This is a hidden gem! Awesome atmosphere! The spud was outstanding! The pulled pork was juicy flavorful, the shrimp was cooked and season perfectly! Has to be the best backed potato I've ever had in my life! Outstanding service! The girls helped and answered all the questions I had for it being my first time! Definitely a new favorite!! Food and service were both excellent. I wasn't thrilled about some of the music. There were 3 children in the restaurant and one of the songs was saying "Take off all your clothes." Other than that, I was quite pleased. I would probably do takeout next time. read more

Super friendly staff. The potatoes are large and loaded with a variety of toppings. We both took almost half home. They offer nachos now too. Drinks are freshly made, hubby had lemonade gave it thumbs up. Definitely will be back. read more

Checked out a new local small business for dinner tonight, desert spuds and brews. Super yummy, cute seating area and quick service. We ordered 2 potatoes, and if my husband and I could agree on flavors we could have shared them, that's how big they are! My husband took on the challenge and finished 3/4 of his (but now complaining he's too full, ha.) I'm bring 2/3 of mine home. He had a pulled pork and I picked the flavor of the week, Swedish meatball. Drinks were good- but miss the option of just a fountain soda. What stops a 5 star review is the size options. I'd love to see a kids or senior order that is 1/2 the size! read more

Located 2 doors down from Aldi's in a small building. The charming interior is a cozy bistro with several small tables and chairs with a small book corner against the wall. Upon entering, grab the small clipboard and select your spud and available toppings. With meat $10, without meat $8. Protein: Sweet Pork, Garlic Shredded Chicken, Taco Meat, Special of the Week. Toppings: Chili, Garlic butter, Queso, 3 cheese blend, jalapeños, sour cream, bacon bits, etc. Sauces: BBQ sauce, Cilantro Lime, Famous Spud Sauce, Ranch, Sweet& Spicy Buffalo. Crunch: Onion Crackers and Fritos These spuds are huuuge. They're really loaded up to the point even after eating 1/3 of mine it still weighed in at a whopping 1lb 7.8oz!! This is well worth the $10 considering it is large enough for 2-3 meals. You can't get a better deal elsewhere. You're not paying $10 for just a spud, it's several meals in one with Texas portion sized toppings. I had never eaten a spud topped w/ a protein before today hesitant about the idea. This made me a convert. I ordered the Special of the Week, Swedish Meatballs and Noodles and it was THE BEST most flavorful restaurant quality Swedish Meatballs and Noodles I've had compared to others that lack seasoning or have been too sour. This should definitely be a permanent item on the menu. It included a very generous amount of about 10-12 meatballs which were moist, savory, perfectly seasoned with a blend of spices over a bed of egg noodles and a creamy rich gravy. I chose to top it w/sour cream and green onions. (Oooh, French fried onions would've added a nice crunch. Though they do offer garlic crackers or Fritos) The spud itself was perfectly cooked, light and fluffy inside. Surprisingly worked well with the noodles. My husband ordered the Sweet pulled pork and chose to top it with queso, sour cream, corn, and tomatoes. He enjoyed his as well, ate half, and still had enough for dinner and then some. They offered many different types of specialty drinks to satisfy your sweet tooth with very unique combinations. I chose my fav Chai tea, sugar free w/almond milk. Yum! Service was great as they patiently offered suggestions, recommendations, and guided you through their menu. I definitely recommend you stop and check them out! Support small businesses and keep them going as the life blood that adds to the attraction of Granbury! Just ate there today for lunch. Great baked potatoes and toppings for a great price. One potato is enough for 2 meals. The staff were friendly and the service outstanding! So glad there's a new, unique restaurant in Granbury. We'll be going again. read more

They put a really good portion of toppings and everything tastes amazing. All the workers were extremely nice and very welcoming. There is also plenty of room to sit inside and also a book shelf to keep kids entertained if needed. Overall amazing place and a very welcoming feeling in there!! read more

Have eaten here about 10 times and ready to leave review. Awesome! Best brownies and bread pudding I've ever had. Best blueberry lemonade ever. Potatoes and nachos have been a meal on their own, and served fresh. They do run out of things sometimes but that's OK because they don't mass produce. With that said if they're out of queso and you order nachos, I would pass. Dirty sodas fabulous, and Stumptown coffee, thank you! Staff is darling.
