I said you only contacted them once? "she said, we contacted them and didn't hear back". But only tried once??? "Well, they did not get back to us so you will need to contact them".... So I said, thanks for nothing and was told thank you.... Terrible customer service! They made only one, only one attempt to reach my DR office. The young guy at the counter seemed more intent on moving the line along than actually meeting customer need-- hearing concerns and addressing them. Unlike other pharmacies (example, Walgreens right across the street) staff won't reach out to physicians on customers' behalf if there is a problem with prescription; they just tell customer to come back after customer has resolved. Yuck. I've also had the experience of pharmacy telling me that drug wasn't covered by insurance when , in fact, another pharmacy told me it was (after I left CVS with same prescription.) Go the extra mile? They don't even go the extra inch! I had tried CVS in the past, and had decided to try it again. My recent experience confirmed that it hasn't changed. When it comes to pharmacies, I will vote with my wallet and not return. There is one saving grace their photo department is good, and the front part of the stores managed well.
