I asked for the cashier's name and he said his name was "Eddy". Eddy had stepped up above and beyond by offering the free slushies anyway. He is an exemplary employee worthy of promotion! After a long day of work and being able to get my daughter her slushy...7-Eleven really made it all work out! I could've just bought the slushie, but the principle of it all and just being able to participate in 7-Eleven's celebration made it all worthwhile.
