This is a standard CVS, however, I do notice that at peak "after-work" times, there is always only one person working the register which means there are 4-5 waiting in line, normally. Other than that, items are normally well-stocked and the store is pretty clean and organized. read more

You think that during one of those 12 or so semesters they could have a class called "How to Work a Fucking Checkout Machine 101", maybe followed up by "Seriously, its not that difficult 200". The pharmacy is grossly understaffed. They promise a prescription for 6 pm. Knowing them I didn't get there until 7:10. I wondered why the two cars in front of me drove off after a brief conversation...well mine wasn't ready either. When I asked when it would be i got a vague "in a while" reply. I drove off as well. Later that night I got a text that it was ready. Is there no way to send a text if they're running that behind? Doesn't seem that difficult. Additionally some of the latest staff is rude - no thank you, no nothing. Drive through a Chick-fil-a and take some lessons. read more

I usually don't leave feedbacks for places I visit but this time I wanted to do so because of the TOTAL UNPROFESSIONALISM and chaos of the pharmacy staff... I put the refill request in the morning through the app and got confirmation that it will be ready after 1:45pm ... I arrived at 4pm the prescription was not ready. They promised 10-15min so I waited for another hour and still they were unable to drop few pills in a bottle... The other night I witnessed the same problem happened to a man who was waiting for his wife's medication and they were unable to find him the drug he requested... this place really needs better management.. They don't even deserve one star. read more

I would give 0 if possible. I waited on hold 25 minutes to confirm why app didn't show Rx was ready, then hung up because I made it to the store. Rx was supposed to be ready at 4p. It's 6:45p and not done. They tell everyone it's a 10-15 minute wait, even though all were promised earlier. Four people working behind counter, yet claim they're SO backed up. Drive thru has taken 20+ minutes in the past when I'm literally the only person there. read more

The pharmacists are amazing and went out of their way to fill my prescriptions just the way they should be...especially Andrew. I appreciate his help so much. There is some other pharmacy tech that you should avoid at all costs. She makes up information that is not true, just to get you out of the line. This has happened to both me and my girlfriend with this girl. So ask for a legit pharmacist...don't let her help you. read more

CVS Pharmacy at 3939 Bellaire Blvd. needs more employees in the pharmacy. I was forced to come here by my insurance company and waiting in line today, I talked to other customers with similar complaints. There's always a long line whether you are in drive thru or go into the store. It's a beautiful store when you walk in and the StoreManager does a beautiful job of organization, but the pharmacy is another story. I don't know if it's customary for CVS Pharmacies to be so slow but the Walgreen's I used to go to on S. Rice in Bellaire has twice the number of employees and is a well run machine. I heard all the CVS Pharmacies have similar problems across Houston-what a shame! read more

I would give zero if there was an option. The minute clinic, as well as the pharmacy, is overly priced. I got my test done there last month and had inaccurate results because of which I had to repeat and take new tests for the third time. I recommend other places which are cheaper and accurate. read more

Avoid this place, visited the minute clinic to get a screening done, and the physician assistant tried to sell me more tests which I agreed. But in the end, she charged me a consult fee for trying to sell me more tests without informing me the fee.The consult fee is more than the total of my two tests. Avoid this place if you can! read more

Remarkable lack of caring and customer service. I arrived well before closing with prescriptions for my wife who had just gone through major surgery. They refused to fill the scripts until the following day, even after I explained the level of pain my wife had. I walked out and took the prescription to Walgreens and they went out of their way to fill it very quickly. We won't be going back to this CVS. read more

Consistently awful customer service. Extremely disorganized. Lots of employees milling around doing nothing. People stacked up to be waited on. Prescriptions are never ready when they are promised. They are often out of common medications. I have never had a good experience here. It's the closest pharmacy to my house, but I avoid it like the plague. Sent my husband here today to fill a script for Vicodin after having dental surgery--and of course, they are out of it--out of the most common pain medicine prescribed. It figures. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. The Randall's at Buffalo Speedway is much, much better. read more

