This is a clip of how they treated me. First, I go into the store to the only employee, the cashier, & asked her if they sold face masks. Instantly the cashier (who happened to be the manager as well) said "no" & when I walked off ready to pursue the rest of my shopping... She stopped me across the store from where she had at least a line of 5+ customers by asking me "umm excuse me is there something I can help you with?" Me, "No just going shoping." Then as I finish not even 2 minutes later & I had four items, was going to go pay for everything, & the following video is right after we hat I just described... In a nutshell I got stereotypically judged & told to leave or get in line. I got in line! & then I got told I can't be there & that I needed to leave... obviously didn't like that I was going to now be able to purchase their items that that couldn't happen... All because they "Can refuse service to anyone!"... That's some wack customer service & the most outrageous pre judgmental stereotypical shit ive ever witnessed & endured as the victim. Never have I had this kind of thing happen... It really made me feel some type of way, for goodness sakes I'm a Veteran, I SERVED IN YOUR UNITED STATES NAVY... & These kind of people do exist. I'm just trying to explain express & expose them... Maybe this will steer someone clear of a place like this and people like this in the future... Have a good one y'all. read more

Double check your receipt and what you get. My mom paid in cash and didn't give her exact change. They charged her for plastic bag when she didn't ask for it, she requested for the receipt but the cashier was gonna not going to give it to her unit my mom was insistent and getting the receipt. Once she did she noticed some of the items (like the plastic bag charge) was not something she wanted to buy but was charged. read more

There's a lot of places you need to have high expectations, but if that's you, you should not be at dollar tree. Sure, sometimes there's a bit of a mess and things are cluttered and disorganized - but then again it's a dollar tree. Sometimes there are some pretty interesting individuals that shop alongside you - but then again it's a dollar tree. Sometimes the items you buy immediately break on you as soon as you buy it - but then again it's a dollar tree. Being a dollar tree allows a lot of things to be excusable but end of day this dollar tree has a pretty solid selection, and friendly staff, so they are a W in my book. read more

Small Dollar Tree near the Walmart in Osgood. Typical dollar store. but not like the other places, kind of organized, limited options. Sometimes struggled to locate many stuffs. Store looks clean otherwise. Staffs are really weird. They don't even care even if you stand at the checkout counter waiting for someone to come and help. never seen multiple counters operating here. Single register all the time. Except one lady, most of the staffs hardly even greet. Not my go-to place. Stops here only if I don't want to drive to the Stevenson location for an item or two. they got exclusive parking, no worries even that's full. plenty of parking around. read more

This location never seems to be stocked very well but with the stuff that you do find, it's always worth the $1.25. I don't ever come here expecting very much, but so long as they have the storage containers that I like to purchase and party supplies then I will keep coming here because they are still cheaper than Walmart. One thing that I do always notice about this location is the fact that they don't always seem to have the products that they advertise on the window. You can always find the food items that they have on display but items like Blu-ray movies and name brand toys don't always make it to their inventory. read more

Dollar Tree is a place for dollar knock off items and with close "sell by dates" food products. in the past few years frozen foods became part of the mix. not a fan in any sense. still, i rather come here than Walmarts. easier parking, easier to find items. I almost did a double take when I noticed the Dollar Tree signage at the newly constructed building next to Walmart. It just seemed very odd - I thought Walmart was the retail king in that little corner of Osgood and Auto Mall Parkway. How could they allow a Dollar Tree to step into their hood? Which discount store will win the cheap crap battle? Only time will find out. Had a chance to check out the store recently - I'm guessing it has only been opened a few weeks. Decided to visit it quick before the crowds trample in and the new store smell is gone forever. First impressions walking in - clean, but one of the smaller Dollar Trees I've been to (the one on Stevenson is definitely bigger). I counted about 8 aisles. Customer flow was brisk - not a lot of people are probably aware that it's open or even exists. I did notice a number of people cutting through from Walmart to check it out. I'm sure it will get busier once more Walmart customers take notice and word starts to spread. They do offer a little bit of everything as most Dollar Trees offer - household items, car stuff, health & beauty, toys, cards, balloons, frozen/refrigerated food products, seasonal items, etc. I did notice that the seasonal area seemed small (compared to the Stevenson Dollar Tree or even the nearby 99 cent store). If I was shopping for seasonal products (Halloween, Christmas, etc), I would probably go to another store first for a larger selection. There were a few staff present - which I thought was OK since it wasn't super busy. Service was OK - the cashier greeted, but I felt it was very automated. Overall, it's an OK Dollar Tree. Good location, and I'm glad I now have the option of comparison shopping between here and Walmart. The downside is that it is a bit smaller, but perhaps Dollar Tree realized it will won't be a replacement for Walmart with customers, but it can be a store that can take some of the market share away. read more

