So apparently the DEA has a new rule where CVS Pharmacist can only open the narcotics safe every few hours. Meaning that it takes 3 hours to fill your medication. I called the joke of a manager named ROCHELLE and questioned why it took 3 hours to fill a prescription... in return she kept interrupting and being rude as shit, then proceeded to hang up on me! I'm 36 and I know that if you're a "manager" at least have any kind of professionalism at your job, then you do not HANG UP ON THE CUSTOMER!!!!! Rochelle is a joke, the pharmacy is a joke, and so is the entire store and chain for that matter. I went to complain to corporate to no avail, their number stays on hold for over 20 minutes and there is no contact email. Just moved and thought I would transfer my prescriptions to this CVS. The Pharmacist watched me stand at drop Off for 10 minutes and did not offer to help me. Finally when I said excuse me could someone help me..... she looked at me and ignored me.... her younger counter part said "she is staring at us... I guess we should help her",....,.. never in my life have I encountered such rude people. When I went to cashier ladies up front and told them they said we all hate her.... all her employees hate her... and they sweetly apologized. When I left they said we get complaints all the time about her and nothing happens. Cvs you should pop in on this store.... it's a nightmare. read more

Ok, now this takes the cake! I've used this pharmacy for over 5 years, I've taken the same medicine during that time. I stop thru the drive thru to get my prescriptions filled, once again nothing new, it's been the same exact medicine! So I pull up the lady sake me to wait to see if the medico is in stock which it was.. She comes back asks me to wait again & 2 minutes later she informs me they will not fill 2 of my prescriptions because my doctor isn't local.. The doctor I have is in the same county & I go to this cvs because it's in between my office & home.. What is wrong with this situation.. Ya know, it's one thing when you tell me my prescription will take an hour to fill and when I show up over an hour later, it's not finished. It's a whole other story when you refuse to apologize and give me the alternatives of 1. coming back an HOUR later or 2. coming inside to wait (I was at the drive thru). So, I park the car and drag my sick self inside to wait since I did drive 15 minutes to get there. Perfect, 3 hoodlum children are climbing all over each other and the available waiting seats while their lovely mother digs in her purse for enough pennies to count out to fulfill her $10 cost. 35 minutes later...35!...my name is finally called and I can leave. Not before one pharmacy staff member took the group's order for any snacks or drinks they wanted in the store, left to pick them all out, filled out the forms to do so, and distributed the goods. Clearly, they were working hard to get me out of there. Sorry for your wait? No, why would they be sorry? This CVS acts just like the giant they are with little care for the little guy. As for the store itself, it's fine. Often they are out of their advertised items. It's good if you need to pick something up quick. If you can help it, take your prescriptions elsewhere. read more

I've used this pharmacy numerous times in the past 3 months, and almost every time I go, I'm frustrated. There are always lots of employees in the pharmacy, but it seems like everyone is rushing to do nothing. It's as if only 2 out of 6 people know what they're doing. They ask when you want to pick up your prescription, and I sometimes will give them 3 hours or so, and when I show up 3-4 hours later, they haven't done ANYTHING with it, so I stand there and wait. They're not even courteous about it. I'm never the only one standing there waiting for something that should have been done a long time ago either. This store is CHAOS! I'm switching pharmacies! The employees at this location are rude and unhelpful. I try my best to avoid this location as much as possible.

This is the absolute worst CVS I have ever been to. Prescriptions were laying all over the floor behind the counter and they were very disorganized. They run the establishment like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. What should have taken 15 minutes took an hour and a half. For 2 prescriptions that dont need to be counted. The store is fine, the pharmacy staff is awful. I usually let things go and understand people have bad days but every time it's the same nonchalant and rude attitudes. I called in yesterday to ask a price and the girl who answered the phone was the rudest person ever. I get it, it sounded like the pharmacy was busy but you don't have to be rude to existing or potential customers. Everyone else is just there to earn a paycheck and you get the vibe they don't care about their customers/patients. Another note, the wait times for prescriptions is ridiculous. Looking at other reviews, CVS obviously doesn't give two shits about their reviews. I had been going to this pharmacy for 15 years, but I will no longer be going there. I guess the only benefit to this location is s drive thru but trust me it's quicker to just run into giant or safeways pharmacy. read more

What is wrong with the gal at the prescription drop off counter (brown hair with glasses)?? She has got to rudest pompous ass I have ever had to deal with. God forbid you ask her a question! She snaps back with "we're slammed I don't have time for this!" She has not just done it to me but with other people on line. She needs to be in the back stocking the shelves. I see all the bad reviews here but apparently CVS doesn't read or doesn't care. I will never go there again because of her and outrageously long wait time (one time it was 24 hours). The rest of the pharmacy staff are cordial. Since she is so loud you would think she would have fired. Never ever going back. read more

The store seems decently stocked on non-sale items. Sale items seem to always be out of stock when I shop there. What's really frustrating about the store, though, is that no matter when I'm there there always seems to be only one employee in the front of the store, and the wait can be slow to check out if there are multiple customers or if the one employee is stocking a shelf far away. read more

To say I received poor customer service today would be an understatement. I went to CVS #1881 in Dunkirk, Maryland today to pick up my daughters new prescription of Albuterol that was phoned in by my doctor on Monday. When I made my way to the back, there were 4 staff members working in the pharmacy and at least 3 of them looked my way and never acknowledged me. (a simple "Hi! I will be right there" would have been more than sufficient) When someone did help me she couldn't find the prescription and passed me off to someone else to look it up. After this new "wonderful" staff member found my prescription she chastised me for not calling ahead to make sure the prescription was filled. If the new prescription was called in on Monday morning it should have been available Tuesday evening for pickup. When I finally got home with the prescription, I realized she gave me Budesonide instead of Albuterol. I called the store and got the same "wonderful" staff member again and she told me that she will send the prescription to a closer CVS and I will be able to pick it up at 9:15 PM. When I arrived at 9:15PM the store was closed. This type of service is absolutely unacceptable and could have harmed my daughter. read more
