Pulled up, while driving thru Greenville, to find a note on the door that inside wasn't open, but drive thru was. Pulled into drive thru and everything we tried to order, they didn't have. No croissants, no biscuits. Alrighty! That's 3 strikes, we are out. We didn't come for just donuts and now you have lost business completely. Can't give a review of the ambiance other than this looks like a really run down place from the outside. Guy on speaker wasn't very friendly or apologetic for not having much! I love this place! It's voted the best donut/bakery in Greenwood for the past 3-4 years. My only complaint is that they aren't open on Sundays, but I understand they need a day off too. I used to live in the Bay Area and there was this great "hole in the wall" that served the BEST apple fritters I have ever put in my mouth. This place reminds of that place. The apple fritters are amazing! I am a regular customer. I visit this place at least once a week and their breakfast sandwiches and apple fritters are my favorites. Been buying the donuts there for many years. By far the best donuts in town. I am not one of those Karens who give a bad review because they didn't serve the type of food I wanted either. They serve breakfast only and have done so for years. They are like crispy cremes, but they are in my opinion better. They are not the cake type donuts. Breakfasts are pretty good two. I was back in my hometown visiting family and found this local spot. Great variety of donuts, everything was very fresh and the staff was friendly. The favorite when I got these back home was the cinnamon roll but really everything was very good. Would definitely recommend them over the chain shops you see in town. read more

Local restaurant with really good food and service. My favorite is their Philly cheesesteak one of the best I've had. Their menu has a variety of items so even the picky eater should be able to find something here they like. They sell fresh donuts and other baked goodies as well. Their donuts taste better than Krispy Kreme with the right amount of sweetness. read more

Little family owned place. It doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let that fool you! Everything is fresh and cooked to order. The donuts are light and amazing, the icing on them is fresh plus they fill them with your choice of fillings. We all also had the breakfast sandwiches. The bagels were fresh, the croissant was buttery, the toast was thick. They have avocado! We're in love and will definitely return. Make sure to try this instead of IHOP or Cracker Barrel. Yes. Five stars. I'd give it 10 if I could. A small family owned place that sure doesn't look like much from the outside - but the food - oh my! Ordered a breakfast sandwich, the woman listened to what we wanted and served it up exactly correct. Exact. Fresh and yummy. Not overcooked, not undercooked, not made ahead. Hubs doesn't really like breakfast sandwiches but raved about this one. Just goes to show what can be achieved when it's made fresh to order! And then the donuts. A complete class of their own. I am donut freak. I love them. I am picky about them. And I can say - I will drive back to this town someday just to get a donut. And although it will be hours out of my way to do so, it will be worth it. We ordered glazed twists and glazed donut holes. I think the holes were gone before we started the car! This mom and pop place has wonderful donuts and pretty good breakfast sandwiches. The last time we stopped by on our way to Happy Cow Creamery the door was locked but a sign taped to the door said the drive through was open. We got some croissant sandwiches and half a dozen assorted donuts. My daughter ordered a chicken and egg croissant thinking it would be a filet like McDonalds or Chik Fil a but the chicken was thinly sliced deli meat! Weird. My sausage egg and cheese croissant was better. Everyone loved the light airy donuts. The prices here are good too. They serve lunch but I can't speak to those offerings as we always get breakfast. The only reason it is four stars are the facilities. The building used to house some chain burger place (I think but I can't place it) and the only bathroom is outside and you have to navigate the drive through window traffic to get to it. I do recommend trying them, you can't miss with those donuts! read more

My boyfriend and I came by for lunch and were not disappointed. The outside doesn't look like much, but this restaurant should not be passed up. The staff was very friendly and personable. Looked to be family owned and operated. My boyfriend had the Hawaiian bacon cheeseburger & I had the Deluxe chicken sandwich. He said it was the best burger he had ever tasted. I highly recommend this restaurant. The prices were very reasonable as well. I've never written a review for anything before but this wonderful experience made it nearly impossible for me not to write a glowing review. They also sell doughnuts, but we were so stuffed from the meal that we didn't get any. They looked delicious though. Definitely will be going back! This place does not look like much but it is worth the stop. The service was very friendly, obviously a family owned business, helpful with recommendations. The food was delicious. I ordered the buffalo bacon burger and my guy ordered an avocado burger. Both were perfect. The buns were freshly made. The onion rings are hand dipped in batter and neither they nor the fries were greasy. For dessert we couldn't pass up a doughnut. Because we were late in the day the selection was more limited but very enticing nonetheless. Doughnuts did not disappoint, they were very fresh and delicious. We came to Greenwood as a central meeting place from both our jobs and we will be coming back to the Big Apple doughnuts and restaurant every time we're in the area.
