I really hate to complain,, so far everything about the home service delivery of my groceries has been great, However today i notice a very strong foul odor coming from the bag containing my frozen chicken legs(13 legs 5,17, expiration date 12/23/24}. The legs themselves seemed to be ok with the exception they were close to being completely thawedl since they seemed to smell ok I packaged them and put them in the freezer. I don't know what the problem may have been. We could smell the odor before even opening the bag and wondered how anyone else could not have noticed. perhaps they were close to something not good or the area they were in needs cleaning. It was not the pleasant experience it usually is. All else was great and of course we will continue getting our groceries this way. Just wanted you to be aware. read more

The app keeps defaulting me to Columbus Indiana 250 miles away. I have repeatedly tried to keep it on my local store! For the 2nd time in a few months it defaulted while placing my order. I get a notification my order is ready and go to my local store and I don't have an order to be found! Guess where it is! Yep!!! 250 miles away. All Walmart will do is cancel and refund my bank account in 10 days. When I ask the guy at the 800 customer service where Columbus Indiana he said....in Indiana! DUH... REALLY! He said no big deal it's still in my state what's my problem. You stupid app that can't leave my store as default. You live in Indiana just go the store in Columbus if it's not at your store and you don't want to wait on refund! I'm in Evansville and I had to google where Columbus Indiana was to discover it was 250 miles over 2 hours away. Almost to Indianapolis and I'm in Evansville. I only had a carpet cleaner machine, just the one item for over $100! They would or could not transfer my order only refund if I didn't want to go to Columbus and get it! Ummmm... Sorry but cost me as much in gas as the cost of the machine and why would I even consider doing that! Now I got to wait till the 28th of August for my refund before I go elsewhere to get one. We are not fond of Walmart, never have been! We (DO NOT) grocery shop there but only for the price on home needs is better. I will pay more dollars and get what I and need elsewhere. I don't set foot in Walmart but maybe 3 times a year and now my husband and me will boycott and go anywhere else but Walmart. Yes the machine was available in my area store so defaulting to 250 miles away for availability wasn't and shouldn't have happened. Every time I try to use the app I always check when I sign in and it's defaulted back to Columbus Indiana. We are done with you Walmart, if you can't accept my default store 3 miles from me and think I can or should drive 250 miles like it's no big deal one way to get there then SCREW YOU. If it was possible to give a negative 5 star, you better believe, I sure would. However there is no option for no stars and had to leave one yo post this. read more

We live closest to this store. And btw who reads reviews for walmart? Huh? I guess you huh? This store is like most others. Some good employees some bad. Some are just too damn stupid to believe. There is one cashier that I will avoid like he is a zombie. One time while checking out I handed this cashier a coupon, it was upside down and he looked at it and said. "uh, this is just a piece of paper". As i turned it over for him for him to take it I was just floored by the stupidity of this idiot. I avoid him if he is checking out people to the extent of changing lanes or going to electronics to check out. If I see him in the store I purposely go the other direction. I mean what if his stupid is contagious? I don't that. So yeah it sucks and the people are awful. But I can't get my damn Southern style sweet lipton tea anywhere else. Walmart has gotten increasingly worse over the years. The pandemic was the last straw in my opinion. I always feel like I'm shopping in a 3rd world country market, but without the culture, when I go in here. Good luck finding an employee for assistance, and if you do, they'll: 1. Not be able to tell you any helpful information, 2. Be irritated that you asked for help. This place is always dirty and unorganized. I feel like I'm in an alternate universe every time I go in here. IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!!! NEVER PURCHASE TIRES FROM THIS PLACE!!! I purchased tires in late March of this year. On September 20th I had a major blowout while driving on the interstate. The tread on the tire came completely off the sidewalls. Very obvious that it was a defective tire. I was also informed by a mechanic that the tires were very obviously retreaded tires....not NEW, which was what I had PAID FOR!!! I had to buy 4 new tires (from a reputable company) because I was honestly afraid for my life if I continued to drive on them. They refused to do anything for me, they wouldn't even replace the defective tire. Horrible customer service in the tire Service Department!! You guys are horrible! If I can give negative stars I would. Service is horrible and the manager was too busy flirting with employees than doing his job. No carts have been brought in and the only lane open is self checkout. Employees are lazy and with no adequate supervision I can understand why. Walmart money services closed several hours before the posted times. Wal-Mart's like this make me want to take my business elsewhere. read more

