I went to customer service to see if they could help me. Ken to the rescue! This young well spoken man escorted me to the aisle with the packing totes. He loaded up eleven totes in three different sizes ensuring they all had the proper lids. He checked me out at the customer service area so I would not have to be in a line and self checkout is not a feasible option. He is professional, empathetic, enthusiastic and also has a great smile. The above and beyond service was well beyond my expectations but it doesn't stop there. He followed me to my truck and loaded it with all those totes while carrying on a pleasant conversation. I am blown away when I interact with an employee of this high caliber. I predict he will move up quickly in whatever profession he elects. Color me happy.

Truly, CVS pharmacy is a JOKE!…read more My insurance (BCBS) uses CVS so for things to go smoothly I use CVS. Prescriptions have been delayed because of computer issues at CVS. Many of us, customers, have discussed the issue as we are rejected when we go to pick up our prescriptions. Normally the computer interruptions only last a day or two. The Dr says they called in the order but CVS says they don't have the order. Call the Dr and ask to call in again and they call in again but no progress and CVS still does not have the prescription. The solution is to check back in a day or two. Of course, the CVS employee is rude when you insist that you need your meds and they just want you to "go away". Would be nice if they identify the problem rather than the careless attitude. The latest prescription that my Dr called in did not show up online or on the iOS app as being ready to pick up. When I called in the automated system on the phone the prescription was ready to pick up. Stopped by to pick up and they could not find the prescription but they showed that it had been filled and was ready to be picked up. Waited while they remade the prescription #1636626. Of course, that prescription is not linked to my online account or the iOS app. Called the support number at CVS and they could not figure it out and asked me to have the Dr call the prescription in again to see if the problem still exists. CVS says it is not possible for CVS to link that prescription to my account. Really, they need some information technology folks that can iron out the many issues. Seems like the system is maintained by a few high school kids, rather than real IT folks On a positive note, the staff that run the store (front of the house) are 180 degrees out from the pharmacy. They are extremely helpful, courteous and efficient.

I have been using this pharmacy since this store location was opened. The customer service has been…read morenothing but awesome. Everyone is friendly and they have gone out of their way to help me on more than one occasion when the prescription has been questioned or my insurance was not able to cover certain medications. When I am later than usual to pick up my prescriptions they give me a courtesy call, which is always appreciated. I have often remarked to them how much I value their kindness, knowledge and courteous help. I have tried many pharmacies in this area and Walmart store #300 has spoiled me. I truly do feel they are a tremendous asset to this community!

The following day I came again and was once again turned away due to them going on break. However they weren't scheduled to go on break for another 20 minutes. This is also after I again checked in and waited 10 minutes to then be told to leave. The ladies at the pharmacy were also very rude about the whole situation. Awful experience will never be coming back here for any sort of test I need to do.
