Told me come in, I'll help you with your concern. When I got there, she took her time and made sure what I needed was addressed while helping other customers. She never rushed me because it was nearing closing time. She was polite, knowledgeable very friendly and professional with all the customers she came in contact with. She excelled in customer service and kudos to Walgreens for having such a great team member! PS: before calling this location, I called others and was brushed off. Not gonna name them. That's why I'm so impressed with Mariely's customer service skills.

Came back two minutes later--with my receipt in hand--and asked for help. The cashier, who rang me up moments before, looked at me like I was a total stranger. Said nothing. No concern. No acknowledgment. Just guilt all over her face. Manager Johnatan? He could pull up footage of me paying, no problem. But when I asked to see the door camera to confirm I left without the bag? Suddenly, it's "not available." So let me get this straight--I paid for something, never left the store with it, showed proof, and was told: "We don't remember you." No help. No accountability. Just blank stares and a whole lot of attitude. This isn't customer service. This is gaslighting. Walgreens, do better. The other CVS location on Franz & Katy Hockley didn't event want to try to take the passport photo and told us that it depends on the age if a CVS location can help us or not... No where did I read on any CVS location that passport photos vary by age per location. I know babies can't sit up on their own, it's as simple as holding them and snapping the pic. Again kuddos to Jeremy at this Westgreen location making the effort to help us out in getting a baby passport photo taken for us.

The prescription and pharmacy…read morestaff issues are legendary and 100% accurate, but then this week they even got UPS in on their nonsense. They are a UPS Access Point. Dropped off a package (envelope) on a Sunday evening for next day air, so it should have been picked up Monday, delivered Tuesday. By Wednesday, the system still showed it at the drop off location. Worked with UPS to confirm that it was scanned at drop off by the clerk and then....nothing. UPS got no response. So I had to physically go there, ask them to locate the package in the store (which they were less than thrilled to do), and there it was...sitting on the floor behind the counter with 2 more packages. So did UPS just not pick up for the last few days? "I don't know." Deadpan, zero concern. Same clerk who is there regularly, not a new employee. In fact, it's the same employee who accepted the package on Sunday, and the best/worst part is that during the interaction at drop off, she was told it was a wallet left behind that desperately needed to get to its owner. If you have packages - especially next day air, perhaps important? - and they don't pick up, don't you contact them? "I don't know." Would I have *ever* known the package wasn't being shipped out if I hadn't spent time chasing it through UPS? "I don't know." They clearly give zero...well, you know. Had to take the package back and then drive to a UPS Store a few miles away to have it actually sent out. I strongly suggest you save yourself a trip and do the same from the start.
