I went to the CVS in Rockland many years ago and they really could learn something about customer care and a color wheel. Sarah, Bobbi, Jess, and Kirley are true role models in this stressful industry and I couldn't ask for more. If you are looking for a pharmacy that knows what they are doing and has compassion, empathy, and concern for their patients then this is the place for you. After too many years fighting with various other pharmacies it is such a relief to finally have a good one. Today I needed a prescription they didn't have in stock, I called them - the staff member I spoke with was so customer focused: he called another local CVS, made sure the medicine was in stock, then called our doctor and re-routed the prescription from his pharmacy to the other one - then called me back to update me!!
