The entire time we've been here we have been told to place our coffee or any drink outside before entering (some places provided a little table). As we walked into CVS I looked for somewhere to put my coffee while I shopped. I placed it just outside and as we walked in, a middle aged blonde woman with frizzy hair walked past me saying something about coffee and garbage. I didn't realize she meant my coffee until I saw her grab it and dump it on the street just outside the store! I said, "wait that's my coffee!" She basically said it was garbage and when I said I had just gotten it she called me a liar! It was still steaming hot!! I turned around and left and I hope CVS does something about this woman as I'm sure I'm not the only one she's treated this way. She doesn't belong anywhere near customers.

I cannot count my blessings enough to have been accepted by Dr. Thuraisamy at Outer Cape Health services in Harwichport. Besides being a wonderful, caring doctor, she turned me on to the Outer Cape pharmacy, where my first transaction was to finally get a prescription that CVS was going to charge me $450 for, and which I could not afford. The Outer Cape pharmacy was able to provide me with my prerscription at a savings of $440. The pharmacy is small, efficient, caring, and personal. I have moved all of my prescriptions from CVS to Outer Cape pharmacy. I keep getting emails and phone calls from medicare (eScrips) telling me that I could save money if I just put all of my prescriptons back at CVS. Not going to happen. I do not care if I may have to pay $2.00 (or less) more for my recurring prescriptions at Outer Cape. One cannot trade the personal attention and efficiency at Outer Cape for a $2.00 savings at a pharmacy network like CVS that has contracts with Big Pharma. I stopped by the pharmacy today to see if they sold these dual kits and the amount of unnecessary and unsolicited attitude I received from one of the pharmacy techs was unconscionable. Not the lady at the register, a lady processing meds in the back. First and foremost, I'm a nurse and I don't need to be spoken to like I'm an idiot by a pharmacist. Again, I'm in from out of town and wanted tests on hand just in case (I have a 2 month old so if I started to feel sick I'd quickly take an at home test and take the proper precautions). The actual look on her face and the condescending nastiness was totally uncalled for. I was simply asking if they sold a specific test and was told (with attitude) that A.) "you need to be seen by a physician", yes I'm aware and B.) "those tests don't exist"......they do in fact exist, maybe as a pharmacist she should do some research. Helpful, attentive staff, great hours (much more consistent than Walgreens or CVS). When there is an issue with the multiple meds that my family and I need, they try every approach to helping us and never make us feel like it's our fault for the confusion.
