Bad customer service, stolen items Ordered a package to get delivered at this CVS. When I came to retrieve my package I was told it never delivered which turned out to be a lie, UPS shows me that employee Jose signed for it. He told me that he doesn't have it and will look for it. Definitely was stolen as it was an expensive order. Nobody dared to look for my package. It has been a month and I still have not been given my package. Somebody pease report this CVS to be taken down or to be given brand NEW staff. Horrible people. read more

Stopped by today at 1:00 am to get orajel for my tooth ache. I had to ask the manager to get the medicine for me since it's locked and she took it to the front counter . When checking out I reminded the young man of my orajel which he scanned along with other items . He put "everything " which I thought was everything in a bag . Getting home I realized he did not put the Orajel in the bag . I'm pregnant and cannot take anything but Tylenol which barely relieves the pain . The only thing that would have gotten me through the night was the orajel . Worst part about it was I was charged for it and the whole reason for my late night purchase was for the orajel. Employees need to pay attention to what they're doing and not to mention the smell of cigarette reaping through the cashiers pores . read more

Callled to check to see if their location or any location in the area had a particular baby formula in stock. Spoke with Alonso he took the time to check his location and surrounding locations with the item number provided. He went above and beyond. Thank you Alonzo. I was going to purchase a cleanser that I thought would work for me and after talk to him about what I struggled with he was able to recommend me a cleanser what would work. This is the worst pharmacy. I've had several problems with this pharmacy. Helen "pharmacy manager" is the worst. When I was told that my medicine would not be ready until an hour later I asked if she could call another pharmacy so I could pick it up sooner and Helen's response was..."You can call! Then she had the nerve to tell me "It's only amoxicillin anyway". I reminded her that her comment was unprofessional and her response was " wait a moment" and returned my prescription. I asked why she was returning my prescription? She responded by saying "I'm not going to fill your prescription anymore." All this because I asked her to call another CVS pharmacy to see if they can assist me. Then she had the nerve to tell me to leave. I immediately called corporate. It is unfortunate that CVS hires unprofessional individuals unwilling to go the extra mile. So they lost me as a customer I was forced to switch to this pharmacy because our previous CVS was closed down. I've had problems since I've been coming here. My parents have had problems as well. The customer service is the worst. They are rude. Needless to say...I took my business elsewhere....to Walgreens. I already had my sister meds filled at Walgreens and thus this just confirmed that I should have been coming here all along. Walgreens had my meds ready in 20 minutes hassle free. The customer service is great. Professionals work atvWalgreens. I would not recommend this CVS pharmacy to anyone. Not until they remove the poison and bring him new professional people. read more

It used to be a supermarket back in the days. And I'm glad they decided to open a CVS here. It's fairly new with a great staff that is so friendly and very helpful. Everything is well stocked and organized. They maintain this store clean. Plenty of parking. Every time I've come here it's never busy. read more

Ditch the Bell CVS that always has ridiculous lines and wait times at the pharmacy and drive the extra 5 minutes it takes to come to this one. Its not open 24 hours but the service is fast and friendly. read more
