This CVS pharmacy is absolutely horrible. From rude staff to terrible service. We arrived at 5:01 and got told they were closed. The "manager" almost knocked me over trying to walk to the pharmacy in front of me to start to close the register. Another customer was there at the same time as well and we were both refused when asking to pick up our prescription. What would it take? Maybe 5 mins to allow 2 customers standing there to pick up their prescriptions. Someone needs to take some ownership in training and teaching basic customer service. The ONLY reason we use this pharmacy is because we are forced to use CVS by our insurance company. I am guessing they do not care about reviews and probably will not even respond or acknowledge this one. read more

Cvs pharmacy is horrible but this location is one of the worst. They are slow. They are unhelpful. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone. You may have to wait 30 minutes or longer just to pick up a prepaid prescription. Avoid if at all possible. I scheduled an appointment for a flu vaccine at 5 PM. Left work early to get there on time. Stood in a 10 minute line just to check in. Then I sat waiting for another 20 minutes. I had to go back to the counter and stand in line again to talk to one of the counter people. She was rude and dismissive. When I told her I was still waiting, she said oh OK. Then she went back to her computer. No acknowledgment that I was waiting or what, if anything, she would do about it. I left. Shortly after that, I got a text notice from CVS that my appointment had been canceled. read more

After waiting in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes, finally pulled up to the window and they closed it. Would not respond to the call button. Went inside and was told they closed at 5 and it didn't matter if you are in line or not. They refused to help and replied with a snarky response of "you ought to get here earlier or come inside. Maybe come back tomorrow". Horrible attitude and lousy customer relation. Terribly run pharmacy. Guessing my rant won't mean anything since management probably doesn't read reviews. Hands down the worst service I've ever experienced and unfortunately I live in the neighborhood that this CVS happens to sit in front of so it would be nice if I could use them. Was going out of town and needed a prescription filled, mind you right before a weekend it was called in and due to a mistake on the PHARMACIST part, she proceeded to explain to me how the pharmacy industry works and how she can fill RX if and when she WANTS to. Seeing as I had no time to argue I chose to just ask questions and be amicable in order to retrieve my rx. This was to no avail, the pharmacist then told me to wait on hold because she had other customer and after an HOUR, I was hung up on. Until they get a new pharmacist, at least the morning person, please do not get stuck like I did. Go somewhere else. read more

I work very long hours and take care of my elderly dad when I'm not working. My asthma has been bad the last few days, so I went in with my prescription and the person on duty refused to fill it. He was very rude and didn't even offer me any options. It was a prescription for my asthma... not like it was anything dangerous or a narcotic. And this guy refused to fill it - basically he just didn't want to be bothered to do his job. Will never shop here again, even though it is very close to where I live. read more

I always hate to leave bad reviews, and I always give someone the benefit of the doubt, but my experience with Pharmacy has been sad. I actually feel sorry for this bunch, maybe they're understaffed, or mismanaged, but I'm only leaving this message as I sit on hold for the 4th time, and I've been waiting for 35 minutes. Yesterday I tried to call and waited 57 mins. Again, this is mid-day. Don't even bother going in between 4-7pm. The front counter is not much better - a few times I've run in there to grab milk I've waited in line (one cashier) for 10+ minutes. This pharmacy is close to where my parents care home is. Both of them have multiple prescriptions. This pharmacy cannot keep them together. They manage to screw up the refills every time to where different ones come due at different times. Not sure what their problem is. All prescriptions are for three months supplies. This pharmacy is horrible. The staff is rude and completely inept. They send me texts telling me the order is ready and then it is not. They also tell me they have to special order something and then never contact me to tell me it's in. I needed a heart medication filled and it took 2 weeks after they "had to special order it" and then told me they could not get it. The last straw was they deleted the dr. Information in error and tried to tell me the dr. Left it off after they had been filling it for months no problem. The manager is rude and they are always short staffed. They need to close down and everyone needs to pursue a new career path as they are not suited for dealing with the public or having empathy or enough customer relations to communicate what is going on. Several issues with this pharmacy in the last year. Unfortunately it's the closest to my home and the one my health insurance honors. 1. Gave me a 30 day supply of my daughters meds when prescription was for 90 days. I didn't realize it until I opened the package the next day. When I called, I felt accused of stealing. It was only after I threw a fit that they pulled the video and saw that it was filled incorrectly. 2. Also recently the doctor put the wrong date on the prescription so they could not fill it. Said they would handle it and resolve with the Dr. A week later when I called they told me I had to get in touch with the doctor. I did so and then when I showed up the next day to pick up my prescription they informed me they were out of the medicine and it could take up to a week to get. They also told me that they couldn't transfer the prescription because it was electronic. Sure would have liked to have known that the prior day. Very poor customer service. read more

I wish I didn't have to leave any stars at all. This is THE WORST pharmacy EVER. I have never called and NOT waited on hold for less than 15 minutes. Every single time I'm in the call queue for so long and I just don't understand. When you go in person they never look busy so I'm not quite sure what takes them so long to answer the phone. I typically just put my phone on speaker and wait while I'm multi-tasking, but I can't even imagine for older individuals just sitting there waiting forever for someone to answer. Makes me sad for them. Fix your phone queue, get more staff, or whatever you need to do to get better! This is ridiculous. It's a prime location for a lot of business yet the customer service or lack thereof is ridiculous. read more

They tell you it'll be ready by a certain time, I even call to confirm (waited on hold for 15 mins) and when you arrive to pick it up it's not ready!! They are also rude, bad customer service. Sitting at CVS pharmacy at 8:30am. Phone is ringing off the hook behind the locked pharmacy gate which should have opened at 8am. When I spoke with store manager to ask when the pharmacy will open, manager states that the pharmacist is stuck in traffic and she wasn't sure when she would get here. Of course things happen, but no care or apology was made for the inconvenience. I won't be back. Guess the 8am open time is completely arbitrary. read more
