The pharmacy service is ridiculous. I went to get my Pain meds and I was told to come back in an hour. Which I thought was a little long but when I came back in an Hour the lady in the front asked for my name and said She had nothing for me. She said it with an attitude like I made a mistake. Only after I told her I left the prescription With her did she go check again. 5 min later a Guy with spikey hair comes up and says there Was a problem with my perscription and to be back in an additional 30 min. All with an attitude. When I return in 50 minutes its Still not ready, and when I look. In the window I can tell they Were just barely then filling my prescription. Throughout the entire process not once did they acknowledge The fact that they made a mistake or once apologized. STay AWAY FROM THIS CVS PHARMACY!!! GO TO WALGREENS read more

Wow!!! Worst pharmacy ever, I can never have medication on time. They promise they will have it the following month for u so u are not without ur meds. Nope!!! Every month same thing. Then they will argue with you like NANCY there. She doesn't listen to customers she yells over u to shut u up and trying to just get u off the phone. Very slow service. Maybe 1 or 2 woman there are doing a great job. The other women there are mad and dragging face because they have to be there. Please give them customer service class and act like u enjoy ur job. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to give this particular CVS an unsatisfactory review primarily because of poor customer service. For example, I have been on hold via telephone for 45 minutes. Additionally, on numerous occasions when my doctor has faxed over a prescription or refill, the fax was not received in a timely manner nor the request met. Also, the lines within the store or by use of the drive thru are incredibly long at all times. Plus, the site is clearly understaffed leading to pharmacy workers who are impatient, tired and unable to perform their duties and leaving customers frustrated and dissatisfied. In the end, I changed pharmacy location and am much more satisfied. It is truly sad that this location is so poorly managed and that customer satisfaction is not a priority. read more

Very busy pharmacy. Sometimes a long wait line, but I never see much of a line up in the drive thru. Pharmacists are pretty quick considering how many patients they serve. Pharmacy techs are very friendly and helpful, they do their best to keep up. The front of store service is friendly and efficient also. read more

Called to try to get a emergency refill and was placed on hold for 45 minutes and never came back to the phone. Called again and no answer at all. You should really re-evalute your staff and put your customers first or close your pharmacy at this location. read more

I can't stand this CVS Pharmacy. Every time I need to refill my birth control, they feel the need to call me to confirm my chosen brand is what I want. Uh duh?? That's what I've always been getting and have specified to my doctor to prescribe me. I want that specific one, no other brand or generic you want to fill it with just because you don't have my brand in stock. I've been through it multiple times. I don't care if you need to order it, just provide me with exactly what I want and have always had. Also the Black woman at the drive thru was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. She needs to major attitude adjustment. It's a full service drive thru, don't tell me to go inside to wait in another line just because there's cars behind me. BELOW AVERAGE EXPECTATIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- FAIL! WAIT TIME It took 1 week and 3 phone calls from me to get my medication. Brian, the laid back and lazy Supervisor took 4 days to return my call. He did not offer a gift card for my inconvenience or alternative way to compensate me for this problem. Then he repeated a phrase I heard him say in 2010, "umm yeah. We've had problems with this pharmacy." Brian it's time to see RESULTS. CORRECTIVE ACTION is overdue. ACCURACY/PRODUCTIVITY The pharmacist or pharm tech Ms. Bo actually requested verification of my prescription from the WRONG DOCTOR. She neglected to read the prescription which clearly had the name of my new doctor preprinted on the pad. PERSONALITY- RIGID, COLD, AND UNPERSONABLE. Very few staff are warm and friendly. Then actually give the customers attitude and project problems from one customer onto a new customer. Why? PHONE ETTIQUTE- They answer the phone and immediately put you on hold without listening to your voice. They need to listen the customer. I had to call back and demand that Ms. Bo verify the name of the physician she faxed information to. She apologized but forgot to call me like she promised when the prescription was ready. So i go to use the mens room. I understand having to lock it. I dont understand why i needed to hit the button to call some one to open it three tines!!!! The filth of the room was unexcusable. I had to clean the seat of urine and feaces just to use it. The floor was despicable. The urinal was covered as to say it was out of order. Ordered a 5x7 same day photo. I receive an email confirmation that my order is complete at 7 pm. Stop by at 1 am and my photo isn't ready - it's not in a photo envelope, nor has it been cut to 5×7 (there's a 2 inch white border all around the photo!). It's also just sitting on the counter for the world to see. When I told the cashier that the photo isnt the right size, he tells me that's what I ordered, but he had no idea bc he didnt even see my order details. Never had this happen with photos in my life! 20+ yrs! Terrible photo service here - have to go home and cut my photo to the dimensions I ordered. Never coming back here again. read more

