I am so impressed by this 24 hours CVS pharmacy service . It is located at the Fremont Hub . It opens 24 hours. I had a video visit with my doctor at 9:30 am , Sunday morning . Then CVS texted me right the way that they had my prescription and it would be ready by 10 am . I was driving over there and it texted me again that my order would be delayed . By 10:12 am the system texted me saying that my prescription was ready . The pharmacy pick up counter had a long line . They had two cashiers and the line was moving fairly quickly. I like that they have one line for " regular pick up " and one line for " mobile pick up " . Mine was mobile so I got to reach the cash register after one person ahead of me . The caster / technician was very helpful and efficient. I went in and out in no time ! On a Sunday morning and with all the holiday shopping . This kind of service was super helpful. read more

I had a great experience getting my vaccines here. They're currently offering walk-in vaccines from 10 am to 6 pm until 11/1, so the wait time was minimal. To be safe, I scheduled an appointment online first, which gave me confidence they'd have enough stock when I arrived. They're carrying both the flu and COVID (Moderna brand) vaccines, so I was able to take care of everything in one visit. When it came time for the shot, Irene's flawless technique made it completely painless, which I really appreciated. As if that weren't enough, they're also offering one of the best vaccine incentives around: $10 off a $20 purchase. On 5.25.2026 I went to CVS pharmacy in Fremont Hub and the cashier "Amol" a young lady who helped me was super rude and unprofessional. I had a question about the price and she would not answer my question. I wanted different denominator for cash back and she would not give me what I asked for. She said I don't have it bye bye. She should be trained in dealing with customers and should be coached. No one wants to go to a store to get rude and get disrespected. read more

I have to admit, the staff are amazing, including the security guards. No complaints about them whatsoever. However, patrons would cause a lot of problems in the parking lot and inside sometimes, giving staff a very hard time especially past midnight. I'm glad security do their job accordingly unlike many other places I know. Still, this place is recommended especially when there is something that is needed after hours. Vaccine appointment update: happy to report a much smoother process this year! I didn't have my pick of locations and decided to give this location a try again. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly - there was a slight hiccup in the system because people made appointments for both flu and Covid but the Covid shots were not listed (the lady had to manually input). The two people ahead of me also wandered off for some reason so I got seen pretty much right away! Easy peasy. so Overall there was still a bit of a wait to check in but the whole process took 15 min. The pharmacist who vaccinated me did mention that there was a huge rush at 2-3pm so your wait time may all be based on your luck. read more

I am not a person like to write review but I think today I should do. I use my app to pick up my prescription. Lucky day, I am the first person in the Express line while the employee her name GURSIMAR she was helping a couples at the counter. After they left I was expecting my turn and she ignored me even though she know I am waiting in the Express line then she call the couples waiting in another line. WTH??? Anyway, after she scan the code on my phone she already give me an attitude. It doesn't bother me but I wants to let her Manager take a fews minutes to encourage her that if she is in the bad mood calling sick and stay home. Why is the Mobile "Express" Line slower than the Regular Line? The Regular Line cashier was calling up two people at a time. Meanwhile, I waited about 30 minutes because the Express cashier was servicing one customer at a time and moved slow as molasses. Both lines were long and basically went as far back as the entire length of the aisle. Need to hire some cashiers who are able to multi-task and provide better customer service. read more

The store isn't inviting and doesn't look like somewhere you'd go to spend your hard earned money, more so a place to go out of necessity or desperation. In visiting recently, I walked past the kids toys and was appalled to see toys for babies sitting with layers of dust so thick you wonder how many years they have been sitting on the shelf. I could not imagine ever buying a kid a toy in this condition. If you don't take care of your inventory and store to keep it looking nice and inviting, you can't be surprised when people don't shop there. read more

This pharmacy is useless. I called for a refill, even though it's usually done automatically. I was told my prescription had been canceled by my doctor, which is why they couldn't process the refill. I called my doctor's office, and his assistant told me they never canceled my prescription--why would they? Still, she called CVS pharmacy to sort it out. On the pharmacy app, we then saw a message saying "approved" and that a pharmacist was working on my order. Problem solved, I thought. I waited three days, then called late at night. I had left a message, and they called me back. I picked up, but no one was talking. I could hear them chatting and typing in the background, but no one responded to me. I texted them--no response. I hung up and went to the store. They told me they couldn't refill the prescription because there was still a note saying my doctor needed to approve it, even though another note said "approved." It seems the old note wasn't overwritten as it should have been. The next day, I went back to the store to speak to a manager. I showed her a printout from my doctor confirming I was still taking the medication. She still wouldn't refill it. My doctor was off for the 4th of July and then the weekend, and now I've run out of meds with no refills left. I was furious and told them I was transferring all my prescriptions to Costco. I'll get it done on Monday. No need to put up with this crap. Note: this pharmacy deserves 0 star. read more

