They order it, but do not submit it to insurance. Then, a day or two later, insurance finally gets the prescription and asks for prior authorization which takes longer. Great people, disorganized system. Good place for immunizations, but my prescriptions have been held up several times.

Did not count change back to me just piled it in my hand. Turn to walk away and thought I should count my change. Advised girl shorted $5 and she said manager would have to go through a process to get me my money. Nathan appears irritated and disheveled not looking like an employee at all, tells me he reviewed the tape and she counted it twice so they were going to go with her. Go with her? Like it's a contest. I said I was short of $5 you're not going to help me and he said no. Being upset I strongly suggest it that they train employees to count back change to customers. He was insulted by that comment. No possibility that Nathan is a manager and I'm hoping that the manager that I've seen there before with the name David or maybe Donald reads this review. Was not happy when Nathan made a comment alluding to he didn't know what I did with the $5 when I turned away. Maybe some customer service training and how to count change back training would be a good idea at this location. I understand that everybody makes mistakes, and will live without the $5. But Nathan, do better. Try to show some professionalism in the workplace. Side note. Girl behind counter was professional and handled the situation nicely. Beyond the money, it took 4 phone calls and two physical trips into the pharmacy to obtain my medications. The outside of the store is a mess and the staff appear overwhelmed. When I called today to see if they had it yet. I was on the phone with pharmacy for 28 min just waiting for someone to answer. Never happened so I called the store supervisor and I was on hold for 21 minted. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. No one bothered to pick up a phone. Short staffed or not you can answer a phone within 5 minutes. Horrible customer service.

I went to this CVS to purchase some stuff for my daughter. The woman that rang me up was very…read morerude. The only time she spoke to me was to tell me my total. This woman couldn't even make eye contact with me and to me that is extremely rude. It makes me feel like because she was a white woman, she didn't want to acknowledge me because I am a black woman. It happens a lot in this area in situations where I'm supposed to be getting at least decent customer service but instead I just get completely ignored until they absolutely have to speak to me.

The pharmacy is a joke. Half the people are rude, half don't show up so they just close down the drive thru, and the newer people are dumber than rocks. I have had SO many issues of them actually running stuff through my insurance even though it hasn't changed in 5+ years. Going inside is worse. They put in a self checkout machine that barely works. No one is EVER at the front since the machine was put in and to get them to help you is all huffs and puffs. I tried using a coupon ($4 off a purchase of $20+) and the machine wouldn't work and the rude main lady there a lot told me that it means $4 off EACH item(was buying 5 items) and that'll make it less than $20 so that's why it won't work. I tried back and forth with here and asked her read the coupon again and she just laughed at me asking if I know how to read. The ACTUAL store regional manager was standing there and he wanted NOTHING to do with it. He literally said he came to look over stock and that's all he was doing before heading home. No one there cares. I've dreaded switching all my medicine and insurance over to a new place, but I've hit my limit. They need to shut down and I suggest not using them for ANYTHING.
