probably one of the worst ever you can never get help and there is stuff everywhere. seriously do not go here you will regret it

Yes, the reviews are true: This is the worst CVS in all the land. The prescription and pharmacy staff issues are legendary and 100% accurate, but then this week they even got UPS in on their nonsense. They are a UPS Access Point. Dropped off a package (envelope) on a Sunday evening for next day air, so it should have been picked up Monday, delivered Tuesday. By Wednesday, the system still showed it at the drop off location. Worked with UPS to confirm that it was scanned at drop off by the clerk and then....nothing. UPS got no response. So I had to physically go there, ask them to locate the package in the store (which they were less than thrilled to do), and there it was...sitting on the floor behind the counter with 2 more packages. So did UPS just not pick up for the last few days? "I don't know." Deadpan, zero concern. Same clerk who is there regularly, not a new employee. In fact, it's the same employee who accepted the package on Sunday, and the best/worst part is that during the interaction at drop off, she was told it was a wallet left behind that desperately needed to get to its owner. If you have packages - especially next day air, perhaps important? - and they don't pick up, don't you contact them? "I don't know." Would I have *ever* known the package wasn't being shipped out if I hadn't spent time chasing it through UPS? "I don't know." They clearly give zero...well, you know. Had to take the package back and then drive to a UPS Store a few miles away to have it actually sent out. I strongly suggest you save yourself a trip and do the same from the start. read more

Arrived 6:40 pm Thursday's for vaccine walk in-prior to flying out of state early next morning. Lady behind the counter said "we are not taking walk ins for vaccines now." I asked when do they stop taking their daily vaccine walk ins, she replied "now." Wouldn't take me even after explaining about me flying out and not being able to schedule for 2 weeks. Unfortunate their website -I checked prior to arriving-did not mention vaccine walk in cut off times. Technically they did not do anything wrong, but if you looking to interact with helpful people, for someone to help..... CVS pharmacy at Dairy Ashford is not the place to go. read more

I ran out of ink at home & needed quick prints but upon getting here I needed to change my file type to do so. Ronnie went the extra mile & was super helpful & patient as he assisted me for like 20 minutes to get them exported correctly & printed out! We made an appointment online for two different vaccines that we needed. When we made the appointment online it allowed us to select Tdap and Viracella at this location. When we arrived the lady at the pharmacy was extremely rude before we were even able to check in. After checking in she told us they don't have these vaccines at this location. They never have and never will. No sorry for the inconvenience, just attitude. After reading other reviews, it looks like we are not the only ones to have this experience. Save your time and go to Walgreens. read more

Apparently they just decide when to open on a daily basis. Website says they open at 8am. The sign on the door says they open at 8am. I got there at 9am and there was not a car in the parking lot or an employee in the store. read more

I went shopping at the Seiwa Japanese supermarket. I was thinking about Flu Shot.I asked Google.Google told me to go to this CVS. I RSVPed my flu shot. I arrived around 10:20 am. I got a shot at 10:30 am. Everything was all right. I checked Yelp reviews here. People say" The worst pharmacy"!!!! The reviews scared me. I checked the prescription. It says " Vaccine FLUZONE QUAD 2020-2021. I asked Googe if the vaccine was the correct one. It seemed that this was correct. Hope I will be okay during the 2020 flu season! read more

Worst experience ever! Yesterday I went to pick up several RX, before I paid I asked if the zero copay coupon was applied to my RX Trelegy (asthma inhaler) the pharmacy tech couldn't confirm that then says oh that coupon was used last time and it's not good anymore. I said but the coupon is for 12 times I have only used it twice. Then I had a question for the pharmacist so she asked me to come inside bc he was busy. I went inside and he was available. He looked upset and says "let me apply the coupon so I can show you the "rejection" we got. He was slamming the keyboard as he typed. He never showed me the rejection but kept saying it wasn't working so I gave him my phone for him to see the coupon is valid. He then says okay I applied the coupon and the total now is $500 plus!! I asked why did he remove my insurance! He said oh now your insurance won't cover it!!! I said wow, you're being an asshole and an idiot!! I'm going to another CVS pharmacy which I did and they had no problem applying the darn coupon which covered my $35 copay. When I walked away I could hear the pharmacist saying "what the hell" making excuses to his staff!! That man needs help!! He should not be handling prescriptions and needs to be audited to make sure he's not doing this to elderly patients!! Or just anyone else!! Please be aware!! Know your benefits!! If the price is too high don't pay call your insurance or go to another pharmacy!! I will make sure I report this to the proper authorities including the state board that regulates his license to practice!! read more

Worst costumer service ever. Cashier has a horrible attitude extremely rude and manager is okay but seems to really not care about her job. They never know where items are. Pharmacy usually donT even knoW what you're talking about. read more

This CVS, especially with the pharmacy, is the worst location I have ever been to. It took almost a month for me to fill a script all because these people couldn't bother explain their ridiculous price hikes to me. Constantly saying "we don't control the prices" is not a valid explanation as to why a medication went from $84 to $114 then to $208. Every single time that that happened I asked for an explanation and they said they don't control the prices. It got to the point that they got a Nigerian woman to trick me out of the drive thru line by making it seem like she was going to assist me, later said that if I didn't have the money I don't have to pay all at once, then she told me to leave because "we have to work." I hope to God that all of that madness was caught on camera because that was the most disgusting customer service experience I had ever had. Presently looking for another pharmacy because they do not deserve my business. read more

The pharmacy technicians are so incredibly rude. They cut you off, snap at you, and then take forever to keep the line moving.