*Review Specifically for COVID bivalent booster experience* We were planning on getting our booster shots before a big event gathering. Luckily CVS was an option for us as our health provider only had Pfizer and we were in search for Moderna for our booster. Getting an appointment was a little rough when the bivalent booster shots came out so we just booked an appointment that worked with our schedule and just gambled to see if we could drop in a week earlier. Well lucky for us, the fact that we did have appointments (even in the future), gave us an advantage and the folks at CVS easily shifted our information for the day we came in. They didn't have to take us. The line wasn't atrociously long but we did have a wait. Either way, it was a pretty good experience to get it. Now was it perfect? No. Did the nurse put the needle way too low? Yes. But it's ok. We deal with these things. Still the process wasn't too bad. First stand in the line for Pharmacy to check in (it's all the way in the back center/left-ish). Then the other line on the side to get our shot. Then wait 15 minutes and left. All in all less than an hour for 3 people. I've experienced worse and in the cold outside. So the fact this was indoors was already a win. read more

There is no signage indicating where or how the checkout line forms. The checkout goes right past the photo counter, so where to stand get confusing. Absolute liars. And a bunch of lazy people. On multiple occasions they have: 1- Denied my toddler and me vaccinations like Flu shots and Covid vaccines stating "not enough staff" 2 - Claimed "the government website to check the status of medications" is down. When other CVS locations confirmed that wasn't true. 3 - Gave us a run around and told us to go to other CVS locations for medications when knowing that transfer wasn't possible. I won't even mention the rudeness (especially the tall guy) since that's a given with this location, please transfer to another CVS. Vaccinations take less than 60 seconds to administer but they claim a lack of staff while they are laughing and talking with each other. Will report this location to CVS customer service. read more

They have improved so much. At least there's music inside now. I do like the concertina player outside, but whoa, it's hard to get into or out of the store when thieves/mentally ill/unhoused are screaming and blocking the door. So much drama while I'm just there to get a prescription. I really need the 24 hour prescription access because I'm busy. I'm so grateful for the mobile app pharmacy line. I am hard of hearing and don't like struggling to get someone to spell my name right. The mobile app also helps me remember what I was going to get. And so much of the store is locked up, but at least it's stocked, buttons are convenient and staff are quick to assist. There have been many things listed online that the store doesn't have. And the bar code doesn't work yet for the front register. The pharmacists are great. The coupons and specials help a lot with the inflated prices. The discount racks are hit and miss. They've got some more cheerful front cashiers now. Even though it still takes a while. Despite the loudspeaker blasting "the activity in this parking lot is recorded," the police still take a while to respond. I'm glad the security guards are there. Although I'm not sure how I feel about the cashier telling me the security guard had a gun, but I guess they need to be armed after the guard was shot. read more

This is the worst medical pharmacy I have never seen! Their unexperienced staff just makes tons of hassles! My specialist sent Rx to this CVS at last week. I went there several times but still unable to get my RX. The 1st time they were unable to find my meds. The 2nd time 1 one the unexperienced staff spent almost 20 mins to search my meds on their system and finally asking my insurance card which I have already gave to them . Most things are out of stock or extremely low in stock; when things are in stock, those products on the shelves are dirty-- DIRTY-- like dirt is on the products. It is severely understaffed. Arrived 15 mins early for COVID booster. Still in line 30 mins past my scheduled appointment time. Projected wait time is 1 hour! Not including the 15 minute post-booster wait. When I asked why, I was told "the Pharmacy Manager decided to not longer accept it." No further explanation. I switched my prescription to Safeway and they honored GoodRx price at $35. I've been looking all around Fremont for at-home COVID rapid tests, and was excited that the CVS website indicated they were in stock at the Hub. Thought I'd call them just to be sure before driving over, but was put on hold. So I decided to drive in while keeping my phone on hold. 20 minutes later I'm at the store, and still on hold. To top it off, they were sold out of the COVID tests that their website says were in stock at this store. I don't know how you run a retail business without answering your phone. When I returned a product, I was given a store credit for an amount that was less than what was on the receipt. When I told them that they should have told me upfront that the store credit wouldn't be in the full amount, the store manager very rudely said they have no way of reversing it now and there's nothing they can do. read more
