This CVS location needs a lot of improvement. The employees are not professional. I shouldn't have to hear them discussing their heated personal problems with each other - that doesn't belong at work. At least that's what I was taught when I worked as a cashier at a small drug store in Connecticut. The carpeting is disgusting - it's so nasty, I find myself trying to walk along the edges where it's not so disgusting and worn. If the experience couldn't get any worse for the customer, you now have to type in your name and information when you get to the pharmacy register - like with your fingers on a communal, dirty touch screen, while people wait behind you in line. What brainiacs at CVS decided to implement this added work and drudgery for the customer? This is why I'm now shopping online whenever possible- which is too bad because I used to know my pharmacist in person, by name. But that was at a small, locally owned drug store, which have all but disappeared and been replaced by the behemoth chains. We all spend a lot of our dollars at CVS, the least they can do is respect us with a decent experience. read more

The pharmacists were really kind and patient, as well as efficient and helpful. I appreciate them being able to give me antibiotics for my sick child when I needed them. Unfortunately, the bathroom for this store was not clean and very off putting. From the broken, dirty 'keychain' to the missing soap, overflowing trash, and broken toilet, this bathroom is unacceptable. I hope the store employees don't have to use this bathroom, but just the idea that the pharmacy team uses this space is extremely off putting. I cannot imagine why there would be strange signs, no toilet paper, broken appliances, etc, when the rest of the store seems clean and managed well. read more

Usually I am not a fan of this CVS, but they now have some very nice employees who are super helpful. No snarky remarks. However, the shelves are lacking in many products. This is very sad to see. Whether it's cards, lotions, medicine and more- every shelf has a a "supply chain issue." Of course, I do like earning rewards and I do use their coupons. Since I am no longer supporting Walgreens (since they refuse to supply the abortion pill), CVS will get more of my business. read more

Last time I will ever come to this cvs. The employees at the pharmacy cussed me out and threatened to call the cops on me because i asked for my script after waiting the 15 mins they told me to. The employee literally told me to come inside and do her job for her because i was simply asking for my script after i had already waited the 15 mins they asked me to which i shouldn't even have to do. Also, after i gave up and just drove away not one minute later did i get a text saying it was ready. They had my prescription ready and literally refused to give it to me out of pettiness. The pharmacist at this location are clearly power hungry. Clearly management at this place isnt doing anything to turn it around even after they have numerous horrible reviews which is why i called corporate to report them and told them management is also an issue here and it needs to be brought to the attention of someone higher up. read more

I have stopped in here periodically throughout the last three years. It's my new favorite location and it's certainly better than a few other local CVS's. I am always greeted, which is nice and on each visit I wind up talking to an employee. Why? Because they are friendly & I love that. The isles are well organized and I always find what I came in for. CVS is not my pharmacy so I can't comment on that department. It is always busy just like every other CVS or Walgreens. I personally use Publix & I am happy. If at some point I were to make a change, CVS would be my choice. The pharmacy and the Minute Clinic are currently giving the yearly flu shot as well as the shingles vaccine. There is also a drive through for your convenience. They have it all at this location! The line moves quickly & I am always in and out. Great customer service and the store manager has a great team. The store is clean, everything is organized & the location is convenient. This is going to be my new go to store. If you are assigned "Sindu Gorge" at CVS minute clinic RUN the other way. Our experience with Sindu was the most horrendous medical experience of our entire life. Not only was Sindu dismissive, ask strange questions unrelated to symptoms reported and refuse to treat the symptoms reported, she was also dismissive of reporting of the symptoms in the first place! Green and yellow dark phlem, headaches and cramping was reported. It feels like a UTI infection was reported. Sindu instead says liver function should be checked and said the test cant be done at CVS then ends the session. A perfectly healthy 25 year old is told to get liver checked instead of prescribing simple antibiotics for the reason symptoms reported. Later that day we went to another healthcare provider and they diagnosed, low and behold, a UTI infection as we initially suspected. This was a textbook symptom and antibiotic treatment that could have been performed by a 1st year MED student. Hell, web MD would have provided this solution with a simple google search. But somehow Sindu wasn't able to come to the same conclusion and somehow believed it was liver failure and refused to give antibiotics. Again, if you get Sindu assigned for your appointment at minute clinic save yourself some headache and just take $40 cash from your pocket and burn it in a trash can -- Because thats essentially what you're doing by going to a visit with Sindu - throwing your money away an wasting your time. This CVS is a public health hazard. The restroom hadn't beed cleaned in a long time (weeks, possibly longer). The trash cans (all of them) had bloody napkins and towels with unidentifiable fluids overflowing onto the ground. Even the fixtures were gross. We notified a worker who was clearly annoyed by us. This location would never pass a legitimate health inspection. read more