The service is terrible, and I'm surprised that they haven't figured out the lack of cashiers issue. 30 or so cash registers that they've invested in, and not enough people to run them. Was just there and the store was packed , they had lane 8 & 10 open, we were the third person in lane 10, the cashier finished up with the first customer, starts on the second one , turns her light off and tells us we need to get n the other lane to checkout ( about 10 people in that line ) needless to say we sat everything down and left ! read more

This is the busiest Wal-mart on the planet. There are never enough lines open and my car has been dented multiple times in the parking lot.

I waited for 5 minutes as the counter while two workers talked to each other. Then when I asked for help the one who I asked said let me finish with the other worker than I will help you. If your in the clock you shouldn't be a customer and if you are off the clock you should remove your best so others don't think you are on the clock. read more

I wish I could give a negative rating because this store was the worst Walmart I've ever been to. The whole store was dirty throughout and the floors were disgusting. I walked in right before 10 on a Saturday night in the home section. When I went to check out, this whole side of the stores registers were closed down. There were huge lines all pushed to the grocery side of the store. After I waited forever with only 3 items that I needed, even at the self checkout, I walked back down to the home entrance where I parked, only for a lady to tell me that the door was already locked for the night! it's 10pm!!!! I had to walk all the way back out the grocery side to then walk outside all the way to my car in the cold, because they locked half the store up! As I'm getting to my car I see several people try to go into the home entrance!! Wtf! Why would a Walmart close and lock up an entrance before midnight!! I can understand midnight but not 10!!!! Not to mention the piles and piles of stuff that were in carts at the customer service center that took up all the space to walk between entrances. I will never come back to this Walmart! I went here today. I am disabled and 70 yr. Old. I walked the home items sections and could not find ice trays, by this time I couldn't walk looking any longer, I went to the lady at the check out and told her what I wanted,she called of some one and finally they came , she was hateful acting because she was called away from something. I am running out of Walmarts to go to. I had to quit going to the Newburgh, Indiana store in March; now I have to stop going to the Walmart on the East side of Evansville. There were five registers open with at least 8 customers in each line. (They are installing several self-service registers, however). Anyway, a worker opens a register next to where I'm standing and announces, "I can take one at a time" and begins to ring up the woman in front of me. When she is ringing up the last item, I put an item on the counter (because I haven't moved at all in the line I'm in) at which time she yells loud enough for two lines of customers to turn around and look, "I said I was taking one at a time!" I threw my item back in my cart. Not two seconds later she says to me that she can help me now. I refuse, saying I good where I am. I would have been louder or I would have left my purchases there in the cart, but I was wearing a shirt with my employers name on it and since I work at a daycare, I had to swallow my anger. i called the pharmacy to ask about a particular diabetes test strip to ask if it were in stock and the price as I needed to purchase immediately. The pharmacist was rude,short,curt and said they were too busy to leave their post and go to the aisle to see if it were i stock and that I could be put on hold for a very long time until someone could go look. I waited for several minutes with no response and hung up. At this time I decided to go the the Eastside Walmart and see for myself as my need was serious. As I approached the pharmacy counter I immediately noticed the strips I had asked for were right in front of me as i was facing the pharmacy counter in plain sight on lt a couple of feet from the pharmacist,I was greeted by a very cheerful lady she asked if she could help me and I complemented her on her attractiveness and courtesy and I explained to her that I was dissapointed with the service I got over the phone pointing to the strips 2 feet from the lady behind the counter and while I was explaining my frustration and the unprofessional response I got on the phone a lady behind the counter yelled at me teliing me that it was she that I spoke with and became argumentative at which time I reprooved her sharply saying you are completely out of line now and on the phone and pointed out how she could have just looked over to see the product and had no need to send someone to go look for the product or find a price and I had no interest to engage with her for her arrogant,unprofessional attack on me.
