I went here to use the bathroom because there are no bathrooms at the nearby Fort Foote walking path, and I was told there are no bathrooms for customers. So I said it was an emergency and all establishments have a rest room. One employee looked at the other non black male employee and asked if I could use the employee one, and he made a face and said no. I've never heard of such bad service at a CVS before. I went here to buy a gift card and some other things. I requested help since they have to scan the gift card before I purchase so it will work when I give it at a gift. None of the employees showed up to help me with the gift card. I had to request help 4 different times, but none of the employees came to help. Store hours say they are open until 10PM. However these past two months, the store has closed exceptionally early, like 7PM and 8PM, with the lights completely on and then sometimes with the gate down and locked. Then some days they will be open until 10PM. Like what lol read more

If you want to wait an hour inside, or and hour and a half at the drive thru, only to get to the front and they tell you they're going to start working on your prescription (now) that was sent in 9 hours ago. Go to this location!!! This is my local cvs pharmacy, and honestly truly, I can't with them. There is always a line, always an issue, never have my meds ready, and just really don't deserve our money. DO NOT GO HERE FOR TESTING. In fact, don't go to any CVS. They don't deserve the money I expect they are getting from the feds and/or insurance companies for their extremely poor service. Our experience was either gross incompetence or just a clear "go to hell" from the pharmacist. Full story below but the short version is: regardless of you making an appointment, you will wait due to incompetence and if you do get seen expect extremely poor customer service. Wife and I went for testing last week. We had signed up for appointment slots in the evening. Despite the appointment we waited in line for 1.5 hour!!! Other cars had pulled off leaving us as the only car left in line with finally one car in front of us getting the test. I could hear the process the pharmacist was walking through as we waited behind the car getting tested. If you have tried to sign up for an appointment, you'll be aware that there is a series of information you enter that includes insurance information. Rather than them simply checking ID to verify who you are and matching it to the info that is tied to your appointment, these doofuses go through asking you the SAME information again. No wonder the line is backed up. He even asked the woman in front of us "Oh, do you work?" in what most would consider a rude tone; I could hear the dismay in the customer's voice when she replied obviously wondering what her work status had to do with anything. Back to the real issue. A gentleman pulls up in an SUV with a cooler as the car in front of us is getting tested (he's picking up the samples). He clearly waits right near the window in clear sight of the pharmacist with his sample collection gear. In the mean time the pharmacists makes direct eye contact with us in our car and sees we are the last ones. And of course he has the electronic record showing he has appointments. Car in front of us pulls off. Gentlemen gathering samples steps in to snag the samples out of the box. When done he moves so we can pull up and he sits down and waits in his car. We are at the window waiting for our tests. Again remember we had an appt. and have now been waiting patiently for 1.5 hour in the car. Pharmacists ignores us. He's in the window turned to the side not acknowledging us despite already seeing our car in line and knowing he has atleast 2 more appointments in the computer. 5 min go by and the guys who collected samples drives off. Pharmacists then turns to us and says we can't get tested today because the guy has left. Either the pharmacist was too dumb to ask the sample collection guy to hold up, or (and this is my theory) he just got too lazy to do our tests and purposely waited for the sample collection guy to leave. At this point who cares which it is, they will NOT get any of my business. And that goes for other CVS sites doing testing as well. Will take my pharmacy and other shopping money to Walgreens or someone else read more

Very unprofessional and the customer service sucks. I was there to pick up my daughter's prescription. I was told the prescription was send to another cvs pharmacy and some how they could pull it. I was told that prescription will be ready in 15mins. After 15mins my husband goes to pick up the medicine. He's told they were waiting on insurance card and that they didn't have one of the medicine in the store and we have to go back to the pharmacy where the prescription was sent. I was there waiting for almost half hour with my sick baby to find out that they don't have all the medicine prescribed. They could have checked and told me in the beginning and I would have gone to the other pharmacy and pick up my daughter's meds. Very careless employee read more

This review is specific to the photo services at this location. If I could possibly give negative stars, I would. If I could give something like...oh, I don't know...pitchforks, instead of stars...I would. There are no words to express my utter disgust with this photo operation. I will spare you the gory details, because it will be too long for you to care, but maybe I can give you a short version: I placed an order a year ago as a Christmas gift (it was magnet photos of my nephews for my mother). They told me it never arrived and did nothing about it. I forgot about it and (like a dope) placed an order again this year. They never told me that this order came in. When I went in to check on it, they treated me like less than a customer, by serving everyone in line ahead of me (despite my own position in line), then they said my order was not in the store, then they finally found my order, but the total was wrong. I pulled up my receipt on my phone and they rolled their eyes and the manager said, "Fine, just give her the price she wants," as though I was trying to get one over on them. Before I left the store, I checked the order... ...guess what it was... ...it was my order from LAST YEAR! Yes...the one they could never find. They acted PROUD that they'd finally found my year-old order and then had the nerve to ask me if I'd already paid for it! My current order - nowhere to be found! It was a one-hour order! I'd given them 6 hours to complete it. They said that their photo guy wasn't there and I'd have to come back the next day. Are you KIDDING?! I insisted that they give our money back and I called their corporate office after I got out of there. The worst thing of all was the general attitude. They just didn't care. The attitude of, "Well, our guy is gone now, so sorry about your luck." And, "Oh, look...we found your year old order! Aren't we great!" HOW do they do any photo business at all? If the only thing I accomplish with this review is to remind myself never to place another photo order at that CVS again, that's good enough for me. Having said all of that - the corporate office did seem to care. They said they experienced the same terrible attitude when they called and that they would definitely be doing something about it. Every time I come to this Cvs, they always have boxes of new products sitting around. At times, it would completely block the magazine trays. The staff are also rude and they never seem to help the customers. read more

Scheduled my whole family to come to this location for COVID testing. We arrived a few minutes before the appointment in the drive thru. Nobody greeted and nobody was present at the drive thru. Sat there for a few minutes and honked my horn until someone said something through the intercom stating she'll be right with us she's currently with a customer. It took maybe ten minutes and she finally asked what we needed, I explained we were there for COVID testing, and she explained how the COVID tech wasn't there that they had called out. She then went to go call there coverage for that day then she communicated that the person wasn't picking up. I asked her why didn't we get a call or some sort of communication that weren't able to take our appointments. She said she would have called but she doesn't know her password for that system. This representative named Gloria is a bit unprofessional and had us waiting for 30 minutes and giving too much information, it made the experience overwhelming and I wasn't even the one working.
