They deliver same day, they're able to listen and make accommodations. There's always parking and easy access in and out of the store. I'm also disabled, and amputee with one leg, and I ride in a wheelchair and they're always there to greet me open and close the doors behind me and I've never had a problem. I appreciate them I've been using them for well over 15 years and will continue as long as I'm living anywhere near them. This time, I called to order a cake and asked if they could make the same Tres Leches cake, but with chocolate cake instead of vanilla. I was told it was impossible because they didn't have the proper cake form. I was surprised since the only change I requested was the cake flavor. When I asked to speak with a manager, Felix came to the phone. Instead of trying to understand my request or offering alternatives, he repeatedly raised his voice and kept telling me that I was insisting on something they could not make. The conversation left me feeling upset and unappreciated as a loyal customer. Ironically, they still accepted my order for a two-layer Tres Leches cake with one vanilla layer and one chocolate layer, with Boston cream in between. That made it even more confusing why my original request was supposedly impossible. I still believe this bakery is one of the best in the area, which makes this experience even more disappointing. However, the way I was treated by Felix will make me think twice before ordering another cake here, and I would hesitate to recommend the bakery to others based on this experience. I sincerely hope Felix receives additional customer service training. A little patience, respect, and willingness to help would make a tremendous difference for every customer.

I can't be out here hyping every business up when that's not the reality. On 12/18 I had to come to this Walgreens for passport pictures. There was a woman working the picture area and I asked her politely TWICE "hello ma'am, is this where I take my passport pics?" She was doing something but she heard me, didn't even look at me or say "I'll be right with you". I went to the kiosk and started pressing passport option (I had no idea what I was doing to be honest) and this it asked for an employees ID number so I ask "hello? Can I please have your id number?" This lady still looking down (not looking at me ONCE) states her ID number. At this point I was pissed because she really was just ignoring me. After adding the info, I realized I really couldn't have the option to do the pics on my own. I could only upload images. I had to wait for one of the rudest employees I've come across in a while to be done ignoring me..now also others. While standing right in front of her and her back no longer turned, I ask again "are you able to help me with my passport pics??" Her: "yes I'll be right with you" FINALLY I replied "I've asked you 3 times and you've ignored me" as another customer says "welcome to Florida" I was on the verge of boiling. I kept it together and she changed her entire demeanor after I said that. But not before she gossiped with another co-worker while checking me out. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Unfortunately, this is the most convenient Walgreens on my drive however it is by FAR not the best at all. I hope the manager and staff are re-trained on customer service. One could never say I'm the rude customer. She was downright wrong and knew it.

Called again, and get "sorry, but it takes 48 hours to process your order." We will ship it today. Next day, - no prescription. Call again and now I get "sorry, but it wasn't shipped yet. You will get it Monday." Now I have to pay extra for Saturday delivery. It would have been nice to pay for it but. Let's see if I get it. She has set several meetings with me where I have blocked my schedule for her and she has no showed all of them. She is saying all I need is a 20 minute phone call with her to set up a Life File account, which I have used Life File for over five years now and I'm very familiar with it , yet she has not been able to in the last month take 20 minutes to take my phone call. As a very professional business owner and coming from a very well-known and reputable medical office in Virginia Beach I'm just blown away at how this is being handled.

As I entered through the garden section, I asked a male employee who was standing by the door if the bug spray was in this area. He shook his head no. I assumed he didn't understand what I was asking for. It didn't matter, I spotted some Raid on the shelf near the pottery. I eventually found the brand I looking for which was on clearance. I also was able to find a courteous male associate to price check the item (after a female associate said she couldn't do one) just to make sure it rang up at the listed price. It was accurate. Was out of that store in minutes. I'm not sure when I will return. Decent customer service was a bit difficult to get at this location.
