CVS #3880 on E. Cornwallis in Greensboro is my neighborhood pharmacy. It is my preferred pharmacy because the store manager is awesome. The store is run with professionalism and care. Everything stays well-stocked, clean, and tidy. The pharmacy staff are my favorite people. They work well together and are focused on their jobs. It is a bonus that this pharmacy is open 24 hours, 7 days per week. read more

UPS said to go to CVS to pick up undelivered package. It was not there and I was told it might be next day (no problem at all); staff member was welcoming and warm; however parking lot is full of trash. Not a good first impression to drive and walk around debris. read more

We had to wait 1hr just to get some medicine for my sick sister. They took 4 dollars from us to add flavor to something when it already had flavor and they would not give us are 4 dollars back even though they did not add flavor. Horrible place, go to Walgreens. read more

if I could give this place zero stars I would. I'm attaching a picture of the very girl at the counter because she refused to supply her name so I could report her to management. This is the second time I've had unacceptable service from her but the entire staff is incompetent. I went to pick up my prescription after receiving a text a few days earlier that it was ready. I waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive through only to be told they couldn't find it. she sued me to pull back around and get back in line or either come inside. I told her I would return in 30 minutes to pick it up after showing her the text stating that it was "ready". when I returned almost an hour later they still didn't have my prescription ready. the girl copped an attitude when I refused to get out of the drive through line. I had already wasted over an hour and a half waiting on my "ready" prescription that was nowhere to be found. When I asked if they could just fill another one, she said they didn't have enough supply. Needless to say, I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. The staff is unprofessional and rude, as others have commented. My prescription was either inactivated by a glitch in CVS' system, my doctor, or me. Instead of trying to help me solve my problem and understand why the prescription would have been inactivated when my bottle says I have a prescription refill until 2023, the staff person hung up on me. I have appreciated their Minute Clinic, but I'm tired of the lack of customer care, service, and lines (whether drive-thru or in-person). I'll be switching to Walgreens. read more

I went in tonight to try to get my COVID booster shot. The sign says appointments or walk-ins, and as I came in the pharmacist was finishing a vaccination for someone else. There was nobody else there, and no one in the drive-thru line. I asked if I could get my booster and she said no, we only do appointments. I said the sign says walk-ins welcome, and she said no, we only do appointments. I said there's no one here, and she said we only do appointments. Maybe I'm missing something, but medical professionals are supposed to care about the health of their community. She doesn't seem to care at all, so I will find another pharmacy that does. read more

It is no surprise why this place has such a high turnover rate. What a dumpster fire of a pharmacy. Wait times are atrocious. The staff are completely unengaged with not a single smile amongst them and they are so rude!! I simply do not want rude, anxious, overworked people handling the medications of myself or my children. Had a lingering cold that I thought had grown into something more. Tried to go to the minute clinic 2 times!!! The first time I signed in and was told I'd receive a text message 30 minutes prior to an available slot time. Never got that message. Second time there was almost a 2 hour wait. Third time, I went at 8:30am on a Saturday to be sure i was the first person in line as they open at 9am. No one ever showed up. I was told at 9:50 that they sent the person to the wrong CVS and that the clinic was closed for the day! HORRIBLE! Thank God it was nothing more than a long lingering cold.... read more

Entire staff is rude. I have gone to pick up prescriptions, got there and told it was almost ready, only to wait half an hour and have another member of the staff ask me what I was waiting for and then tell be told they don't even have it in stock and would have to come back the next day. I have since transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. However, this memorial day weekend I had no choice but to go there since my package of insulin syringes was stolen from my front door and they were the only pharmacy still open. I've never had anything but pleasant interactions with Walgreens when I needed an extra pack but as soon as I said the word 'syringe' I had the entire pharmacy staff swarming on me and the pharmacist was speaking so loudly that every customer within 20 feet could hear me being drilled about my personal medical information. Finally, after I was able to initiate a sentence between questions, I offered to show an insulin prescription to her. They agreed to sell my one pack and did not even give me the correct size that I asked for, but I took what they gave me so I could get out of there. The CVS on Spring Garden has a much more polite staff, but still have poor service compared to any Walgreens pharmacy I have been to. read more

The pharmacist here is extremely rude and unprofessional. The pharmacy techs are friendly however. Pharmacist need to be trained in customer service if they interact with customers. It's surprising that they lack customer service training despite the years of pharmacy school they have attended. read more

This is my "go to" big chain pharmacy at those sporadic times in my life when I actually am blessed by the gods & goddesses with health insurance. The repeat consumer benefits are ridiculously good as well as the coupons tailored to fit my consumer needs. Once enrolled in their "Extracare Card" program, 25% off coupons are mailed once per month as well as the more money spent, the higher the amount of "ExtraBucks" is paralleled with amount spent. In particular, what draws me back time & time again is their 24/7 drive-thru pharmacy. read more
