Always a real value for what they do for me and my family, if you need pharmacist expertise, and from my experience most people do, then you should build a relationship with the Ettares and their staff at Timberlake Pharmacy.

When I came in to get the shots after talking to them on the phone 6+ times and told to come in and get them, I was then told that they had not even ordered them. I was getting 7 shots and malaria pills, and I had given them my shot record to make sure that I needed all those shots. When I came in, the lady commented on how heavy my credit card was in a very unprofessional manner, and she was very rude. I ended up telling them I did not want to use them, and I drove to Passport Health in Richmond. At Passport Health, they told me that I only needed 2 of the shots and the pills, and I would have been over given 5 shots if I had gone to Timberlake Family Pharmacy. I would definitely not recommend them for immunizations. They were not knowledgeable. It was worth driving to Richmond to go to Passport Health.

Because it was not Purchased online I won't shop at Walmart anymore the meat is overpriced and the quality obviously sucks and in a emergency like a storm that could have knocked out power I may have been out of 3 to 4 meals for my family because this was a 5 pound roll. Im not dealing with Walmart anymore I refuse to return to the store and I am not keeping spoiled meat till the roads get better to return it. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Carts are in good shape and always being put away so never looking around for one. It was also recently remodeled to add a bakery/deli and given a new fresh look. It was great before and now it's even better. I always feel safe at this Walmart. Never had a bad experience.

This is a shady practice. When I fill prescriptions at Kroger Pharmacy (Timberlake Road), they automatically apply GoodRx discounts. I waited Friday the 27 th of December for 1/2 hour in the drive thru with my engine running because…read morethe employee working the window let five cars pull up instead of asking the customer to come inside or pull around behind the last car at the window. 1/2 hour... and I didn't want to appear disrespectful by blowing the horn but I couldn't take it any longer so I did blow my horn. And that did get a reaction from the driver and the store employee. But it took another 10-15 minutes. When it was finally my turn I had to ask about the wait. I was told a bunch of claptrap about a problem the pharmacist needed to fix. For almost 40 minutes. I felt compelled to mention to the store employee that the intended purpose of the drive thru was for quick pickups not computer searches or waiting for refills and such. Customers with circumstances should be asked to come inside. 1/2hr to 40 minutes...I'm still pissed. My nearby CVS don't play these games. My time is important just like the pharmacist and the cars behind me. To the head honchos I think some discussion and a change in operating conditions would be helpful. 40 minutes in any drive thru is unforgivable. This has to get better.
