I like that this location has ample parking. It's on a busy intersection and open 24hrs. Today was a frustrating experience. On a Sunday, at 1pm，zero employees working the 4 check stands. The Pharmacy Manager will give you a hard time for any kind of controlled medication. He assumed I was acquiring medications illegally, and hassled me nearly every month. My prescriptions were delayed by weeks because he would force me to double, triple, quadruple check with my Psychiatrist before he would fill the prescription. He was making a lot of assumptions about me based on my appearance, and is a bit neurotic and power trippin' over these fills. read more

Received message that prescription was ready for pickup..went right up to counter, no wait. After I picked it up the pharmacy called and said I need to come back because they forgot to give me the measuring syringe. I didn't leave the store yet so it wasn't a problem. Great service. Pharmacist Michelle is the most amazing rock star pharmacist, and human being I have ever met in to many years to count !! Not only is she as fast and expedient as lightning, but her precision is that of a grand pianist!!! She is laser focused on customer service & expedient care !! Michelle not only redials the insurance carriers when she sees an obvious mistake denial of prescription, but to my husband, who mentioned he forgot his wallet she offered to personally pay the small prescription fee and pay her back at another time. Yes my husband did have the money in his pocket. He just left his wallet in the car. I have to ask ask you : who still does that in this day and age ? Who gives such exemplary customer service? The pharmacist Michelle at CVS does every single day !! Michelle never lets the stress of the RX orders that are backed up 10 deep coming in from phone calls, faxes or walk-ins deter her from her standards of excellence !!! The worst pharmacy ever I went to urgent care 2pm when they sent the prescription for my bronchitis medication I showed up at 3 for pick up no word. Left home called at 5pm to be placed on hold. My medications were out of stock and no one had the medical responsibility to call me and let me know?! I wasn't waiting for socks ! I was waiting for medicine !!! Still in the parking lot as I type this review *wheew* SO, I went to this CVS on 5/1 around 11:30am to print out a photo, the photo would not be done for an hour so I paid for It and left. Was not able to come back the same day so I came THE VERY NEXT DAY, 5/2 around 2:30pm. I get there, get In line, receipt In hand. The cashier is now looking for my photo, she can't find it in the system....huh? We're going back n forth about when did I come In, did I pay, really!?.....then the cashier says "Let me see If they threw It away". WHY would It be thrown away!!, Low and behold, In the trash! The receipt clearly says "NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PHOTOS LEFT AFTER 30 DAYS", Um it wasnt even 28 hours later!!! Luckily the photo wasn't messed up, but c'mon!! read more

Pharmacy phones just ring and ring and take forever to answer also people look not happy to work or be there. Been here when they had their big boss and they right away attend and changed faces but the minute they're gone it goes back to being miserable looking. I'm sure they are some nice staff but the majority are like whatever I'm just here for the lay check sort of thing. I wish it wasn't like that. read more

Every time I come here I have to wait. I got a text message that my rx was ready and it wasn't. The last time same exact thing. Why do they send texts when it's never ready? I don't get it. The last time they told me it would be ready in 20 mins. So I walked around in the store and then went to the counter in 25 mins. to give them extra time. Guess what?? they didn't even process it and the person who helped me went to lunch of course. So they told me that it would take another 20 mins??! Omg! read more

If you let these people fill your prescriptions, you should get another RX for insanity. They are bizarrely lazy and fantastically incompetent. I was told that they weren't given any information on how to apply my two topical prescriptions, that they would not call my Doctor, and that it was my responsibility to get the information and relay it to them. I have never encountered a Pharmacist that did not feel that his job included telling patients how to take their medications. In fact, I thought that was his main job. When I picked up my prescriptions, got them home, and looked at them, it was very clear that the Pharmacy was supposed to mix the two prescriptions together. One is a powder, one is a liquid and there are multiple instructions telling the pharmacy to reconstitute the order. It is on several pieces of packaging including a giant paper attached to the entire length of the bag, telling them to reconstitute the order in huge letters. I'm stunned. No wonder they couldn't tell me how to apply it! They barely looked at it! read more

This review is of the pharmacy only. Before I set off to this website advertised 24 hour pharmacy I had my prescription electronically submitted by hospital personnel. Upon arrival I could see that the pharmacy was closed. I saw a pharmacist behind the counter, made eye contact but she continued to ignore me (for about 10 minutes) and put her head down. I checked for hours, concluded it should be open. Went to the front of the store, found a pleasant and helpful clerk. I shared with the clerk that as I was just discharged from a local hospital that had already electronically sent my prescriptions to this facility, what can I do? She advised me that the pharmacy was closed for a lunch break (3:30 am). I respectfully told her that lunch break should disclosed on the website and at the very least there should be a sign on the counter disclosing same. She agreed but told me she has no control of the pharmacy. I waited another 15 minutes. Pharmacy re-opened and the same pharmacist then helped me while wearing her mask below her nose. This from a company with entrance signs stating no mask, no service. I will not be returning anytime soon. read more

BEWARE!! I brought 3 prescriptions to be filled. They were very pricy. $160, $112, and $108. I decided I could only afford the lower 2. This is WITH INSURANCE! When I mentioned to my doctor how pricey they were he asked me where I got them. I said CVS. He told me that CVS does not try to work with the insurance and he transferred me to a local small pharmacy. At this small pharmacy, I was now going to pay $25 each! CVS DID NOT DUE THEIR DUE DILIGENCE FOR THE CUSTOMER! They did not want to deal with my provider Express Scripts! Beware!! Shame on CVS. I'm glad I told my doctor! I am now after over 15 years leaving CVS pharmacy! read more