Have you ever had a day when everything went wrong, was delayed, and consisted of one small disaster after another? On 10/29/19, I chauffeured a relative around to and from surgery, got him food, and tried to get his prescriptions. The first pharmacy was out of one. Then we drove to this CVS at 8:11 PM. I gave the prescription to the male pharmacist, and said I was going to bring my relative home (nearby) and come back for the meds. He goes, "it will only be 5 minutes." I was stunned and happy. It took about 90 seconds!!! I love this pharmacy! It was the only quick, efficient event after a very long day. Thank-you to the pharmacist again! read more

The so-called doctor in the minute clinic asking questions for 15 minutes without even looking at me and then asked me how long I have been sick and I told her two days and she told me that she didn't think she would be able to diagnose me since I was only sick for 2 days! I asked her if she was a doctor and she got very pissed off and started yelling at me! I spoke to the manager and he just said since you had a bad experience with her you should probably go to another clinic in with anything to her or even speak to her, do not go here for urgent care because she is an idiot!! read more

Went to this CVS this AM to drop off three scripts..drop off window was closed. The pharmacist (a woman) seemed very busy but stopped to help me. Only one other employee that I saw at pickup window..also busy. Not that crowded but more staffing is needed. Quite frankly, always seems understaffed! read more

Tonight I had the worst experience at the RAPID COVID-19 TEST SITE. The signs out front state to remain in your car until called. I arrived at 5:40 p.m. for my 5:50 p.m. appointment. I was never called. Two nurses ignored me in my car, and took 2 persons who walked up to the door. At 6:00 p.m. we tried to complain to the Manager, who proceeded to gas light me and make excuses. At 6:19 p.m. the nurse was very rude and stated she called my phone, which she never did. Terrible experience. Needless to say, I didn't get tested. read more

Scheduled my 2nd dose for the vaccine a month ago and I can only go at a certain time. Get there 10 minutes before and they make me wait 15 minutes only come to realize it's not going to be ready for another hour...ridiculous. If they saw there was an appointment scheduled at 9... it would be the logical thing to prep for that appointment. Now I can't come for a couple days. Next time I'll just go to Walgreens. read more

JUST GO TO THE CVS IN TARGET AND AVOID THIS PLACE ALL TOGETHER. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any pharmacy. The pharmacist, Christina, was rude and raising her voice at me from the beginning, and gave me SO much sass when I said my birthday was July 30th- "That's just a day, I need YOUR BIRTH DATE!" Okay, so she's grumpy, I'll just brush it off. Nope. It got worse. I had been trying to fill an Rx that they kept telling me was out of stock, but would be there in a day or two. Three weeks later, I was done waiting on hold for a half hour just to be told it would be another day or two. If they could just tell me my Rx was going to take a while, I would take it to another pharmacy. I had called the day before and after 20+ minutes on hold, someone picked up the phone and said they would check if my Rx was ready yet, they put me on hold, and after 10 more minutes, someone (female) picks up the phone, types for a bit, and hangs up. No call back. I didn't want to wait another half hour on hold so I figured the person was smart enough to either call me back or start filling my Rx if it was finally in stock. When I got to CVS today, I find out that the med is finally in stock, but since I didn't CALL TO REMIND THEM to fill it, they haven't done anything about it. And now that I'm there in person, they'll start filling it, but it will take a few hours since there's other Rx that were in the system before mine. Since before 3 weeks ago!?!?! And are all those people waiting on the store!? There was 1 other person there. I tried to be polite and told the pharmacist that I would just wait it the store. She continues yelling at me and telling me I can't wait and it's going to take hours. I was still trying to laugh it off and tell her I had time so I could wait, but what she said next had me in tears. She decided to lecture me on how rude it was of me to have them fill a prescription I didn't need, and that I'm wasting their time. Sure, I had a prescription auto refill that I didn't need yet. Sorry. But what about the half hour I waited on hold EVERY SINGLE DAY for weeks asking about my Rx? What about when I was hung up on and no one called me back? What about the time I wasted waiting for this CVS to get their act together when I could have taken it anywhere else? Not to mention the time I had to wait today while they filled my Rx as slowly as possible. I do not know how Christina got into pharmacy school or how she got hired, but CVS deserves better. STAY AWAY FROM THE PHARMACY!! After being on hold for a very long time. I get some rude lady on the phone who asks me birthday over 5 times, and my name 3 times, and then asks for my birthday another time and then asks if you want me to give you the information you requested you need to spell me your first and last name. Whatever happened to being nice and showing a small amount of friendly customer service. if you hate your job don't work there go find a better job. why be so mean and rude and treat customers this way. i simply do not get it at all. i will never ever go to this CVS or let alone go to the pharmacy. seriously it is a very sad situation to be rude on the phone with a customer who has been waiting patiently on hold for over 20 minutes. read more

