Do NOT go to the Auto Center for ANYTHING on a Sunday afternoon. Good lord - I went in at 3:15 and ordered 4 new tires, plus I wanted one of the old tires to be mounted on the spare tire rim. While I was waiting (and waiting, and waiting..) I met a guy who went to bought a battery at Walmart. He got his car in at 4:15pm. He FINALLY got his car back at 5:55pm -for a BATTERY change. So yah, I FINALLY got my car back at 6:02pm - 2 hours, 47 minutes for 4 tires. The only saving grace was the 2 gentlemen, both associates, who worked the auto center desk. They were conversational and they "felt our pain" as the time ticked by. The Auto Manager, a lady, was there as well but never asked us about our time, our service or for feedback. She probably spent half her time in the office - even if she was working, it was disappointing she didn't ask those of us who'd been there a while how we were doing. The final note of "fun" was the fact when I checked the spare tire, they had just plopped the tire in the back and didn't change it. When i called to ask, I was THEN told - not as I was checking out, but 20 minutes later - the rim for the spare was not the same size as the tire. So - they couldn't tell me that when I checked out, or even better, tell me that when they were spending 2 hours, 45 minutes to put my 4 tires on the car?? read more

Not the worst Walmart I've ever been to. Reasonably clean. Well stocked shelves. Associates not tohard to find. Inside is a new Philly Cheesesteak places, Charlie's I think. It's pretty good. Bottom line: People watching not as good here as it is in Tarrant County. read more

I've always had a good experience in this Walmart. It is usually organized and clean with new items. I have found lots of great deals in here. Highly recommend the fresh flowers and checking out clothes clearance. The staff at the pharmacy always takes good care of me when picking up the prescription for my dog that only Walmart carries. Went tonight to get one hour photo and realized I had ordered my picture at the wrong place and staff was quick to help me get it fixed and printed and on my way. All in all, I enjoy my trips here about once a month to stock up on things that only Walmart has. read more

Horrible experience with the automotive department. Came in for tires, got checked in 3 hrs ago with 1 person ahead of us. They finally moved our vehicle inside about 1 hour ago and it still is not on the lift. The personnel inside were rude as hell to us as well as several other customers and they just 15 minutes ago decided to inform us that there was only 1 tire mechanic working and he was the most least motivated, slow moving mechanic I've ever seen. Employees are rude and will run you over with their cart when doing curb side shopping for other people like we are in their way. Venders stocking selves are just as bad, I understand that they have carts full of stuff to put on selves but At least try to keep them a little better at making the isle usable for shoppers. Also employees talking about other employees on the floor is a big NO NO to me. I go to Wal-Mart only when I have to, otherwise I stay away from there. This complaint is about customers who get upset about recipt being checked, what's your problem it's no big deal to stop and the person standing at the door is only doing what they are told to do...so don't blame them. I made an appointment to have 4 tires put on my truck Thursday last week. Arrived at the appointment of 10:00am. 3 1/2 hours later left with my wheels damaged and the TPS broken on 1 of the wheels. Was told by their tech that my tire sensor would reset, but alas it's broken. Called the store, was told the tire center manager was shopping and would have to review the tapes and then call me. The worst service and filled by Misty at the desk who clearly didn't want to get called in early and the entire day was just regrettable from start to finish. Will probable never get this corrected given their useless desire to do anything with a smile or right. read more

I just left this store and the lady checked my receipt (which is ok by me) but while she was counting and handling my receipt she was telling me how she was sick. This is definitely a small, lake town Walmart. They sit right not the lake, which lends for some nice views and atmosphere, and they offer a lot of items for the lake goer. It's on par with other stores in regards to cleanliness and how it's kept. Same with the staff, always on the go and not really sociable. No one ever asks if you're doing well or if you need help with anything. Not a bad location, but not the best. read more