He questioned me about my mental health prescription, asked extremely judgmental questions and was rude to me. If I could give this pharmacy a negative star I would. My prescription was called in yet they still made me go back in line for drop off. I'm visibly very sick, yet this didn't do anything to actually quickly help. I get told by the individual at the drop off counter that it would be ready in 15 min and will be called. 30 MINUTES LATER, I get back in line for the pick up and voila - my prescription WAS SITTING IN THE BACK. So tip to you, it's not about being right it's about being helpful. I would have gave them a negative rating if I was able. I had knee surgery and CVS filled my prescription for pain meds. They gave me the incorrect prescription of 5/325 12 tablets, take 1 pill every 6 hours for pain.. What I was supposed to get was 10/325, take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed for pain. Zero star, if possible It was my first time here (and last) at the drive thru pharmacy. Dropped off prescription and was told that they are super busy so the wait would be about an hour ( I usually go to Walgreens pharmacy and have never waited more than 30 minutes EVER). I come back 4 hours later to the drive thru and the lady said it's not ready yet. She didn't SMILE or apologize, but instead repeated herself and told me to park right in front and she will wave at me when it is ready. Uhhhhhhhh WHAT THE F***? Ummmm...OKAY STUPID A**!!! I told her that they had told me 1 hour and its been 4 hours. I understand that they are super busy but 4hours, come on! SO RIDICULOUS CVS!!! This CVS has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I simply asked to use the restroom, and I was told to go wait by the door and push the button for customer service. It took 3 loudspeaker announcements and 15 MINUTES to finally get someone to listen to me and open the door. There was nothing that would have prompted that long a wait. I was one of 3 customers in there, and two employees were completely unoccupied, on their phones. As a result, I missed my bus due to an interaction that should have taken 30 seconds becoming well over 1000% longer than it should have. The cashiers seem bored and uninterested in doing their jobs, and took an additional several minutes to scan my items correctly. Avoid this place at all costs unless your patience is unreasonably high. read more

This place has the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to. My sister, my mom, my nephew and I have all been sick the past month and every time We have come there it has been the biggest ordeal and we have to return three even four times to get our prescriptions . "Oh we don't have it ready , oh we're out of that, oh there's no record of you, oh even though we sent a text message saying it's ready it's not, blah blah blah" . I am sick as a dog with tonsillitis right now and it's 9 pm and I've been trying to pick up my penicillin since 2 pm. Finally I had my sister go and low and behold ... they told her they didn't have it. But when I called after she left , they made a mistake and now they have it. So now I have to get in the car and drive after taking NyQuil so I can get my meds. This same situation happened last time I went, and it happened to my sister as we were there picking up prescriptions together. Tonight My sister went 3 times trying to pick up my nephews prescription today and she still doesn't have it. Somebody is not doing their job and I'm FURIOUS! Get it together!!! read more

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years. I have wasted a lot of time waiting for prescriptions that are supposed to be ready to be picked up (because I call and ask prior to showing up) only to be told "we don't have it." Over the years, I have mostly had negative experiences, like the time a clerk told me that my son wouldn't die because his meds weren't ready!! Sadly, I kept coming here because it's open 24 hours but I'm ready to move on! The service is unreliable and the majority of the employees are either unfriendly or rude. If you know me, I'm nice and respectful. I deserve to be treated with some respect and appreciation because I'm a human being and also for my patronage. Tonight's lack of Rx, horrible attitude, waiting 20 minutes only to have to return in 30 minutes to see the same rude clerk with absolutely no manners was the last straw! The management here is amazing. I live close by so I am here often. When my car broke down at 3 in the morning the manager let me keep my car in the parking lot over night. Tonight I was just there and when I was checking out, one of the managers came up to me and asked me if I went there by myself. I told him yes and he told me that he was going to walk me out to my car. When we got outside he told me that there was a man in the store who he noticed wouldn't stop staring at me and he wouldn't have felt comfortable if he let me walk to my car by myself. read more