I had a prescription sent here from my doctor's visit. I arrived about 15-20 minutes after it was sent and the pharmacist hadn't yet pulled it up. She filled it right away even though I technically wasn't supposed to get it for another 30 minutes. She was very polite and courteous. That's about all I could ask for from a pharmacy. read more

The MinuteClinic is amazingly convenient, and the provider is caring and exceptionally competent. When you're not feeling well and cannot see your regular health care provider, I highly recommend this MinuteClinic location. Don't go by the wait time posted on the internet because the wait time will probably be shorter. read more

WORST pharmacy ever!!! Do NOT come here. The pharmacists are good, but the technicians and the service are horrible! This place is horribly organized and run. My doctor called in a prescription for me to be picked up immediately; I went 4 hours later to pick it up and it still was not ready. I have never been when my wait to pick up or drop off was not at least 30 minutes. Also, make sure you ask them to run your insurance EVERY time. Don't expect they are doing that. If you don't, they don't do it and they charge you incorrectly. It's happened so many times I can't count. What a nightmare! Inefficient, poorly trained, poorly run. I have been using this pharmacy for several years due to location, but I'm fed up. I'm switching to Walgreens. read more

This particular CVS store has been our pharmacy forever but not after our experiences these last two nights. We were flooded during Harvey and had to move but chose to come to this CVS although we pass three others on the way. The pharmacy when Cindy, Eric, and Philip, and a few others are there is efficient and welcoming. Tonight we encountered a very rude pharmacist and the same clerk whom I asked the night before to correct a prescription that I would return for tonight. It was still incorrect. The pharmacist arrogantly made excuses blaming my doctor and the new year deductible for the problems I noted. She didn't know that our university's fiscal year begins July 1.These kind of people do not belong at our CVS. They are not service oriented and they are not problem solvers. The manager told me not to write a negative review when I told her I was not happy. This is not the fine CVS service I have depended upon for over a decade. I won't be refilling prescriptions here again as long as these inept people work there. The manager said they were hard workers, right!!! They lack the people skills to serve the public. read more

I went here because one of my tonsils was hurting and the pain was going into my ear. The NP, told me nothing was wrong with me, that I was faking, trying to get pain medication because I have had my tonsils removed. First of all, I don't take pain medication because it makes me throw up and incredibly sick. Secondly, I have never had surgery in my life; therefore, I have my tonsils. She then "diagnosed" me with a sore throat, after telling her 4 times, that my throat did not hurt my tonsil did. I was worried because the pain was going into my ear, I wanted to know what was causing it. She snapped at me that "her training says nothing was wrong with me and it was illegal for her to prescribe something for the pain bc nothing was wrong." I told her once again I did not want pain medication, that even if she gave it to me I wouldn't fill the RX. I then went home and got 5 tonsil stones out and woke up this morning with strep. I wonder if she had let the strep test actually sit for 15 min would it have shown up positive. Guess we will never know, but I do know that I will never go here again and will be switching my prescriptions no matter how convenient it is for me. read more

DO NOT go to the Minute Clinic at this CVS. We went for a standard TB test so my daughter could do volunteer work at the hospital this summer. Hillary at Minute Clinic explained that they charge two fees, one at the time the test is administered and one at the time of the reading because "some people choose to have the readings done elsewhere". I explained that the school nurse would be reading it for us as she had for two of the other girls who went to the Walgreens to have it administered. Hillary indicated she understood and that they were "strict" about the paper work trail, then proceeded to give us what we needed to take into the nurse today. Unfortunately she didn't even bother to notate on the paperwork where the test was administered for the other nurse to read. We are now out the $28, will need to pay to have the test administered and read elsewhere and we are now up against the gun on timing. Of course, the school nurse had indicated if the Minute Clinic would call them back with the details of the location, she would go ahead and read it for us. Sadly, Hillary held off calling me back until she knew it was too late. Run away from this location. read more