Dollar Tree is heaven for the 'cheap' (like myself). My daughter had a 'how to' presentation due for her science class and she'd volunteered to present 'how to make slime'. I thought it'd be a fat chance but THIS particular Dollar Tree actually sold Elmer's brand glue! I was able to snatch a dozen bottles or so for my daughter's project along with other essentials like popsicle sticks (for mixing), styrofoam bowls and some active ingredients like Gain laundry soap and shaving cream. I was absolutely relieved that I didn't have to spend so much!! "Thank you, Dollar Tree!" Quite appreciative of the service here too. I had to make a few unexpected trips back as we'd incorrectly calculated just how much glue we'd need for the amount of students in her classroom. Each visit I was always greeted by an employee as I walked in. And, one time I was waiting in line for a cashier (who was currently in the middle of restocking items). When she saw me there waiting she DIDN'T HESITATE TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME! She apologized as she tried to get away from what she was doing and assured me she'd tend to me momentarily. THAT IS SOMETHING I TOTALLY APPRECIATE!!! A GOOD SALES ASSOCIATE SHOULD ALWAYS ACKNOWLEDGE A CUSTOMER rather than ignore them! Compared to the other Dollar Tree on Stevenson Blvd. This store is impressively well organized and presentable. read more

Most dollar trees aren't well stocked or they're very disorganized but this is probably one of the most organized and well stocked dollar trees I've been to! I usually like to browse around for potential DIY crafts and I like their seasonal section. Very nice store considering a lot of the other ones are messy and chaotic. The staff is friendly and checkout is usually fast. Nice shopping center, plenty of parking. read more

Clean, friendly and not super crowded. I love coming here after leaving the Walmart in the same shopping center. This is still new that I find things here that other DT are out off. Dollartree is truly a great bargain, for quick gift bags without paying a mint for a bag. $1 paper towels and I know a lot of DIYers that come here and creative juices are running. The staff here seems more friendly too. It's my secret so DONT spread the word :) read more

The cashiers here are ridiculous or the store doesn't understand logic. They grab the items I put on the conveyer belt and they scan them. But "we customers" have to bag our own items because it will kill them to put my 3 items in a bag. So pathetic. read more

This location is tidier than most other locations, however, the customer service is horrible. Most of the employees at this location are extremely rude. On this particular visit, I had to do an exchange of items and the employee rudely slammed the items (made of glass) against the counter as she had to rescan them into the system to process the exchange. I have always loved the Dollar Tree. I was standing in line and forgot something and went back, the woman behind me said "I'll save your place" I said" no it's okay". I was back in less than three minutes and I saw that the lovely lady was in a new line so I went behind her. The manager, her name starts with D, in a rude tone ,at least to me; says I'm closed. I saw no sign or no indication that she was closed. I listen to her conversation with the customer and the manager (HER name starts with D,said "so I guess your not going tonight?" I guess they were personal friends. When I asked her about it, she said she had to make a phone call, it got a little testy and I decided to end the conversation. The manager kept saying I have video I have video , it's the Audio I wanted to hear . She have a very threatening demeanor . The manager, again her name started with D went into an office muttering all the way and hopped on a cell phone to make a call. I left and I was parked up front as I am disabled and she took another customer no problem. I am not saying the customer is always right, but that is been out the door for 20 plus years. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Spread kindness. read more
