If needed, I will grab some cosmetic things while in the store - deodorant, toothpaste, eyeliner, greeting cards, etc. The prices are typical retail store prices. Sometimes they have a decent discount section that includes after holiday/season items and those items go fast! Overall this is a solid retail/pharmacy store in the area. When it finally opened I was first in line. When I told them why I was there I was brushed off with a dismissive, "wait over there." There was no apology for waiting so long, no effort to get my vaccination administered without delay, no customer service savvy displayed. When I complained staff, I assume a pharmacist, told me she had to come in on her day off. Well that comes with the territory, you know. This pharmacy does not do well by scheduled vaccinations and treats you just like they would a walk in plus they just don't display very good customer service skills in general. This particular location is in the North Hills near McCandless Township and Wexford. This grocery store has all of the typical departments: fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood, dairy, deli, bakery, prepared foods, canned foods, frozen foods, personal-care products, household supplies, floral department, etcetera. I occasionally shop at this store for groceries. Most recently, I stopped by to cash in lottery tickets, to purchase more lottery tickets, and to pick up a few foods. I wasn't in a hurry but wasn't being acknowledged at all. They told me they couldn't but someone would come help. The cashier came rushing up. I simply went on their website, logged in, saw several appointment times over the next few days, and made appointments for my husband and me. On the day of our appointments, the pharmacist was courteous and did an excellent job with the vaccine injections. To ensure that my husband and I did not experience any allergic reactions, we hung around by shopping in the store. I picked up a few items such as contact solution, hamburger buns, and cat litter. Products were in stock, and prices were low compared to many other retailers. At the checkout, several cashiers were working, and only one customer was ahead of us in line. The cashier wore a face mask, greeted us, accurately rang up our items, and thanked us.
