When I went in to get them, I was told they would be be ready until the next day because they had to be ordered. The next day I called and they said they hadn't ordered them and it would be another day to get them. If I ever get these prescriptions from them, it will probably be the last time. No one ever notified me of the delay and they obviously don't care about customers if they are lying about ordering them and not calling to let me know about any delays.

Longtime employees -- including beloved pharmacists -- were let go and lost their benefits. These were people who had worked at those pharmacies for years and were part of the fabric of our small towns. Now? It's a mess. I went to pick up a prescription I had called in two days earlier -- it wasn't filled. And I wasn't alone. Three other people in line had the exact same problem. The friendliness we were used to is completely gone. Instead of calling and talking to someone I knew and who knew me, I get a robotic voice system. Locals here in Suttons Bay have been voicing a lot of frustration. Bayshore Pharmacy used to be loved -- now it feels like a place no one likes, staffed by people who seem overwhelmed or totally untrained.
