he knows who I am since I am there several times a week. Chris graciously allowed me to come inside and pick a bag and tissue paper. I offered to leave my credit card and I also offered to leave cash. I wasn't looking for anything for free. Chris insisted not to worry and he had it covered! I couldn't believe how much he helped me this morning. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and I greatly appreciated his help. I called him once I arrived at work~just to let him know how much he helped me and how much I appreciated his help. In today's world, it is a breath of fresh air when someone goes above and beyond to make a customer happy. I will stop in tomorrow morning and settle up with him. This store has a great team and it's all due to the management. Honestly, Chris didn't have to do what he did, but because he went above and beyond, I will never forget how kind he was to me. He was my own personal Santa Claus!!! Now I can bag up my gift for my colleague and not be embarrassed because I didn't have a cheerful holiday bag. Thank you Chris, your the best manager and your store is the nicest one around. Most importantly, your staff rocks. Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy new year to you and your amazing staff. Believe the other reviewers when they say the level of incompetence here is BEYOND insane. The male…read morepharmacist is literally mentally deficient (I am not being uncharitable or unkind here, this is factually true). The woman working the counter with the accent appears to speak fluent English, but then doesn't understand anything you say and continues to do each and every thing incorrectly. I found myself literally looking around the store in disbelief as if I was on a hidden camera show. Truly astounding, avoid at all costs.
