By 10:12 am the system texted me saying that my prescription was ready . The pharmacy pick up counter had a long line . They had two cashiers and the line was moving fairly quickly. I like that they have one line for " regular pick up " and one line for " mobile pick up " . Mine was mobile so I got to reach the cash register after one person ahead of me . The caster / technician was very helpful and efficient. I went in and out in no time ! On a Sunday morning and with all the holiday shopping . This kind of service was super helpful.

This Walgreens is in an outdated strip mall that has seen better days. There used to be a lot of bustle here when there was a pizza place near it but that's been long gone. The strip mall itself looks dated and through. This Walgreens inside looks clean and is usually well stocked. Nothing special here just your standard Walgreens. They have a photo developing place too so if you need film developed or a passport photo they can help. The only thing I have noticed is that they never have enough cashiers here. When I do come, they usually have only one cashier and there is always a line to wait. And don't try to go checkout at photo or cosmetics because their cashiers are never around. The employees here are mostly nice. I do remember years ago I had a cashier be rude because my 6 year old was being bratty. But whatever. If you need to go to a Walgreens, this place is okay.

They have four checkout station here but two were down. I paid with a cashier and then saw one of the sunscreen I got was expensive. So I went back to try and return it but no one was working the counter at customer service. I asked another worker who was doing the drive up delivery and he said someone would come soon. No one came so he was the one who refunded me.

However, instead of assisting with a straightforward transfer process, I was told that I would need to complete a lengthy form. The staff member did not provide any supportive guidance or attempt to help facilitate the process, even though this appears to be a simple internal system action on your end. During the interaction, I also felt that the tone used toward me was disrespectful and dismissive. I was informed that there were many other customers waiting and that there was no time to assist me properly. This was said in a manner that I found sarcastic and unprofessional. I would also like to note that this is not my first visit regarding the same issue. On a previous occasion, I was informed that my medication was not fully available, and I was again required to complete additional steps myself in order to resolve the issue. Overall, the experience has been inconvenient and not patient-friendly. As a patient/customer, I expected a higher standard of service, especially when dealing with prescription medications, where efficiency and clarity are important. A simple prescription transfer request should not become a repeated and burdensome process for the customer. I waited, it did nothing. I waited some more while trying to call the Chevron. 1st number I found (here on yelp) was disconnected. 2nd number I found, nobody answered. Finally I start to slowly back out. I guess the attendant saw me because as I was about to pull up to the store he came out and started yelling "what are you doing". I explained, he blamed me for causing the problem by backing out. I explained again with more colorful language about how I was sitting in there for 15 minutes ... You get the picture. Long story short, I pulled back in, he reset it, it did 1 more pass and told me to pull forward. My car was cleaner but now had a layer of partially washed off dried soap scum on it. He refused a refund and offered to rewash. But by then there were three more cars lined up and I was already late. I got a credit for a future wash. But why would I come back?
