She is always super helpful, efficient and professional. This cvs constantly has a line but she always rings things up in a timely manner without being rude. I have also had interactions with two young males I think they might be supervisors and they are always very professional and helpful as well. There are several Cvs around the area but I always feel more welcomed at this one so I always come back to this one. This CVS is lucky to have these wonderful associates working at this location. Sometimes it takes a little long for someone to come open one of the locks but this is more of a staffing issue and not a customer service issue because I always see the employees busy helping someone else out or they are assisting customers in line because the line does get long sometimes. The employees are polite as they ring you up BUT you can hear them talk shit about other customers amongst each other in from of other customers. Having a conversation with a coworker across the room about something irrelevant while there's people in line or trying to get there attention for some help is extremely rude and unprofessional. This location is very disorganized and many things are low in stock. For example, I went in for a deodorant once, there was only one left of the kind I use, but it didn't even have the top.
