They both stood and waited for me to state my business but addressed other people while looking over my shoulder. The tech who serviced me dropped the meds into the bag from a height. The thud was intentional. The slapped the completed order in front of me and didn't say a word. If I'm not mistaken I'm the customer and the person working should be pleasant at the least. She was nasty and made me uncomfortable. I didn't get her name but she was a younger woman with long brown hair and was at the consultation window.

I can't write this review however without pointing out that I happen to be from New Jersey and I'm just visiting here in Evansville. So with that perspective let me express my shock at seeing that this CVS sells hard liquor. Need your vodka, whiskey, rye or bourbon? They have it all! I guess such a liquor selection in a pharmacy is common here in Indiana - but you would never find such a thing in New Jersey. Back home you need to go to an actual liquor store to satisfy your boozy needs. So is a CVS in Indiana better than a CVS in New Jersey???? Maybe! Enjoy!

The legs themselves seemed to be ok with the exception they were close to being completely thawedl since they seemed to smell ok I packaged them and put them in the freezer. I don't know what the problem may have been. We could smell the odor before even opening the bag and wondered how anyone else could not have noticed. perhaps they were close to something not good or the area they were in needs cleaning. It was not the pleasant experience it usually is. All else was great and of course we will continue getting our groceries this way. Just wanted you to be aware.

I get a notification my order is ready and go to my local store and I don't have an order to be found! Guess where it is! Yep!!! 250 miles away. All Walmart will do is cancel and refund my bank account in 10 days. When I ask the guy at the 800 customer service where Columbus Indiana he said....in Indiana! DUH... REALLY! He said no big deal it's still in my state what's my problem. You stupid app that can't leave my store as default. You live in Indiana just go the store in Columbus if it's not at your store and you don't want to wait on refund! I'm in Evansville and I had to google where Columbus Indiana was to discover it was 250 miles over 2 hours away. Almost to Indianapolis and I'm in Evansville. I only had a carpet cleaner machine, just the one item for over $100! They would or could not transfer my order only refund if I didn't want to go to Columbus and get it! Ummmm... Sorry but cost me as much in gas as the cost of the machine and why would I even consider doing that! Now I got to wait till the 28th of August for my refund before I go elsewhere to get one. We are not fond of Walmart, never have been! We (DO NOT) grocery shop there but only for the price on home needs is better. I will pay more dollars and get what I and need elsewhere. I don't set foot in Walmart but maybe 3 times a year and now my husband and me will boycott and go anywhere else but Walmart. The employee was friendly and very kind. I brought my own bags and she took the groceries out of the plastic and put them in my bags. She made sure she didn't make them to heavy because I mentioned I have arthritis. Great employee and I will be using this service again. If you are elderly I highly recommend this service at the Newburg, Indiana store.

Today I was called in an antibiotic by my doctor. Advised by doctor that if I did not start the antibiotic today, the likelihood of needing IV antibiotics goes up significantly. Called and informed the pharmacist this, and they promised by 4:30. Also was told that pharmacy closes at 7. By six, I had heard nothing. Called again and was informed it would be ready by 6:20. Just needed to get there by 7. Left at 6:30, received text at 6:32 saying it was ready. Live approximately 12 minutes away. Arrived at pharmacy at 6:43. Total of 7 vehicles in drive-thru. Waited for several minutes, no movement except in first line. Moved into first line at 6:58, and, big surprise, line starts moving. Get to window at 7:01, and was told by Keiona (sp) that they couldn't help me, because I was too late. Told her I was in line well before 7, and was told I was lying. She saw me pull up after 7. I told her this was not the case, and she told me to get there sooner next time. Told her this was literally not possible, because it was not even ready until less than 30 minutes before closing. Yelling began. Ultimately, they gave me my prescription, but it took a lot of arguing to get there. I understand they are under pressure, due to the state of the world, but you NEVER call a customer a liar, especially when there is proof that is false. Recorded calls, text timecodes, and camera footage from their own security system doesn't lie. Transferring all medicine tomorrow. By the way, if you want to know why the place has fallen apart, they don't even have a store manager, according to their receipts.
