I stopped in here as a last-ditch effort an hour before close, and wow--these guys absolutely saved me. Duncan was kind, patient, and quick to help. I left with everything I needed, stress lifted and ready for my meeting. It's rare these days to find service that genuinely goes above and beyond, but that's exactly what I got here. I hung around town all day, since I live 30 minutes out of town, as it wasn't ready. I came back several hours later after two messages telling me it was ready. There were 4 cars ahead of me. We waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru and then they told me my medicine would not be ready until Monday! I said, "I have two messages saying it's ready and I've been sitting here 45 minutes!" She checked again and I finally got it! Because of such a long wait, we were then late to a birthday party we were originally hoping to be early to! I will not be going back!

I usually hit HyVee first after checking their sale fliers online. I don't do a lot of my shopping here because their prices are higher than Walmart, but they do have great sales on produce and meat very often. So that's what I get there. I like that their parking lot is easy to get in and out of without a hassle. The store is also the perfect size for me. It's not too big and not too small. Their meat counter is great. I'm a regular there so I tend to see the same familiar faces every week. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I really love the fuel saver/rewards card. I usually save $2-$3 on laundry detergent from the digital coupons each month because I'm a member. They also have other great deals for members including saving on gas. I just feel very at home here. When I go to other HyVee stores it just doesn't feel the same. I hope I never move too far because I love this store.

Grocery can be found here. This location had some items in stock that others would be fully stocked. Nice collection of everything that a larger store would have: Opalhouse, Hearth and Hand, seasonal clothing brands, vegan items, electronics, bikes. I can tell they stock less of the items due to space. Service is ok. I tend to see same cashiers and customer service managers. I hardly come here but I have found that if other locations are out of something, I can find it here via Target app. Drive up pick up is offered here. Parking lot can be crazy. Layout is similar to others in DSM but just smaller.

Only for them to tell me it is their "policy" that they do not accept items from another location when the back of the receipt says other wise. I then drive 4 minutes to the next closest Walgreens and was able to make my exchange with NO issues.

Yesterday I just stopped here for some brews and the selection was pretty darn good for a Walgreens... I thought. I also snagged a couple gourmet giant suckers.. (2 for a dollar!) They hit the spot! They do have a rewards program, that really keeps prices low on some items and it's free so not a bad idea if you are going to be a frequent shopper!

Horrible pharmacy!!! I ordered a prescription to be filled Friday 10/24. Got a text that my order…read morewas ready at 7:24 PM, drove right there. The pharmacy closed at 6PM and a sign on the door advised the pharmacy would be closed until 10AM Monday. Got text messages all weekend saying my prescription was ready (the pharmacy is closed until Monday) and then a got a text telling me the pharmacy was closed and they would advise when it reopened. Never received any text advising they were reopened but I went there straight from work today and they CLOSED AT 6PM! Tried calling another Walgreens to see if they could fill it and no luck there. I advised that I was leaving at 4:30 AM tomorrow on a trip and was told I could call my Dr's office and have them call the prescription into their location. It is 6:15 at night, the Dr's office closed at 4!!! Horrible customer service and I refuse to deal with this crap any longer. Been a loyal customer for 30+ years but no more. I am moving every single prescription I have out of their reach so hopefully I won't ever have to deal with them again!

The only down side of the place is they just changed store hours so they're not open 24 hours anymore. So if I need to go out to get medicine in the middle of the night so my daughter will feel better, I have to go somewhere else. All in all Walgreens on east Euclid is a great choice to pick up what you need. I recommend it!

I dropped off three disposable cameras to be developed. 2/3 were developed and returned in a timely fashion. The third was MIA. For TWO WEEKS I've been hammering this local store and corporate for answers as to where this camera is and absolutely NO ONE was willing to help or provide any insight. I was sent on a wild goose chase with phone number after phone number of people to contact to get answers, all of which continued to say 'I can't help you with this', 'this isn't our problem' and many other excuses alike. FINALLY, the Inventory Manager, Mary, stepped up to the plate and took the initiative and accountability to contact the third party vendor whom they use to develop film (contrary to what I'd been told the past two weeks, that no one is able to contact this vendor). Mary was the first person to finally own up to the fact that this camera, full of memories I will now NEVER SEE, has been lost somewhere between Walgreens and their developing vendor. While I appreciate that Mary took the initiative to seek out an answer, I'm sorely disappointed that it took two weeks of pestering to get anyone to move the needle. I'm not sure how any of the staff at this local Walgreens or corporate is able to maintain their job with the lack of work ethic, lack of problem solving skills and lack of simple customer service/support. I know I'd lose my job in a heartbeat if my answer to a customers question/problem was 'dunno' or 'not my problem'.
