I realized they didn't have a Yelp review. Time to fix that!!!!!!! This is how positive my interaction was with all of the people there. From the front desk ladies to Julian. I'll start with my first time there: I was greeted by the lovely ladies up front. I waited a few minutes for the first fellow, whom I can't remember his name, to greet me with the fun stuff. He went over everything in its entirety. He fit the mask on my face and fit the straps to ensure it fit snug but not too tightly. With the dry El Paso heat, we went over the humidifier as well. I left excited and comfortable with my machine. When I brought it home and started using it, I started taking the mask off at night in my sleep. This was a mix of two things, I'll only get into one of them. My mask was perfectly fit to my nose so it was too snug and felt like I was suffocating. I called the store and was put on the phone with Julian, he told me to come in. This is when he saw how snug the mask was and gave me a bigger size. Ever since it's been smooth sailing! He gave me more tips on cleaning and was so helpful. When I had my 3 month follow up, he remembered me and gave additional info and answered all my questions! He deserves the recognition. He knows his job very well. I know this post is long, bit there isn't any information on the location. I was lost in the sauce when I was told to come here. Google the place and follow the directions. Slow down when you get to Locust. There isn't designated Parking so try to find something on the street. I was pleased to find that our government approved a Farm Bill which in part legalized CBD use in Texas along with all other 49 states. I took my mother down there and we were warmly received by the person behind the counter. We were introduced into the products and had all questions answered. The young woman was kind, and very concerned and pointed my mother out to the best option for her condition. My mother is now pain free thanks to this amazing business providing this outstanding medicine. Although many don't like President Trump, all those that use CBD can thank him for legalizing CBD.
