The front of the store is great. Care about customer satisfaction. BUT the pharmacy in this place is RIDICULOUS!! They are very rude!!! And can careless how long you've been waiting. They act like they're the only people that need to get stuff done. I am very appreciative of health care workers these people are not it. read more

Pharmacist was VERY rude. I tried to get my medicine and she didn't even come to the window. She was on the speaker and just told me "I sent it back". I asked what she means by that because my app says it's ready for pick up. She kept saying "what do you not understand? I sent it back!" I asked if I need to call my doctor and she responded back with "if you want your meds, then yes". I tried to ask what I need to call my doctor about in order to pick up my meds and she "it needs approval...Did you understand that?" I realized she was having a bad day or something because she wasn't going to help me any further so I just left. After speaking with my doctor she said it shouldn't need any further approval and sent my meds to another location instead. I did get there at 5:40 and they close at 6, so maybe she was just ready to get off work but that shouldn't be an excuse to talk or treat me this way. Overall just extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be filling my medication here anymore. No problems with the store itself, just the pharmacist. read more

Bianca is an atrocious and a pain in the rear in. I literally had to wait in CVS for 1hr 5mins . 1hr on corporate over a deodorant exchange. Lol she didn't know what an auditor was called and tried going back in forth with corporate like they do not know CVS policies. I think I AM ON PUNK'D . Her reasoning being exchange an item from another store would mess up their stores inventory. It gives... LAZY and uneducated on the POS system that she manages over a $7.99 deodorant exchange. She then approved an older Hispanic ladies discount for an item being in the wrong place. She walked away during the process several times and tried to tell corporate this was because I was upset with the policy. Tehehehe I'm young, but very well educated in business management Please hire better performing management. The stores shelves are also empty. read more

Brianna the pharmacist was upset because I blew my horn once while waiting awhile as the customer ahead of me sat in her car, then got out of car, then got her RX and then continued to stand at window chatting. Per Brianna it was for information. I'm a patient person but to have to wait in line at a place I've been asked to come back or leave line and circle around to deter long lines this wasn't the norm. Brianna's obvious disdain and angry piercing look at me as I drove up to the window was shocking. I was helped by a manager name Armando on March 14, 2025 at 9:15 PM and he probably really changed my whole view on in store shopping. I usually try to avoid it because sometimes I don't like dealing with associates or just being profiled because you know, people are always stealing and it really just Messes my mood up. You know I know they're just doing a job, but I'm on he made me and my friend feel very welcomed. He even got us great savings that we didn't even know was in the CVS app. He got my friend that never signed up for anything to sign up. We saved money. He was efficient. He helped us every step of the way even helped us try and find items because he had gotten us $10 off. He was so innovated like what do you need most you know and we ended up picking up some laundry detergent. You know little things that really I could have use but I wouldn't have thought about. Really getting out CVS because you always think you could get them somewhere else cheaper but I realize there's a lot of savings at CVS. They have a lot of great awards offer so big thumbs up to Armando. It's Managers like that that really make the store what it is read more

I selves are empty, the store looks like it's going out of business. Talked to the "manager" her response, what can we do when the manufacturer does not send supplies. Not good enough. All I was looking for was a bottle of Gatorade. I walked to the pharmacy counter to asked for a manager, that department looks like a tornado went trough the back of the store. Horrible.... Done with CVS... i came in to get a booster shot last week and they made me wait 45 minutes so they can get everybody at the same time, I had an appointment at 10:30 and I got my shot at 11:25 and a lady with 11:30 appointment got it right after me, then why dont you guys just do walk-ins if you dont understand the reason behind making an appointment... Today i just left to pick up a prescription after waiting 30minutes to find out the pharmacist is talking about my insurance to another lady... like what the actual """? Is it to hard to double check names??? Those two ladies (pharmacists apparently) have no sense of professionalism like for God's sake you are a pharmacist, do a better job. No.... I came to get medication for a UTI, they won't let people use the restroom....

I just left the hospital and needed seizure medicine which is a controlled substance apparently. This location was out of stock and didn't know when it's coming so I asked her to check another location and she said she isn't allowed but tellls me I can do it myself. So I'm arguing and left. Called corporate office and they said it's true. They can't call or look it up. I ALWAYS GO TO WALGREENS they call and check the screen for inventory. THIS IS WHY I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Especially the pharmacist Jagruti Patel is very knowledgeable .She answers all your questions very nicely related to your medication.She is always smiling and multi tasking .At times this location is very busy and yet they give very good friendly service .I would highly recommend this pharmacy to my friends and family. read more

I've lived within walking distance of this store for over a year, and come here so often that probably everyone in there knows me by name. The store itself is just a regular CVS, and it's always nice and clean. The people who work there are always very courteous and friendly. At other places, sometimes you can tell when the person who is checking you out is having a bad day or who just hates that they have to be at work, but I've never really seen that in anyone here. The pharmacy staff is wonderful. I've never had a problem with them messing up my medicines or not having them ready on time. They will always call to let you know your prescriptions are ready to pick up and they also send out a text, which is actually super neat. Everyone in the pharmacy is very friendly; they're always ready to help and answer any questions you have about anything. I've never ever ever had the feeling of being rushed so they can get to the next customer. It's nice to get excellent customer service like that and the feeling that you have their full attention. read more

I would give 0 stars if i could. The only reason i come to this CVS is for their photo center because granted, cvs has great photo deals. But what is the purpose of a photo center if i have to run it myself? Every time i order photos i get a confirmation email telling me the estimated pick up time. I have to call them before the pick up time to get them to print my photos so i don't have to wait on them to be printed when i get there. Also, this last time i tried to have photos printed, i do the usual and call to say im on my way (4 hours after they were supposed to be ready) and the guy tells me they are out of photo paper. Well had i known that my order wouldn't be completed i would have made prior arrangements to have them printed elsewhere. So inconvenient. read more

This pharmacy is not equipped to fill 90-day prescriptions. Patience is rewarded with a 30-day supply a week later. It's really close to my house, so I've given them multiple chances-- usually once or twice a year. It's always disappointing. The CVS on Richmond & Dairy Ashford is fully stocked and has inventory for same day, 90-day fills. Save yourself hassle and skip this location. read more
