I recently moved to the Greenwood area and stopped at CVS for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, organized, and well-maintained the store looked. The overall appearance of the store was excellent. Unfortunately, my experience at the checkout was disappointing. During two separate transactions, the male cashier appeared uncomfortable with handing me my change. Even though I had my hand extended, he placed the change on the counter instead. He then folded my receipt and placed it near me rather than handing it to me. I also noticed that he seemed visibly agitated when I needed to count out the change I had available to complete my purchase. I have never experienced treatment like this at a store before, and it was especially hurtful as someone who is new to the community. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy, dignity, and respect. We are all human beings, and we all deserve to feel welcome when entering a place of business. I hope management will take this feedback seriously, because the store itself made a very positive first impression, and I would hate for one employee's behavior to overshadow an otherwise nice experience. read more

Persistatanly slowest pharmacy in Indiana. Be prepared to wait 45mins upon arriving. My script was ready for pick up and waited 45mins I line. There were 6 people ahead of me. Seems like majority of workers don't know what they are doing. read more

If I could give CVS negative stars I would. I showed up 4 hours after my physician sent in a prescription to be told that they were still working on it, and that they'd expedite it, but it would still take another hour. That's absolutely pathetic. In the olden days when we still had local hometown pharmacies, you could walk in, tell them you were there to pick up a prescription, and they'd have it ready 5 minutes later. I'd love to see CVS's company vision. "We do our best ... to become worse." All that to say this is the absolute last I deal with CVS. read more

I was looking for a 24 hour pharmacy to fill a prescription for a family member leaving the state the next day. The prescription was called in at 4pm on a Saturday. I arrived at the pharmacy at 9:45 and was told it wasn't ready and that she would fill it when she could. Said it was busy that night but mine would be expedited. Two hours later, it was still not filled. Plans had to change to accommodate a pharmacy that was clearly understaffed. Very disappointed. read more

The CVS Pharmacy at county line and 135 is absolutely awful. The WORST pharmacy I've ever had. I'm a pretty laidback person, I am understanding person but they are horrific. We've tried to get meds on automatic refill at least 5 times, maybe more and it hasn't happened. We've even stayed there and watch them "put it on automatic refill" and it still isn't right. We've watched them "transfer rx's" to a different CVS bc they are out of stock (and of course WE DONT FIND OUT TILL WE GET TO THE WINDOW) and we get to the other CVS and nothing transferred. Oh and they have never answered the phone every time we try to call, so we are forced to go and usually wait. Awful, disappointing, poorly ran. read more

Insurance forces me to use CVS. This location is horrible. It's filthy inside and out. Full of rude employees especially at the pharmacy. They have no interest in helping me or anyone else I stand behind, waiting. I have had to go find a cashier to ring me up at the checkouts, and they are mad at me for needing them to take my money. I am bothering them. I will be checking how much this insurance requirement really saves me. The Walgreens across the street is the complete opposite of this garbage pile. I go there for non RX, quick in and outs. Perfect every time. First Yelp post. I have better things to do. That's how much this place sucks. read more

I'm always more than a little underwhelmed by this location. The selection is limited compared to many other locations in the area, it's always a little messy, and there's always a line. On the plus side it is open 24 hours and has a Minute Clinic, which may actually be the reason for some of this as this location wasn't initially designed with the clinic, it was added later so something has to go. The location is also a bear to get in and out of - very smart of CVS to put a location at one of the biggest intersections of the city, but the convergence of Smith Valley and 31 is further complicates by Madison merging into 31 just a few feet away and the lights are AWFULLY timed. The staff here is really friendly though, so it's not a slight to them at all. There are just some things those nice folks can't redeem. read more

This CVS has been the only pharmacy we have used for years. We are currently in the process of transferring to another pharmacy. This CVS never has the medicines we need in stock. My husband is diabetic and we have been waiting for two weeks for them to get his medicine. Our doctor has called and they have lied saying, they have the medicine in stock and when we go to get it, they do not have it. Some of the techs and pharmacists are very rude. We do not recommend this CVS. read more

I can't believe there are no, previous, reviews showing for this pharmacy since people are more apt to complain than to complement . Believe me, I can't imagine this pharmacy getting anything but negative reviews. I have complained on the CVS customer survey and asked to be contacted and I have been ignored. Horrible pharmacy I can't believe I stuck with them for so long. They have a very rude staff and will leave you on hold for an hour. They couldn't care less about their customers. I had to switch to the Franklin Meijer and the lady there did her best to help me and was super sweet. Please don't go to CVS. read more

I have been using this pharmacy for a few months I switched from Walgreens just because it was closer to my house. . The manager is the only one that knows anything. My doctors call in my prescriptions and I still have to call and check in on them I get them filled days later. They are never ready. I went 12 days without a medication, I have to have they said it was on back order and couldn't transfer it to another location. I asked someone else and it was just sitting in the back. If you don't stay on them you will never get your medicine. I have never had anything filled on time or had anything go correctly at this location. I just can't believe how poorly it's ran especially when they are dealing with medicine that are keeping people alive. read more

I have been going here for years but for the life of me I don't why.... they are always so busy but that is not the issue the issue is they are rude. When you try to ask a questions every time they cut you off before you get they entire question out as if they can read your mind and know what you are going to ask. When I first started coming here there where two pharmacist that no matter how busy they were would stop and help you and were polite. That does not happen here any longer. I asked one day about how long it would take for them to fill a prescription to determine rather I wait or come back the tech asked the pharmacist and the pharmacist actually said "as long as it takes." I think it is time for me to find a new pharmacy this one is not useful any longer. read more

This is the closest Cvs to my house. I've tried to get prescriptions filled here probably four times. Each and every time it is not ready yet, after waiting in line four 30plus minutes. I think this literally might be the worst cvs in the area, and every time I forget to change the location to send prescriptions at my kids doctors office, I die a little inside knowing I will spend a quarter of my life waiting on it. Go to the one on 135 and smith valley it's better. read more

All of the super great quality images I ordered are zoomed in and cropped. I didn't send them in like this so I don't understand why this is happening. The supervisor on duty was less than helpful and just kept saying I could try to crop them differently. They're studio pictures that ARE NOT BEING CROPPED. read more

I recently visited this location with my son. We both had a cough for about a week and his was so bad it caused him to vomit. My cough wasn't as bad, but knowing my body, if I didn't seek treatment then, it could get much worse. Well, they diagnosed us both with sinus infections and gave us antibiotics. He got ammoxicillan and they gave me something else due to my allergy to ammoxicillan The NP informed me of the possible side effects, noting that she's never seen anyone experience the "tendon pain" side effect. So, about 3 days into the 5 day prescription, I could barely walk up my stairs due to the pain in my Achilles tendon and forgot that she mentioned this as a side effect. So, I headed to another doctor to find out why I was still sick after finishing the full prescription and why my Achilles was so sore. She reminded me of the side effects of my antibiotic and also told me that I had a viral infection which could not be treated by antibiotics. Needless to say, I won't be visiting a minute clinic again. You pay your copay to be misdiagnosed, given antibiotics that cause side effects "never seen" by the NP working, then have to spend more money to get the right diagnosis and something to help with the pain in your Achilles that has also traveled to the arch in your foot. You're better off waiting a day or two and visiting a family doctor. read more
