I met a guy who went to bought a battery at Walmart. He got his car in at 4:15pm. He FINALLY got his car back at 5:55pm -for a BATTERY change. So yah, I FINALLY got my car back at 6:02pm - 2 hours, 47 minutes for 4 tires. The only saving grace was the 2 gentlemen, both associates, who worked the auto center desk. They were conversational and they "felt our pain" as the time ticked by. The Auto Manager, a lady, was there as well but never asked us about our time, our service or for feedback. She probably spent half her time in the office - even if she was working, it was disappointing she didn't ask those of us who'd been there a while how we were doing. The final note of "fun" was the fact when I checked the spare tire, they had just plopped the tire in the back and didn't change it. When i called to ask, I was THEN told - not as I was checking out, but 20 minutes later - the rim for the spare was not the same size as the tire. So - they couldn't tell me that when I checked out, or even better, tell me that when they were spending 2 hours, 45 minutes to put my 4 tires on the car??

You don't hear that often from him when it comes to breakfast. Over all- quality breakfast, good prices (aside from $3 for a soda ) and nice little place. We will be back.

I called into the pharmacy 9 minutes before they closed to inform the pharmacist that I was en route with my mother in law who had just broken her leg and was discharged from the hospital with a hand written prescription to be filled..the pharmacist then informed me he closed in just a few minutes and he won't have time to fill a presecription 2 minutes before the store closes.. I pulled up to the CVS in Granbury 5 minutes before the pharmacy closed to find the front doors already locked.. I waited at the front door until I saw an employee who I asked why they closed the doors so early? He said it was midnight and they are closed. I replied holding my phone up to the glass that it was still 3 minutes till at this point, and that I would be contacting the store manager about this.. at this moment another employee walked up and asked what was going on. I told her about the situation and that I had been standing outside now for 4 minutes. The first employee then said he was told by the pharmacist to lock the door early..this was the same pharmacist that I told I was on my way and would be there in just a few minutes.. after the second employee heard this she said come in and see if they will fill it.. the pharmacist stated that, "we have families we want to get home to!" ...this is very poor business practice and far from the customer service you would expect from a licensed professional whom is in a field centered on service. I have been using this pharmacy for 4 years and have a good mind to take my multiple monthly scripts to another pharmacy... I'd give this a 1 star review had they not filled this script read more

This place sucks. I get my medicine here monthly and have been for about a year, but every time I go in, they act like I'm not even in their system. I get asked for my name and date of birth over and over again, as if I'm going to give them a different answer. I always end up sitting there, talking to different workers because apparently I'm not in the system, but at the end of all that, I still leave with my medication. It makes no sense. The staff is polite most of the time but when I tell them I get my medicine here every month and it has to be there, I get eye rolls and people talking in the back. They'll send different people up to ask me the same questions and give me the same answers, and I end up stuck there for 30 minutes, even though I get messages days before that my prescription is ready. This happens every time except when I sent my father and he only had to give my name and date of birth and got the medication right away. When my wife goes, it's like what happens to me--they say I'm not in the system and they want ID. Nobody ever has a real explanation. It just sucks. read more

The website didn't state they were opening late. I signed up for emails and texts and never received either one explaining my appt. was cancelled. Now I have to wait another week to get a morning appt. I don't even think they can reasonably say it was because of the storm. The lady at Aldi Grocery lives in Weatherford and she opened the store before 9 am today which I found out when I shopped there to kill time before Quest decided to open. This is the SECOND time this has happened where they are incapable of sending a text, email or putting on their own website the updated office hours. 90% of my visits to this site has been met with "I don't have your bloodwork orders" even though ALL my different doctors sent them. After a previous visit where they didn't have my orders I went to LabCorp. No problem. They always seem to get my Doctors orders OK. If I didn't live so close to this office I would definitely change labs. I can't say anything wrong about the staff as they are always cordial but the management leaves a lot to be desired. When the nurse that took the first patient back came out she should have made it known right then that all appointments BEFORE 10 would have to reschedule. WASTE OF MY TIME!!!
