When I called to talk to them about it, the pharmacist put one of his techs on the phone to make excuses to cover his tracks, and, instead of doing so themselves, told me if I was concerned, I could call and verify with the doctor, which I did. Upon calling back to tell them this and vocalizing my concern, the pharmacist finally apologized for the incorrect directions but didn't offer to fix them . Fortunately, I am a pharmacy technician and caught this mistake, however someone who is not in the pharmacy industry may not have noticed it. We will not be having anything else filled here as safety and obviously integrity are both issues. Beyond that, excuse one or two techs, customer service is terrible. I witnessed this while they were serving others as well as myself. Eye rolling, giggling and lack of assistance are apparent. It's honestly like a pharmaceutical twilight zone.

For the past 3 years this is what I've had to deal with EVERY SINGLE TIME: -The 2 heavy set African American female cashiers don't care about any of the customers or their job- and have no problem telling you the customer or their boss which has been an elderly Indian gentleman or an elderly Asian woman that. -Dr will call in a prescription to be filled and they say they 'never received it' which turns into an all day affair of my doctors office having to call the pharmacy repeatedly and threaten them to fill it -They send an auto generated message saying your prescription is ready, but it's usually not because 'the truck hasn't delivered it yet and we don't know when it will arrive try again in 3 days' or 'we're busy sorry maybe tomorrow' -After being treated so rudely by staff my wife refused to deal with them anymore. Last visit she made her phone died having to complain to the doctor about their unprofessionalism. The pharmacy refused to let her use the phone to sort it out. A gentleman behind her let my wife use her phone and yelled at them on her behalf. -The pharmacist/ manager either doesn't care about all these problems or they are just completely incompetent. -The list could keep going but it's not worth my time. I've already been stripped of a month or more of my life dealing with this place. For three months in a row they have written it wrong, by miscalculating the earliest refill date at +75 days, rather than the correct 30 days! We explained to them twice how to do it right and they fixed it, so there is no doubt of their mistakes. They miscalculated the same way a third time. On or about 9/22/2020 we contacted the CVS "feedback" number, 800-746-7287 and B---- said that someone from the district "leadership team" would contact us. As of this morning, 10/8/2020, nobody had contacted us. Today, at CVS #3166, they haven't answered their phone, 301-791-2852 in ten minutes. We called the feedback # again, today, 10/8/2020 circa 2:10 PM. C----- said he would contact district leadership. "J------" called us at 3:45, when we were in a PT session. We should have known that we were going to be in for an interesting experience here when we pulled into the parking lot. Local law enforcement just happened to be on the scene. We honestly don't know what was going on in here, but there was a big manager presence at the front of the store near customer service. We walked up to return our items and had a bit of a wait as the confusion of what was going on was starting to subside. Once we were acknowledged that we were there it was still a few minutes before we were assisted. The girl that assisted us was very nice, and a bit funny, even if it were a dry wit she had. We went through the motions of the return and when it came to my dad receiving the funds back she gave my dad three choices. Gift card, back on the debit card, or cash. Cash was the option as we all know that it can take a few days for it to return to your account. Throughout the transaction we got to witness a funny exchange between the employees. While all the hubbub was going on with law enforcement an associate came to the counter asking for the cart key. One of the many managers that was dealing with the hubbub was informed by the girl helping us of the need. The manager looked a bit frantic while searching the counter for the said cart key. Exasperated, the manager asked where the cart key would be. The girl, with as much unenthusiastic sarcasm simply replied with, "It's hanging on a hook that says 'cart key'." I think there was a roll of the eyes in there too. I'm not sure. I kind of chuckled to myself until we walked away so I could laugh. I think this is a prime example of how competent some managers are in any given setting.