I can think of no reason to use this pharmacy. Hours are terribly restricted. I promised never to use the drive through again after my first devastating wait. But I gave in. Here I am sitting stuck between two cars in the drive through lane. 20 minutes. No one is budging. read more

I'm pretty loyal to CVS. I will always choose them over Walgreen's because I love the $2 Off - $20 Off coupons that they are always dishing out on your receipt. You just have to pay attention. They are great about having monthly prescriptions ready even if you don't call them in. I have developed a new level of appreciation for them since they were like the only place open on Christmas. This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have called them on multiple occasions, and usually have had to hang up because the wait time was so long. I have been on hold upwards of 90 minutes and still no one has come to the phone. I am only waiting this long because it is a medication I need to go to sleep tonight. They refused to fill my prescription because it is supposedly illegal to fill an out-of-state prescription,. Yet I came back to my home state and my local CVS was unable to fill it because it had already been filled in Houston - even though, again that is supposedly illegal! They are unprofessional and rude, not to mention severely understaffed. Do not go to this location - pick literally any other CVS and you will have a better experience. read more

If I call in a prescription using the automated system, with most pharmacies I use, the prescription is ready within 24 hours. If they need doctor authorization for a refill, it is usually an additional 48 hours. I also expect them to call me if there is an insurance issue. With this CVS, I called in a prescription on a Sunday. FIVE days later on Friday, the automated service said it required a doctor's approval for the refill. I called again later that day and it said it would be ready after 11:00 am on the following Sunday. I was out of the prescription by then and needed to take it Sunday. When I went to pick it up, not only was it not ready, they hadn't still called my doctor yet, hadn't verified my insurance, and I couldn't get the prescription. This is the second time this has happened where their automated system tells me a prescription is ready, I drive over there to pick it up, and not only isn't it ready, but they act like it's MY fault. I am transferring my prescription to another pharmacy. read more

I stood in the drive thru pharmacy pick up line for ten minutes before closing and they didn't let me pick up my medication. Every time I go they want to charge me when I don't pay for my medication. I know it's not a big deal saying "I usually don't pay for that one", but it's bothersome it happens every single time. I only go because it's close to my house, but I officially prefer it's competition. read more

My first time going to CVS after changing from Kroger and I regret every minute of it. Called on line placed an order for test strips, coded $80,00 for 200 hundred, made 3 trips it was not ready, the forth time that I could get it I was charged $40.00 thinking I got 100 counts, got home found out no it is only a box of 50 count, called the pharmacy explained the order, she said we did not have 200, I gave you 50 counts, why did not you tell me and why did you charge me $40.00 I said, she went ahead and ordered the 200 count, told me will be ready on Mon. I asked my physician to send a prescription for Novolog, CVS was going to charge me $40.00 for 3 pens, I always get a box of 5 from Kroger for $45.00. what a rip off. I can not say anything good about CVS and the location that I went to, very disappointed, switching back to Kroger. read more

I have to agree with majority of these reviews! I hate how this Pharamcy is closest to my home because their service is extremely slow. Also the people here don't ever smile. So if you were in need of sending your prescriptions here I would not recommend it at all! Please do your self a favor and go to another pharmacy! read more

I like that they're quick and efficient. I swear I'm here almost everyday where they know my name at the pharmacy. 'Tis a shame! The courtesy text for pick-up is the best thing created to avoid waiting for your prescription. read more

Usually late refilling my prescription, sometimes two weeks early, sometimes I have to go there and remind them. If that is not annoying enough, they consistently charge me the wrong price. I tell them it's wrong, they say call insurance. I call insurance, they say cvs was wrong. I do this every other month. It's a very common uncomplicated prescription. They say they have "problems" with my insurance, which is just bad business since they are the largest insurer. Gave them an extra star because the workers have always been nice, I understand they can only do so much with pricing. read more

Decent, normal CVS, but DO NOT attempt to get a passport photo taken here. While the lady that was helping me (Jean) was very sweet and I was extremely patient, she was uncertain as to how to use the digital camera. She attempted to take two photos; however, there was no flash. Due to this I told her that I don't believe she took the photos. She didn't agree and proceeded to insert the disk into the kiosk. For 10 minutes she attempted to find the photos- unsuccessfully, of course, because she didn't actually take any photos. After she tried again and successful took two photos, she located the photos after inserting the disk in the kiosk. The photos were from my waist up - of course passport photos have to be from the neck up. At that point, I simply thanked her for her time and assistance and left to go to Walgreen who had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. read more

Went there today, only because the CVS I usually shop at did not have the item I needed in stock. I walked into the store with my service dog, which she is clearly marked with her service dog vest, and the manager, John P., at the register told me to leave. I told him she was a service dog and he told me that it is on the door "No pets allowed". I told him it was illegal to kick me out and I would contact the Dept. Of Justice. John stated that it did not matter And proceeded to tell me to leave. I went to my car and contacted cvs customer service at their headquarters. The lady I talked to was very friendly and shocked. She wrote up the report and sent it the regional and district manager. While I was sitting in my car, this man came to my window and said that I was allowed back in side, the manager didn't know she was a service dog. What a lie and why send the customer out with a message. This manager needs to be fired. He was unprofessional and rude. I will never return to that store. Just appalled by the manager's behavior and then trying to retract his behavior by saying he didn't know she was a service dog. read more
