Terrible customer service. On hold 30 minutes waiting on the pharmacy for a flu prescription. Never came to the phone to at least say go somewhere else, we don't want your business. Sorry management and pharmacist that surely could hear the phone ringing. If it was up to me they wouldn't get a red cent from me but unfortunately this dang pharmacy is the one that the insurance offers and is the closest. Terrible customer service. I went in today to pick up a prescription and there was one customer ahead of me. There was no one at the register but someone working in the middle section where they prepare the medication said "someone will be right with you", right after this 2 other employees, a male and female started talking about getting a $1000 bonus by doing vaccines and just carrying on with this conversation while we were waiting to be helped. The customer in front of me turned and said "they having a side bar conversation while customers are waiting" and I knodded in agreement. That's when one of the employees asked the customer "what did you say" and the customer told her what she told me ...but the way she did it was rude and when the customer responded she just said "ok" and still continued the conversation with the male employee but then said "oh I don't work here". By this time 2 other employees came up to the register to help us and then the pharmacist came over and apologized to the customer but then started explaining that the person that was now helping was off the clock and that she didn't know there were customers waiting but she was working on something else. The pharmacist never took accountability. The experience at this location is by far the worst that you can ever experience. I just grabbed my medicine and walked away. The SLOWEST and minimally stocked pharmacy I've ever used in my life! They receive a lot of business; however, so does Chick-fil-A and they always service efficiently and quickly. Last month, the pharmacy waited until 8 pm (they close at 9) one night to call me to inform me that they didn't have any inventory for prescription I needed for some chronic pain. I was pissed because all I wanted was some relief. So, I had to call another pharmacy myself to see who had inventory. Today, I've been in line for about 40 minutes. Thought to write a review because they are annoying. Whoever owns this location needs to come up with better operations strategies. read more

I absolutely despise this place. It usually takes me less time to get over being sick than the time it takes actually get the medicine. These people are slow and inefficient and they're always out of medicine. And I'm not sure how they're always out of medicine because they don't actually fill anybody's medication. This place should be lucky because our insurance forces us to go to CVS. At this point, I've been paying cash price so that I can go anywhere else but CVS. This place should be closed down. They are ALWAYS hanging up on you when you're trying to speak with the pharmacist. Idk if they think that s* is cute?? Then when you immediately call back (because you need to speak with the pharmacy!) they want to have an attitude as if you're not a patient that needs assistance of some sort. I didn't know it was possible to be this inefficient. I have tried over and over again to give the employees the benefit of the doubt, but they have proven themselves time and time again to not only be incompetent but slightly egotistical, seemingly spiteful, and amazingly inefficient. I had dental surgery, these people are in a position to provide meds that prevent complications from that surgery from arising. 3 hours to fill a prescription. Every month, attempt to pick up medication, because it's a controlled substance and my skin is a little too dark. I am not afforded basic human decency like, picking up my medication a day early because I have a LIFE OUTSIDE OF playing curtsy to CVS. Absolute trash. The only reason I'm glad I can give one star is for the woman who helped me when picking up my husbands prescription. She was nice and helpful. My husband had spent nearly 12 hours at an ER today and came straight to CVS to drop off his prescription. We're new to the area and new to this cvs. The girls at the front were not helpful at all and treated my husband like an annoyance. You would think they would be kind to everyone but especially someone who still has an iv bandage and hospital wrist still attached to them. We will never come here again. read more

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They sent a text to me stating my prescription was ready. When I get there it's not. I leave. 20 minutes late I receive another text 2 prescription are ready, I go back the young lady at the pickup counter walks away. She's the only one here and the line is getting longer. Went to pick up my Humulin N insulin prescription from autofil. Doing renovations in store. When check out person in pharmacy pulled my prescription it was not in fridge. I questioned that it wasn't in fridge and she lied and said it was just filled. I know it was a lie because they called three days ago that it was ready for pickup! I declined the pick up! Called the pharmacy yesterday and was on hold for over an hour. Then called the store to be told be the employee that I needed to call the pharmacy line. No help what so ever. I stop in this morning to see about my prescription and after a 20min of back and forth of me giving information, the girl said that there lines have been down for a while. The conversation stater off by " my doctor called in yesterday about 3pm". Should've the next thing be that "sorry but our lines have been down for awhile now so if your doctor tried calling yesterday they wouldn't have been able to." Instead of asking me for alternative addresses because she couldn't find me in the system. The communication between staff is horrible. Will take our business somewhere else. read more

I have yet to have a good experience at this pharmacy. I always have to wait a long time for them to verify one thing or another. I have paid out of pocket and placed claims with insurance because I was billed incorrectly as well as waiting over an hour only to have to come back another day for them to straighten things out.....and that happened more than once. This is also only for the pharmacy: my daughter had to have a small surgery on the heel of her foot today. I took the 2 scripts to this pharmacy one for the pain. I got there at 5:45 to be told they couldn't do it cause they closed at 6pm. After I explained that my daughter was in pain and I needed these filled (almost begging). The pharmacy MANAGER yelled from the other side of the pharmacy that she was tired and I could go somewhere else. She also told me to try the Walgreens on wood forest and uvalde. When I explained my daughter was crying in the back seat in pain she told me to try the 24hr CVS on Mesa and the beltway. I was so mad when I left but desperate I drove to the 24hr cvs pharmacy on Mesa. Only to get there to learn they too closed at 6pm. I will never ever go to this pharmacy again. I can not believe she couldn't fill 2 scripts in 15 minutes before they closed!!!! Unreal. Inhuman!!!!! read more
