In the meantime it sits in the queue and no one looks at it.... It just will not get filled. My Dr. prescribed meds and put STAT on it, they still don't care and get to when they get to it. Looking for a new pharmacy, preferably an independent vs. a chain. I jumped ship long time ago from CVS since they are equally bad.

I went back again Sunday, the actual day of her party, and once again they said it had not been started. Then I was told it would take 15 more minutes because there were four orders ahead of mine. After two wasted trips and a lot of frustration, I had no choice but to cancel the order. This was supposed to be a special gift for my daughter's milestone birthday. Instead, it became a huge inconvenience and very upsetting. The most frustrating part was how little concern anyone seemed to have for wasting my time. If the order wasn't ready, customers should not be sent multiple "ready for pickup" emails. Very poor customer service.

At drop-off, I provided clear billing instructions to ensure the prescription was processed correctly under the appropriate workers' compensation coverage so that no personal insurance or co-pay would apply. The prescribing provider had also clearly indicated this on the prescription itself. When I returned approximately two hours later, I was charged a standard co-pay under my personal insurance. I immediately explained -- again -- that this was a work-related injury and that the prescription should not have been processed that way. The pharmacist then spent another 20 minutes looking for the billing paperwork, stating it had potentially been thrown away. It ultimately could not be located. Losing or discarding billing documentation for a work injury claim is not a minor oversight -- it reflects a serious lack of attention to process and accountability. At nearly 2AM, needing the medication more than a prolonged dispute, I paid the fee under protest so I could leave with what I medically required. This situation should not have happened. Work injury billing is routine and should be handled correctly the first time. Walgreens needs a review of overnight document handling procedures to prevent this from happening to someone else.

In the old, dark days the employees would huddle together talking among themselves quite content ignoring customers walking aimlessly around the store. They've added more self checkout stations which makes the glacial speed if their previous "express" lanes a thing of past, hopefully. They've also added a coffee bar. Quite honestly this doesn't seem like a good idea but maybe its my Starbucks snobbery showing. My most significant remaining complaint is the horrendous way they display prices on products. Packages aren't individually priced, products are not in the proper shelf location to have the confidence that the shelf price tag is correct and to finalize the disaster they've eliminated the price scanners that would allow you to clear up any confusion. Reassign photo development desk worker…read more This incident happened last month and i wasn't going to leave a review but honestly the way this worker handled this situation has been making my blood boil thinking of it. My dog unexpectedly passed away last month, I wanted to get a couple pictures printed to frame in memory. I placed my order online once i received the email that it was ready to be picked up, I headed to the store to collect them. Once I arrived I made my way to the photo counter, I was then told to wait right there by this lady (Didn't have a name tag on. White blonde larger size lady) while she finished packing serval photo order. She maybe could have been nicer and told me she'll be with me in a minute ? Or maybe stopped packaging orders for a second to hand me my prepaid photos. I was waiting there for a good 3-5 minutes for her to finish packaging the envelopes. Until I finally asked if she could just grab my photos real quick. She was definitely annoyed by that but honestly don't care now, she asked for my last name. Couldn't find the photos so she asked for my first, still couldn't find the photos. I showed her my confirmation and she just kept repeating "I don't have them". I ended up just thanking her and walking out the store out of embarrassment for thinking I came to the wrong location. Once I got in my car I pulled back up the confirmation to put in the correct Walgreens but i was at the correct location already. I proceeded to walk back to the front counter calm and collective and mentioned to her that this was actually the correct location and asked if she could double check one more time. Which she did but then turned quickly turned back to me and said "I don't know what you want me to do, I don't have them" I proceeded to ask her then where are they and she finally checks her system and mentions they probably have been picked up. I was told in the email I needed my identification card to pick up the photos so I don't see how that's possible. I'm reminding this worker of there own policy and all I keep getting out of her is "I don't know what you want to to do, I don't have them" as she goes back to packing envelopes. At this point I'm starting to get a bit teary eyed by this whole situation. i just wanted to memorize my dog who just passed away two days ago. Now im being yelled at by this egotistical photo developer for wanting my photos I paid for ? Finally, this shorter younger (I believe hispanic) worker who was overhearing our conversation came over from stocking something on the side shelf to help me. She asks for my name again and in literally 5-10 seconds my three photos I ordered were done. I had now waisted a good 10-15 minutes of my day going back and forth with this rude and incompetent worker when picking up my photos should've been less than a minute experience. What I'm pretty sure actually happened was that she was rushing packing orders and slipped my three photos into someone else's envelope. Please just move her to a different position. Maybe stocking or get her to sweep the parking lot because she genuinely is lazy and does not know how to talk to customers, you never know what they might be going through and why they might need those photos. HeB had eggs at a great price and I stocked up, we eat a ton of eggs. This HEB is always well stocked but always crowded too. I made a great choice of time and came at the right time where the crowds were minimal. I got everything I needed in about 30 minutes because the store was well stocked. Shout out to the HEB app, it directed me to the exact aisle for the items I needed and there was even a map to show the approximate location on the shelf. Checkout was quick and easy, I used the regular register and not the self checkout but the guys were efficient and friendly.

I purchased a little over $200 of groceries at Walmart on 1/7/2025 but was really disappointed with several items. Fresh cut fruit with pineapple, grapes, cantaloupe, and strawberries. All of the fruit was overripe except the grapes. I threw most of it away. I thought I looked it well, but the bottom fruit was over ripe. The expiration date was shown to be 1/10/2025. I bought Peanut Butter Fudge No Bake Cookies "best by 1/7/2025" (the day I bought it) but they were so dry we could not eat them. They were obviously old. Also bought Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl brownie bites "best by 01/18/25" (I bought on 1/7/2025. There were so dry that we could not eat any of them. Even microwaving for a few seconds did not help. I am really disappointed in the bakery and fruit purchases. It will make me hesitate to purchase any of those items in the future. This cost quite a bit of money but was like throwing my money in the trash. No, I didn't take them back because it is just too much trouble to do so.

The management lied and said THEY couldn't cancel orders and only customer care could. She also told her greeter to deny all calls and send them straight to customer care hotline because they had better things to do. She then blocked my number from returning her call to confirm that the order was still active. To my surprise, while on the phone with customer care reviewing the ACTIVE order , my order was then cancelled randomly (I am sure by the same manager that said she couldn't). We all know once orders are cancelled it takes more than a few days to get your money back so now my family is without food for Christmas because your employee just failed to do her job in the first place. I know Christmas time is busy but this is what you were compensated for. I spend way too much money on Walmart produce and I've never experienced this much negligence. There was a complaint submitted to Walmart. I do also thankfully have proof and will be getting them submitted to higher ups. Merry Christmas