really good service as far as getting the job done I think the people here are pretty sluggish on their jobs and have a lot of strange people working here but other than the people they hire it's very clean and I can get my shopping done here very nicely, but watch out because if there is a sale of any type, it gets very busy here but I have been going here for seven years. I found an item I wanted at this Walmart I go to pick it up. It rings up almost $20 more expensive than I found it online. I asked the lady she says that's on the website that's not here we don't price match Walmarts website. Snatch the item out of my hand, took it to customer service doing the basket and laughed. I asked to speak to a manager because I wasn't finished talking. Joshua comes up to me and says yes we don't price match are on our website prices we price match anybody else but not our website I said well that's weird well it says you have it in stock since I have in my hand let me purchase an online and pick it up from your store he says that is perfectly fine. I will hold it for you for 48 hours. You can pick it up in two days. I said why I have it right here in my hand you can go to your system and see that I purchased it you can marked as delivered. He said no the price difference so you have to wait if you want it you pay full price completely ridiculous they will price match their own website with the price match everything else. Front end manager pretty much said this is how our system works so you have to pay full price if you want it we offer lower on website to make you wait just so when you get here you get frustrated and spend more money anyways. read more

Most of the staff are friendly and professional and helpful. If you ask where an item is located they take you to it or they find out which aisle it's on they're great. But, the evening managers asst.managers, shift managers etc.. could care less if you ever shopped there again. They're rude, pissed off and I guess unhappy people. Can't ask a question or ask to clarify answer or anything else. They're arrogant and think they are above all others. Hey I get having a bad day we all have them but I have experienced this bs 3 times in the last 3 weeks. I may not can get everything I want or need at the others but damn near and a lot times it's cheaper. The last time was 4/22/22 I left it all in the basket and went to Kroger and guess the fixed me up. Succeeded where Walmart failed and it was cheaper. Wtf Walmart? Get your managers in line ore is this part of Walmarts protocol. I laugh every time that girl put her hands over her ears and walking off fast saying "I'm not answering any questions" lol she looked and acted like a child. read more

Customer service always seems to be lacking at this location. I go in time and time again to find items and I am met back with angry workers snapping back at me. Items are played either in wrong place or are marked at clearance and ring up at different prices. When asking the people at check out about this it is a fight to get the price it was marked at. This is not the customers fault that it is marked wrong but they make it out to be the customers fault. Another instance I asked a worker in the store about a price of an item, they confirmed it would be on clearance, went to purchase it and it was not, told the lady at the and she told me I needed a note. I am not a worker there so I don't know that I needed that, but if that was what I needed why didn't the employee give that to me? Last instance was I went in for a storage container and needed a lid, couldn't find a lid so I asked a person working. The response? Doesn't look like I have any on the floor and I know I don't have any in the back and if I did have any in the back it'd be in packaging and I can't rip that open, she didn't bother to look. Next thing that was said was they can give you a discount at the front? What's the point in a discount I need a storage container with a lid there's no point in buying one without a lid. I have to give this Walmart a 5 star !! I purchased a vacuum cleaner at another Walmart location and a 2 year warranty. Well I was mid advised on warranty and 10 months later it went out. I was very unhappy after talking with phone representatives from manufacturer and warranty company. I went into store and explained my situation I was not looking for anything different than I had been told just wanted to talk to someone face to face I didn't even take the vacuum with me I was not expecting anything different well different is exactly what I got. I was treated with the best customer care I have ever received at a department store I was told that they would gladly take care of my problem and even suggested a different brand that I might be happier with. The young lady and gentleman explained that they were going to be working till 10 pm that night. They told me not to be in any hurry just come back anytime before 10. Worst Walmart ever. There is absolutely no "healthy" food here. No organic milk, no TLC brand crackers/cookies, no Clif brand items, UGH... I gave up. I only venture in for socks and underwear now. Over a period of time I have seen this Walmart decline. It seems no matter what I want there will be between 3 and 8 of the items out of stock. How do they order and when do they get it? Someone is always stocking but I can go to the store again in a week and they are still out of that product. You would think that they would up the number if they keep running out of an item before they get the next shipment in. There was one brand of cereal that we like and keep on hand all the time. They didn't have ANY for a month. We gave up and purchased it at a grocery that always has it in stock. Walmart used to put a lot of emphasis on customer service and greeting customers. It doesn't happen here! They are polite enough if you have to flag someone down for help but they don't go out of their way. We used to travel and we stopped as a Walmart in a town, sorry I don't remember where, and every associate we passed greeted us. It was the most pleasant shopping experience on that trip. If I am lucky enough to feel like shopping in the store here I have to ride a cart to do it. They have done a total remodel on the store and I found some areas that I couldn't take the cart. read more
