I don't go to this CVS often but when I do, the people who work there have always been courteous and helpful. I did go there for a scheduled flue and Covid vaccine, and was called right away to get them. Today I went in to pick up a few items. My infant was sleeping so instead of waking her up to put her in her stroller I lugged the car seat in with me. I looked at CVS' tiny grocery cart and thought, "this won't help." I continued to the isle I was looking for and began searching for my items. That's when the friendliest guy, who works the front register, found me with a cart and said just try and put the car seat on the cart. To my surprise, it worked. I have dealt with this pharmacy as both a client and as a medical representative - in both instances, I've been thoroughly disappointed. It is impossible to reach the staff most days, there is a severe lack of attention to detail, and they refuse to assume responsibility for mistakes on their end. It should be embarrassing for a pharmacist to be unable to read orders, process them, and fill prescriptions properly. Everyone's just trying to run a business, but for a big brand pharmacy, CVS could afford to get their act together and improve work ethic for their clients and associates. read more

This has to be the worse pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They never have the proper medication because they are incapable of placing the correct order. The employees are analphabet and unfortunately so is the pharmacist. As a professional who deals with people of all class on a daily basis, it is my job to treat everyone with respect. Please get your act together, it would be a shame to have this branch closed due to the lack of professionalism and discrimination. I have no idea why there are not more 5 reviews because the pharmacy is excellent and the pharmacist lady that called me back was very professional,personal and very helpful.I also use CVS Specialty pharmacy and they are great too couldn't be more caring as well.CVS is very caring about their clients which is a breath of fresh air.Welldone!!! read more

Been waiting on my heart medicine for over a week. Keep telling me it's out of stock on hold all these different. Post for my medication. I just called my doctor and told her transfer all my medication to Publix. Posting this because of something happens to me because I don't have my medication. my lawyers will have proof. read more

Okay so the ONLY reason this review is getting ONE star is due to me not being able to put a lesser star( SO SAD). I don't know what has happened to customer service being a priority at my local CVS Pharmacies; but since the whole pandemic/investors buying into the company. They are always short staffed, pharmacy treat you like they are doing you a favor rather than YOU the client/patient making them money. There are way too many pharmacies out there these days to be treated like a 2nd class citizen. I'm currently getting all my grandmothers prescriptions transferred to Costco Pharmacy where I feel they always are professional and caring. Especially towards my 93 year old grandmother. read more

This pharmacy is terrible! I only go here because my insurance requires I go to a CVS. Most of the people working in the pharmacy are overworked and generally irritated! You get placed in hold indefinitely and disconnected once you finally get through. They also take too long to fill a prescription. Can't wait until my new insurance kicks in. read more

No. 1000x No. thousand times and then some. Does not perform like a health care facility whatsoever. Will not pick up phone calls, leaves patients on hold over 45 mins, on numerous occasions. I come in here so often that they already know my name and know what I buy! Actually, I don't really go that often, maybe twice a month but it's really nice that two employees know me. Now days people walk in and out of stores and no one really pays attention. It is nice to be greeted upon walking in and said goodbye to upon leaving. That is what makes a difference with customer service. This CVS has what most CVS locations have; pharmaceuticals, personal care items, household items, gifting, some groceries etc. I've been coming here for 1.5 years and the store is always organized and clean, I have never seen a mess. Once in a while you can score discounted items post holiday or on a good sale. I usually use my CVS card and score rewards I get through email or by the mail. This store has a drive-thru window to pick up meds that is fast and convenient. Parking is limited and can be crazy on a busy day but be patient and you will get one. They have their own parking lot. This is the worst CVS in United state I was in pain I got medication I asked if I can use restroom and they told me I have to go talk to the manager I went the manager said no I told her I'm in pain can I use it Please she said NO, you can go use Publix cross street . 03/15/23 Pharmacy is a clueless place, Pharmacist on duty absolutely overwhelm , they need more staff or close down, parking is a nightmare , no little carts or baskets on store never the less employees , can wait till pick up the rx and transfer the refills anywhere but this place or any CVS , i try to do it because is 4 minutes from my house , i guess i kk be driving a little but more but i don't care. read more

The reason for the few stars is because the Pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. Sometimes it's important to talk to them about your prescription but you can't unless you go into the store. The staff seem nice and helpful but it should be required to answer the phone. read more

The worst customer service I could have ever received by "manager" Kelvin. Tried to make a return with a receipt that unfortunately didn't print out correctly. Instead of approaching the situation with a calm demeanor he started off very confrontational, yelling, arguing, and saying things under his breath. Kept mentioning loosing out on money since I bought the products at another CVS. I wasn't aware you had to return products at the same store where it was purchased. Truly sad to think that they care more about money then providing proper customer service. read more

Probably some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Pharmacy never picks up their phone, does not follow up with pending issues and orders. Currently been on hold for 43 mins and have not been able to speak with anyone yet. Would definitely not recommend this pharmacy if you have any life threatening conditions or ailments, you will probably be without medication for awhile because this pharmacy is far from efficient or organized. read more

Very disappointed in this store. I walked in without a mask. The door clearly says masks are optional. In line at the pharmacy, I get to the window and some disgusting worker starts saying things about no mask. "The children, you are disgusting" are just a few of the comments. If I could give one start I would ! This pharmacy is awful ! Please stay away! I put in my prescription at 10am. They said it should be ready by 1pm. So I stopped by at 1:30. . Prescription isn't ready ! They say come back around 3pm. So I go back at 3pm, and of course my prescription isn't ready. I go back one last time at 6pm and they said they haven't even started to fill it yet. Even though at 1pm I got the text saying "your prescription is ready." In the end I ended up taking my prescription to the Walgreens down the street and it was ready within 20 minutes ! Do ursekf a favor and go to Walgreens. read more

Another childhood building. It has been in my life since Eckards. It is a nice clean store. A little bit pricey if no extra books are being used, and the evening times are the worst to check out. There is almost always only one cashier available. This includes for the photo department as well. read more

This pharmacy is Awesome! Has issues with another CVS store not getting my medication approved. Several complaints no resolution and this was going on for months. Finally I decide to go to this store on Davie and they were able to review, process and fill my medication correctly. It took them less than 15 minutes. This was a life or death situation and they got it done. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They really cared about the patient and trying to get the medications that I needed. They deserved a 5 star here! read more

Horrible customer service in the photo department. I received and email saying my photo book was ready to get picked up. I go to CVS and they have no clue about the order. Then they look it up on the computer and say "come back tomorrow afternoon" it will be ready. The next day is the same story, this time they say "whoops" they have to print it and to wait in the store for 10 minutes. I wait 15 minutes (just to give them some extra time to get their head on straight), then I go back and the cashier and someone in NO UNIFORM are messing around behind the register (I wait a bit more to get their attention) and I find out they happen to have run out of the supply needed to make my order. DONT GO HERE! NOT RECOMMEND. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. read more
