I'm sorry for saying this, but I'm not really sorry. EVERYONE IN THE PHARMACY are RUDE!!! They always seemed annoyed when you're picking up prescriptions or calling them for questions. They always in a hurry and if you're not quick enough, they will hang up on you!! I get it, they're busy. But all pharmacies are busy, but they're not rude!!! They have a line or something, but can't they be polite? Ask the customer if there's anything that they can help you with? Or at least speak nicely, NOT like they're ANNOYED because you ask more than 2 questions! It seems like they don't want to talk to anyone more than 30 seconds and it will take you at least 5 minutes to get a live person if you're lucky! That's why I don't go to CVS. Too bad one of my clients have them for her prescriptions. Even the CVS on Chimney Rock/I-10 staff are the same.

I am more than frustrated with the major pharmacy chains in my area(CVS, Kroger,and esp.Walgreens)!!!! The pharmacist in most of these stores exhibit zero compassion!!!! The ladies at Well Lake are so refreshing. They care for the patients' health instead of the profit! The pharmacists at Well Lake are care and are very knowledgeable. The added bonus with the pharmacy is that they fill your prescriptions while waiting! After being at the Dr.'s off for hrs and feeling horrible it is a huge relief to know it takes just minutes to fill the medications. I pray this pharmacy get the business they deserve in order to remain open. I know my husband is a physician and neither one of us recommend anywhere else. In fact, I got the pharmacists' business cards and displayed them in my husband's office. I hope this review helps and encourages people to trust this pharmacy.

Online photo print ordering system says done today (ordered last night) and then phone calls from their stores saying "no paper" or "no covers" and then finally "no one here to finish it" after I found the location with the supplies (that's me, I had to find the right store). So, after I got one of the books (ordered 3, and only 1 got printed), I started calling Walgreens around the city for someone who knows how to do the binding. Transferred my prescription, but when I arrived the price was much higher than what I was quoted online. The lady rudely said the pharmacy didn't accept my RX insurance; she was very short with me. I also asked if she could discard my old prescriptions (2 bottles of pills), and she said it would be $5. No explanation on why. (I would have paid this had she been a little less rude with me.)
