We did not have to wait in line for long before an employee printed our lottery tickets and took our payment. I thought that this Sheetz was smaller than many other Sheetz. However, it is open 24 hours per day 7 days per week, and it sells several types of fuel, made-to-order foods, convenience-store items, and some alcohol. A small parking lot is outside.

Example: Last time I went in like a week ago there was a girl working the register. She was on the phone but it was on speaker phone. No problem... Over the 18 years I have been getting gas here I don't have any recollection of them being nice, or even just semi happy. I realize work sucks. It sucks for me as well. But I don't have a chip on my shoulder when I'm dealing with customers. Even if I'm having a day. It's not their fault my job sucks sometimes. The inside of this Sheetz is actually quite nice which isn't surprising since its new. It was both large and clean with ample standing room for those that had ordered MTO's as well as a seating area that could hold maybe 20 people. For lunch on this day I ended up ordering 2 brats, both on pretzel buns with sauerkraut, jalepenos, banana peppers and yellow mustard. Total cost for me, $8. That's pretty steep but I was looking forward to the brats. My father and I both received our food at the same time about 10 minutes after we ordered and we headed over to the dining area to eat. As soon as I opened the brat I knew I had made a mistake with the pretzel bun. It was entirely too small to fit brat itself let alone any of the condiments I had also ordered (See my picture as well.). I don't blame the workers here but rather Sheetz for allowing you to order something which clearly shouldn't be an option. They also charged me 50 cents a bun for the pretzel bun which wouldn't have been a problem if it actually fit what I ordered. In any case I still ate my brat and watched as all the peppers and sauerkraut ended up in the container. Both the braut and the pretzel bun ended up being pretty good and I did like the combination of the two. However eating the banana peppers, jalepeno peppers and sauerkraut alone wasn't so great. The bottom line for me is that I was disappointed with my meal here today. Yes it was what I chose but if you don't have the bun to fit a protein, don't give that as an option. I still will probably head back to this Sheetz in the future although i hope that future visits are more pleasant.

The techs and pharmacists always ask if I have questions about my prescription which shows that they care and want us to be educated on the medications themselves. If I am purchasing a medication that is not over the counter and am not sure what is the best one based on symptoms, the pharmacist has come out from behind the counter and has directed me to what will be most beneficial. If needed, I will grab some cosmetic things while in the store - deodorant, toothpaste, eyeliner, greeting cards, etc. The prices are typical retail store prices. Sometimes they have a decent discount section that includes after holiday/season items and those items go fast! Overall this is a solid retail/pharmacy store in the area. Helpful employees, typical cosmetic/retail items, and decent hours.

I showed up more than an hour after my doc called in my script, and was told 15 minutes, then I waited another 10 to learn they were only giving me a partial (one day) script. I'm not super local so, after pushing the issue when they told me my choice was to come back tomorrow or have the doctor call it in elsewhere (doc was gone for the day) they said if I filled the partial there I could have Walmart call tomorrow to have it transferred- but not today. Okay- fine- I'll do that- but then I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to change something in their computer to fill the partial script that they were about to hand me if I was coming back tomorrow. They weren't polite in any regard, and now, not only do I have to deal with the hassle of calling the other pharmacy to have it transferred, but I have to make another trip out AND pay my co-pay again, since it will be a new place. NEVER AGAIN!