I went to this CVS (Store 1821) to buy candy for my charity. I brought with me the Organization's tax exempt certificate. When I presented the certificate at the register when paying, I was told that they don't do tax exempt sales. I told the shift supervisor Jaime that I had done tax exempt purchases at that exact CVS before. She told me that she had been told by the store manager that they did not do tax exempt sales! I KNOW that is not correct since I had done them there at least 4 times before! She was not mean, but she was not helpful and told me I could call their 1-800 number! Someone needs training! A shift supervisor should know what to do! Now I will have to take more of my time to get the Charity the money back they rightfully should have! Frustrated and upset! read more

I have always used CVS as my drugstore. The employees were always polite & cared about the customers. Sadly, that has changed. I have two credits that never made it to my credit card account. I called my bank, and there were no credits for the receipts I had. The store told me to contact their 800# re these credits. The 800# told me to go back to the store on this matter. I spoke with the manager. He was like talking to a dead computer and told me he could not help me. Here he is, the manager of the store, and he could care less about his customers and the credits due. I then called the 800 # a few more times, to now be told that they put in a request for the credits, and in 10 days the credits should appear on my account. But they didn't. I gave it one more try, and this time the story changed. The rep said it was applied to my accounts back in Jan., but again, when I called the bank they weren't there. Anyhow, CVS has lost my business for good. I can understand why they are closing a number of stores down. read more

This clinic is inappropriately named Minute Clinic. It took an hour simply to be seen for a simple vaccine. Why anyone would come and wait here is beyond me, but I will not be back. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with they do not even deserve 1 star. It happens to be the closest pharmacy to where I live however I would rather drive an hour for better and reliable service. Not one of the employees here cares at all the absolute worst customer service. Here they seem to lack education and training and they are very rude. These incompetent airheads are so lazy that it is nearly impossible to get ahold of them by phone and they also do not check their voicemails whatsoever. I have been in there countless times and just watch them ignore the phones ringing to worry more about what they are going to order from chick-fila. They will make you sit there for hours saying just one moment or send you away to come back in 30 minutes and they will lack recognition and still won't have it done. Rude to me in the pharmacy when I handed my prescription, threw it back at me and said we don't have this medicine. Sent my husband in a few days later and they did the same thing to him. Tried to fill another prescription with a coupon from the drug company and the pharmacy couldn't figure out how to apply it. Last straw ....today I called the pharmacy and a rude girl answered "can you hold ?" And put me on hold before I could speak. I held for 7 minutes and 14 seconds before hanging up and swearing off this CVS location until they get new pharmacy help. It's unfortunate because I spend hundreds there and the front associates are always very nice and professional. CVS corporate would be appalled at these pharmacy workers!! read more

Dealing with this CVS pharmacy gives me a headache and has been the absolute worst experience. I had a prespecription sent to this location and they told me it would be ready in 24 hours. 24 hours go by and I call to see if it's ready. I sat on hold for SO LONG that I walked to the store quicker than anyone could answer the phone. I got there and they told me my prescription is out of stock and to try again another day. So, I called two days later and they said they still don't have my prescription, but offered to give me medication that is similar (different brand). I needed my medication so bad that I agreed to switch brands. I go into the store the next day to pick up my prescription and they switched me to a brand my insurance doesn't cover. Once again, I was desperate to get my medicine so I was going to pay for it despite the ridiculously high cost. However, when I tried to pay with my card, they told me their card machine was down and could only take cash. I left without my prescption and transferred ASAP. Surprised this pharmacy is still running if they're this careless with everyone's prescription. read more

Had a fabulous experience here today at the minute clinic. The nurse practitioner was smart, professional and friendly. If you've never been to one of these clinics I highly recommend it for non emergency care and minor ailments. I had pink eye. I was seen promptly and treated well and I even got my flu shot while I was there. The flu shot was free, the treatment for my eye required a $10 copay. My doctor copay is $35 and an ER copy is $150. Not to mention that I would have had to sit in a doctor's office or ER for hours. I was seen within five minutes. I needed a prescription and, if you go to the minute clinic, your prescription is priority. It took less than ten minutes to get it in a busy pharmacy. Great experience. Highly recommend. read more

Maybe they were just having a bad day but I arrived at eight because the pharmacy advertises that they open at that time. A few minutes after eight a lady finally came to the window and said she needed some time to get the computers running. A few minutes after that she comes back to the window and explains she can't find the clipboard. Meanwhile there was a line forming.
