It's the best quality pizza you'll get in the area. Personally, I think it's the best casual restaurant in Greenwood, SC. With the order I had, I found myself saying this is better than what I'm used to getting. Spinach and Artichoke dip was good, but the pita CHIPS was by far some of the best I've had. Also the pizza had a great balance of good crust (brick oven), cheese, and sauce. You know how you can nitpick on either the quality or quantity of cheese or sauce (or if the crust was burnt) when you get pizza? Well just know the good folks at The Mill House make it really hard to do that. Service and wait time were pretty impressive too. I've been here twice during slow and busy times and service has been consistent and good. I have no complaints. I suggest trying this place if you haven't. I'll be back next time I'm in town to try their different pizza sauces and eating pizza that's easily under 2500 calories :) read more

We were staying with an older relative who really didn't feel like going out, so we decided to order in, and she suggested pizza. So, I found Mill House on Yelp, because she said other family members had been there. I like the area where this restaurant is located, and there seemed to be plenty of parking around. I ordered the Cheeseburger Pizza on a 10-inch Cauliflower crust, cousin ordered the small Cheese Pizza, and hubby ordered 12 Plain Wings. We were told the wings come to the restaurant already seasoned. Boy, that seasoning is Spicy! I could only handle one wing, and didn't want another. The total bill, with no drinks, was about $50. It wasn't busy at the time we came in (close to 8:30-9:00pm), so we were seated immediately. Our server was nice and helpful with suggestions on the menu. Hubby had the wings (baked). He asked for 6 Imperial and 6 Killa Bee. He thoroughly enjoyed them. He also ordered the Fungus Amungus pizza and it was a hit as well. I ordered the meatball sub at our server's recommendation. Some had wings and others had pizza! I went with the Paula's Preferred Pizza and I got the Baron Von Weitzen craft beer, oh my delicious combination!! He made great recommendations and as a lone diner, he gave me enough space to order, dine and relax but also enough hospitality to make this little place charming. He knew a lot about Greenwood and was excellent at offering what to see, do and eat. The food here was excellent. Very unique flavor combinations. Food had a flavor that I was pleasantly pleased with the blend of spices were good. The ambient surroundings were nice right for a good conversation and was enjoyable. The service was not bad but when a question is asked of a server about the menu or food and an answer can not be given I suggest the chef and management should have weekly staff meetings about the menu to better the service. This will allow for a better understanding of the food and give a guest better way to make decisions on meal choices. I will return in 2 months to give a follow up review on a new dish .
