Kroger on Boonsboro (blechhh!!!) had utterly failed twice to get the pens or make any suggestion. CVS on Langhorne said the pens were on back order, and made no suggestion. Hill City to the rescue! When I asked about delivery , they charged only $5, and then sent it anyway as a courtesy because my FSA card won't pay for the extra service. I gave the driver an extra $15, which she said wasn't necessary. What excellent service and kind people! Brava one and all!!!

I ended up telling them I did not want to use them, and I drove to Passport Health in Richmond. At Passport Health, they told me that I only needed 2 of the shots and the pills, and I would have been over given 5 shots if I had gone to Timberlake Family Pharmacy. I would definitely not recommend them for immunizations. They were not knowledgeable. It was worth driving to Richmond to go to Passport Health.

And that did get a reaction from the driver and the store employee. But it took another 10-15 minutes. When it was finally my turn I had to ask about the wait. I was told a bunch of claptrap about a problem the pharmacist needed to fix. For almost 40 minutes. I felt compelled to mention to the store employee that the intended purpose of the drive thru was for quick pickups not computer searches or waiting for refills and such. Customers with circumstances should be asked to come inside. 1/2hr to 40 minutes...I'm still pissed. My nearby CVS don't play these games. My time is important just like the pharmacist and the cars behind me. To the head honchos I think some discussion and a change in operating conditions would be helpful. 40 minutes in any drive thru is unforgivable. This has to get better.

This CVS has one person servicing the drive through, and the customer service counter at the same time.. The wait time is around twenty minutes to a hour. The young lady is wonderful and does a great job. The pharmacist has two associates that assist her and they do a great job. The wait time to pick up a prescription is absolutely ridiculous.
