The last thing I want is to be treated as incompetent over the company's own mistakes (which, may I add, happen WAY too often), especially when I have always been patient with all of their silly excuses. I used to enjoy this pharmacy; now it's unfortunate to deal with rude staff who NEVER know where my prescriptions are.

When it was my turn I walked up and said I was picking up a prescription. The lady blankly stared at me. On the receipt it says Moira helped me so I'm hoping that's the right woman. She had gray hair in a ponytail and glasses. I stared back at her for a few seconds and finally said "soooo what do you need? My last name? First name?" All she said is "yup." Ok, so I start spelling both my names and she interrupts me with "Date of birth?" I'm not even halfway through telling her my date of birth and she interrupts again to say "yup, we have one for you." The majority of people picking up a prescription are either sick or in pain, so why do you have an attitude when doing the job you signed up for? I hope she has the day she deserves :)

Avoid Walgreens 610 Pleasant St Brockton, MA 02301 pharmacy at all costs. There was an issue on the…read moreprescription filled that I needed to return, which I did within 2 hours of purchase. Bag was still stapled shut from pharmacy, items unopened obviously due to bag being sealed. Took back to pharmacy at which point the pharmacist unseals the bag to examine unopened contents and then responds saying Walgreens cannot accept returned because the bag is opened which is what they did. Escalated issue to Walgreens Corporate over two ago with the continued promise that I would be contacted within two business days which has continually not happened. It is no wonder to me why Walgreens is now closing 500 locations with this exceptional lack of interest in its customers. Apparently they haven't received the memo that no company is too big to fail.

After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I had a family member call on another phone. Five minutes later, someone picked up my call and smashed it down. So, I called back on my landline and on my cell phone. We have 3 calls on hold now. When, 10 minutes later someone finally picked up, I told her that someone had smashed the phone on me. Oh, I don't know who could have done that she said. And while the message kept saying they were helping other callers, they told us how many calls were ahead of us and it was our other 2 phones! Whatever happened to customer service? It's a different world and they just don't care.

I said you only contacted them once? "she said, we contacted them and didn't hear back". But only tried once??? "Well, they did not get back to us so you will need to contact them".... So I said, thanks for nothing and was told thank you.... Terrible customer service! They made only one, only one attempt to reach my DR office. It always, and I can say always, after 20 years a wait and the turn over is a clear indication of poor management. GO to Walgreens across the street! You will thank me.

While standing near the counter, for the heck of it, I called CVS and entered prompts for "pharmacy."Guess what! -- The phone didn't even ring at all in the pharmacy! I was standing right there, listening to the prompts ... But it was obvious that they actually had the ringer off in the pharmacy. Absolutely pathetic service. The young guy at the counter seemed more intent on moving the line along than actually meeting customer need-- hearing concerns and addressing them. Unlike other pharmacies (example, Walgreens right across the street) staff won't reach out to physicians on customers' behalf if there is a problem with prescription; they just tell customer to come back after customer has resolved. Yuck. I've also had the experience of pharmacy telling me that drug wasn't covered by insurance when , in fact, another pharmacy told me it was (after I left CVS with same prescription.) Go the extra mile? They don't even go the extra inch! I had tried CVS in the past, and had decided to try it again. My recent experience confirmed that it hasn't changed. When it comes to pharmacies, I will vote with my wallet and not return. There is one saving grace their photo department is good, and the front part of the stores managed well.

I had a prescription order sent to Walgreens on a recent Sunday, only to find out, as I walk into…read morethe store, that the pharmacy is closed on Sundays - and that the nearest open Walgreens pharmacy was in MALDEN. It's absolutely unbelievable that a nation-wide chain would just be outright inaccessible to people who need medicine every single Sunday. Apparently Walgreens believes that if you made the choice to be sick on a Sunday, that's YOUR fault, and you can just suffer until Monday for your mistake. Due to Walgreens' callous disregard for the ill and injured, the schedule for my medication was delayed, inconveniencing and quite literally harming me, and I had to use time I should have been resting on back-and-forth communication with my doctor to arrange for a different pharmacy to fulfill my order. Needless to say, I will never, ever be setting foot in a Walgreens location again for the rest of my life, neither for medicine, nor for any of their storefront items. I won't so much as buy a greeting card from this cheap, unprofessional penny-pinching farce.

I went to the self check out register and rang up some items using my wife's rewards card. I was using my rewards card for the gifts for my wife. I had and older woman that worked there as a cashier come over and inspect what I was doing. She let me know that I didn't ring up some of the items, which I already knew and tried explaining to her. She was extremely rude!! I came in 2 days later to return one of the items with the receipt. I was met by the "nice" old lady that proceeded to be extremely rude and said she would let me return the item because I didn't pay for it. Mind you I brought the receipt. She wouldn't even give me her name to file a complaint. What an Awful experience!!
