This is the second complaint I have made about the CVS Pharmacy at 842 South Franklin Street in Holbrook. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I received text messages stating my prescriptions were ready, but when I arrived I was told there were no prescriptions available. I spent approximately 30-40 minutes trying to resolve the issue, repeating the same information to multiple employees. Instead of receiving help, I was interrupted, spoken to in a condescending tone, and told to come back the next day because they did not want to fill all my prescriptions at that time. I explained that my doctor had submitted a new prescription the day before and that I needed all of my medications as prescribed. I also asked whether my prescriptions could be delivered to my home if they could not be filled, but that request was refused. The situation escalated to the point where the store manager was called, yet I still left without a resolution. No patient should have to argue, make multiple trips, or be treated disrespectfully while trying to obtain necessary medication. Patients deserve professionalism, respect, and clear communication. I hope CVS Corporate takes these repeated complaints seriously and improves the customer service and patient care at this pharmacy. read more

This place is a joke. I've ordered photos online with them. You get there, they can't find the order or they don't know how to print it. You stand there forever and the two large ladies fumble and bumble, taking care of every other customer (there's no real lane, people just come in from all angles). Then you give up and get in the normal line and they can't find it. I got all the emails that the order was ready. Went last week, after an eternal wait -she couldn't find it. Figured I had a dud so I tried again last night. The counter lady was flooded at the register so she called for assistance. Ten minutes later along came old eagle eye (my luck). Got her again. "I can't find it." "Miss, It's a poster-sized print and they told me it was ready last week." "I don't see it and I don't know how to do that." Well WTF? If there is a manager here he/she is sleeping out back or doing crack in the parking lot because they sure as hell aren't working. Seriously, don't bother with this place unless you have a LOT of patience and time on your hands. read more

This CVS/Pharmacy is in an extremely convenient location on the intersection of Rt. 37 and South St in Holbrook, MA. Walking into the store one is able to make a diagonal beeline to the pharmacy located along the back wall, as it is in every CVS. The pharmacy staff themselves are a helpful bunch. They made transferring my prescription to this particular branch a breeze. Shelves are always well stocked, sale prices clearly marked. Large makeup section. Everything you could ever need for personal products of all kinds. I have utilized the photo department here on several occasions. The "Prints in Seconds" though expensive for large quanities (29 cents per picture) is great for those last minute photos to use in a gift or for small photo albums to pass along. read more

I have never met a more arrogant or ignorant pharmacist in my life. My wife had a major abdominal surgery but because The pharmacist run Wang decided decided she didn't like how the prescription was written she would not fill it for 4 days. She actually went so far as to call other CVS stores in the area to be sure they did not fill the prescription all the prescription. This pression run Wang is in the wrong business.. All she needs to do is know to count to 30 And look at the computer for drug interactions. She should be doing laundry somewhere that is the extent of her skills I cannot believe that someone would let another person go without medication after a major abdominal surgery. read more

My Nana has always gotten her prescriptions filled here.. She picked up her meds as usual and took them as usual and called the pharmacy after feeling "really funny"... she asked them if they were sure it was the right medication and dosage.. they gave her a WICKED bad attitude.. (My poor Nana is the NICEST woman you could EVER meet.) They of course said " YES ITS the right medication" Turned out is was a MUSCLE RELAXANT THAT WAS 5x STRONGER THEN HER PRESCRIPTION. SHOULD HAVE SUED!!!!! read more

Be careful here I picked up a 90 day perscription and only got 30 days this is not the first time this has happened. last time was a nightmare for my wife. it was basiclly our word against theirs. yeah, I am selling zetia on the street to the Trigliseride junkies. they did it again. getting better though. this time the gave me an 60 day supply for a 90 day scrip. they corrected it quickly this time. still a pain though having to count pills. read more

Recently moved to the area, and needed to find a new pharmacy. This one seemed to be geographically closest or at least easiest to get to, so I chose them. Staff was super friendly and easy to deal with, and made transferring my RX from my old pharmacy a snap. Store is clean, bright, and well stocked. Like any other CVS...they have the usual drugstore items but also a fairly decent sized "convenience store" area with limited groceries and "quick grab" items. Rating mainly for the service though, as they were truly excellent. read more

I won't be back. Last time I took a prescription they refused to allow me to fill it because of my ID, which was new, issued my the fed and is a passport card. They insisted I show a driver's license. I've been going to Walgreens ever since. read more

This is a pretty standard CVS. It's big and they have just about everything. The folks in front at the registers are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and they have a good sized parking lot. read more

I normally use the CVS across town but I had to pick up a prescription for my husband in the area so I stopped here. Hands down worst customer service at the pharmacy. I was first told the wait time for the prescription was half an hour but then after waiting 10 minutes for the pharmacist to come over to enter the script into the computer, they told me the wait was now an hour. I told them I would wait because my husband was in pain and really needed the prescription. I watched the pharmacist and the tech stand around and talk about another customer for 10 minutes and not make a move to fill a single prescription. After 40 minutes waiting, the second tech, who had ignored me the entire time I had been waiting, looked at me and asked if I needed help. I told her the name and what I was waiting for. She rolled her eyes and told me to "keep waiting". I had enough and asked the pharmacist herself for my prescription. She then told me it was all set and had been ready for 20 minutes. I asked her why wasn't I informed my prescription was ready since they knew I was waiting and she responded by laughing and saying "she forgot". I will never use this pharmacy again. read more

Slowest service worst most horrible service from any Cvs I've ever been to.. they will do everything in their power not to file your prescription including leaving you on hold for 10 minutes on the phone, sending you away to a much further Cvs or telling you there is a 3 hour wait and they close in 3 hours so therefore there's nothing they can do to help. Like seriously?? Only reason I went there is because recently moved to the area and they are the closest Cvs but service wise they need lotssss of improvement. read more

This CVS can often be found with long lines, and slowly running cash registers. What brings me back is the staff. Each person who works there is friendly and helpful. read more

called North Franklin Street location looking for FLU vaccine, less than a minute wait time. Did not have it. Called South Franklin location, waited over 13 minutes and no one picked up phone to answer a simple question. Poor customer service read more

This is my favorite CVS. Great store, very helpful and kind staff, especially the pharmacy. The manager (I think she's the manager) is always super friendly to everyone, going around interacting with customers asking if they need help, etc. Everyone is very patient and helpful when solving a problem. read more
