Poor communication. Left me a voicemail that I didn't hear for one day. When I called back on a a Wednesday they told me it would've be ready until the following Monday!!! With no explanation. After being a customer throughout the years, I definitely won't be returning. There are other compounding pharmacies that will hopefully provide better service and quality. A White female staffer made me wait at least 15 unnecessary minutes so she could serve another White customer who came into the store about 5 minutes after I was already at the counter. It took 30 minutes to pick up 1 tiny bottle of medicine when there was only 3 customers in the entire store, including me. Secondly, this pharmacy decreased the volume of the liquid medication in half (10 ml a month ago decreased to 5 ml)-- for the same price! Amazing markup and profit?! Hard lesson learned--trust my instincts and take heed to the advice of my compounding pharmacist/friend at another establishment next time! read more

Greenpark Compounding pharmacy has become a joke! Ever since the new pharmacist/GM took place in this pharmacy the quality of service is no less than mediocre. They promise and do not deliver! It's so obvious they're under new, extremely poor management. They actually believe their patients are clueless to the compounding rule of producing medication. Im so done with this place! And if you were smart, you'd go some where else too! Even if you have to drive a hundred miles, I'd say it's worth it! They have that, "if you don't like it, lump it" attitude!" I have heard this business has changed hands. We always have to wait at least 30 minutes no matter what you need. My wife ordered Platelet Rich Plasma tears last month. We have used them before for this but this time she had a strong allergic reaction. We took them back, they promised to test them, and many many times promised to call us back which they never did. They refunded nothing. They did not reply to written correspondence. We took our business to the Woodlands and will not be back. read more

I ordered a refill on my prescription over two weeks ago after calling it in on their automated line. After several days and no response, I called to check on it. I was told it was "prepared for shipping" - and subsequently told the same thing the three other times I called. On my last call, on Friday, I was informed that it would be made again and go out the same day. Because the medication requires refrigeration, I asked her to call me with the tracking number. You got it - no phone call. I called on Monday, only to be told by same girl that she "left it for shipping and 'they' didn't ship it" so it would go out on Monday. She called me back with the tracking number and I received it that evening. Apparently the package was sitting out since Friday, the original shipping day, because the ice packs were not only unfrozen, they - and my prescription - were HOT. I live 75 miles away, so it's not an issue of convenience in my needing it shipped. If you're dependent on a medication as I am, don't use them. Go somewhere that values you and your health because they don't care. read more

Stopped in for the first time to pick up a prescription and oh my wow, this place is incredible! Firstly, the staff is incredibly kind and knowledgable - which was especially helpful for my first time at a compounding pharmacy. Second - the gift store!! This really was an unexpected treat when picking up a prescription. The cutest and coziest gift store I've ever walked into. Find another place to do business! My doc called in a prescription and told me to go straight to pharmacy to pick it up. They claimed that they didn't have it and shrugged their shoulders. I asked if they would call the doctor's office and they very reluctantly did so. I waited over 1/2 hour and still didn't have prescription so I left meaning I was unable to start my desperately needed treatment. I went back the next morning only to find more than SEVEN disgruntled customers waiting and waiting. This place had more than 6 employees working both times I was there, so a shortage of help isn't the problem. Incompetence, indifferent employees are the problem. My doc is going to have to refer me to a different compounding pharmacy!! Oh, and the older lady that works there insisted on taking the printed instructions for me from my doc...and then LOST it and couldn't remember taking it from me. Geez Louise. read more

Love, love, love this place! They have such a strong community/neighborhood feel. All of the pharmacy personnel are top notch; extremely knowledgeable, qualified and friendly. They actually treat you like a friend and take time to make sure that you understand your medication. Not what you're used to. The same goes double for the rest of the staff and the gift shop. Great service, better people. By the time you come back (and you will) they will know your name and ask how things are going - and they actually want to hear the answer... I recently visited this facility to place an order for compounded medication. The pharmacist and one of the employees Courtney were absolutely delightful not to mention being perts in their field. This pharmacy is very conveniently located and the service was outstanding. I was asked to return the next day for my medication and it was right on time. Compounding pharmacies are increasingly hard to find and his one has he added bonus of a store full of curios and gifts as well. The people at this pharmacy really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Brandon has been so friendly and polite when he calls to let me know that a prescription has been submitted. He also went out of his way to call me back and let me know they could have my updated prescription ready sooner than expected. The ladies I met at checkout were also very friendly (while also being efficient) and were sweet with my daughter as she showed off the umbrella she'd picked out in their gift shop. If everyone in the world were as friendly and polite as they are at this pharmacy, the world would be a much happier place.
