I would get five dollars off so I did that. When I went to check out, there was no coupon even after I created an account. I tried calling the number, but it has been ringing busy nonstop even days later. I tried an online chat and that didn't work and I was turned over to an online chat with a human being who did nothing but ask me question after question after question and this process went on for at least a half an hour until I gave up. When I went to the store to ask about it, I was told too bad so sad. They have nothing to do with online. Needless to say, I will not shop at Ulta again.

I booked online and nowhere in my booking process did it state the tech would not accept a Groupon. I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment and there was a handwritten sign on the door stating they'd be back by the time my appointment started. Spoiler- they were a few minutes late. After I waited for them to reopen the store I was informed the tech I was assigned would not accept Groupon. Super frustrating to have my time completely wasted. Not only because they were late, but because there was no disclaimer that the tech they signed me up with would turn me away. It doesn't say on Groupon they won't accept the voucher or they don't have techs that will refuse. So if this is the case- why sell for your location?

This particular location of Sheetz is on the high-traffic Perry Highway. My husband and I stopped here to purchase lottery tickets. We did not have to wait in line for long before an employee printed our lottery tickets and took our payment. I thought that this Sheetz was smaller than many other Sheetz. However, it is open 24 hours per day 7 days per week, and it sells several types of fuel, made-to-order foods, convenience-store items, and some alcohol. A small parking lot is outside.
