I went to pay and the cashier said I had to put my phone number into their system. I told him that I did not want to give them my number. He said I don't get the deal if I don't put in my phone number. So I left my two Pepsi's on the counter and left. I went up to the Shell station on Congress and bought my two Pepsi's for the same deal. I live just up the road just off Melaleuca and Jog, I have stopped there many times before because of how convenient it is, well, never stopping at that store again. Great job guys. I've been trying to fill my prescription here for over a month. Each time I follow up, I'm told to…read more"check back next week," but there's never any real update or progress. There seems to be an issue here of lack of transparency. If the medication isn't available or unlikely to be in stock, patients should be told that clearly so they can make other arrangements...not kept in a weekly loop without resolution. In one call I was told they have a list of regular patients waiting for their meds to be filled. Hearing this and adding the rest of my experience with this pharmacy made it feel like my I was no priority and that maybe this would be an ongoing issue. At a certain point, repeatedly stringing patients along without a realistic expectation of filling their prescriptions raises concerns about whether patients are being given accurate information to access their medication in a timely way. Strongly recommend trying elsewhere.

Get them in the morning as they tend to get dry while sitting out all day. The pharmacy is on top of things and I've been getting my scripts filled here for many years. The produce is hit or miss, but there's always a clerk around if you need something. The deli runs smoothly most of the time. They have baked chicken tenders here, which are perfect on a wrap or a scooped sub, and the potato wedges are also very good. I shop here often, and the cashiers are always nice and friendly.

All the pumps -- and there are quite a few -- were all pretty busy. The station is located on the corner of Lyons Road and Boynton Beach Blvd. It's a car-filled intersection all the time anyway. It was a convenient stop for us. Anyone who's lived in Florida a long time (my husband is native-born) knows that in hurricane season, you never let your car get below a half tank -- just in case. First h called to see if I was still allergic to what had been prescribed. Then he called to tell me what it was being changed to. A received a text message when it was promptly filled. Now I'm considering moving my prescriptions from Publix. Kings Pharmacy has impressive customer service.
