The Asian Pharmacist is really angry all the time she lied and said they don't carry a specific medicine and then the same day my husband was prescribed the same medicine and she filled it. She told me that they don't carry it behind the counter and that I could buy it over the counter and threw my prescription back at me ..that lady has an issue and it was early in the morning when the pharmacy first open so she came to work with that nasty attitude.I had just left the er after suffering from a migraine overnight....My over all experience is always great at this local cvs the other pharmacy techs and pharmacist all seem very nice and go out there way to help the people that need it,when you are sick and need meds you shouldn't have to beg the pharmacist to do their job,my husband was also prescribed ointment for his eyes and she told him that they don't fill that eye ointment there and he needs to go somewhere else or ask the doctor to rewrite the prescription,so my husband went back to the emergency room to ask the doctor to rewrite the script and told him what the pharmacist said,the er doctor could not believe that the pharmacist didn't just call him to adjust the prescription,the er doctor said the actions of the pharmacist was unbelievable. read more

The main pharmacist here, Ileka, is truly one of the best I've ever encountered at a CVS. He went above and beyond to make sure that my prescription would be in stock at a certain location. He was so kind and truly made sure I was taken care of. In all honesty though, I will say that the main pharmacy line was very very long (the longest I probably seen any CVS location ever). Ok, Im not sure how things are ran during the day but my visit yesterday was during the evening at about 7:00 pm. The team members that was running the registers was very impressive. Inwas doing a business run and it was a ling line but not for long with these young ladies running things. Plenty of parking. Very clean store. There was a looooong line of customers waiting even though three people were working. I was getting a pint of ice cream, and by the time I was going to eat, it was melted more than half of the product. And there was an announcement regarding a deodorant over and over and over like a broken record. Oh wait, was that a subliminal message? They suck, have three different signs starting September 23rd the pharmacy will close at 12:30 to 1:00 and "will be back at 1" results that they close from 1:30pm to 2pm, was waiting since 1:15 in line and was not helped. Customer service sucks, go to a different pharmacy. read more

I would say this is the worst CVS pharmacy ever but it's only a few people that make this location suck. I have multiple health issued and more recently I've had back to back surgeries and I needed to fill my prescriptions so I wouldn't have a lapse in medication. I was treated badly over the phone and in person by certain employees and this one pharmacist literally argued with me over policy that didn't exist and he then admitted that he could do what he wanted as a pharmacist. I limit myself to when certain employees are working and I shouldn't have to do that. Update: Pharmacist James Ng is a jerk in a little white coat! He has harassed my Dr about my Rx all year!!! This time he refused to serve me. I've referred this to CVS Corporate office and my medical provider. He shouldn't be allowed to treat a person with disabilities this way. read more

Waited an hour in line for my medication because they only had one pharmacy cashier. I felt so bad for the man. The lines were all the way into the aisles. You need to hire more pharmacy cashiers or take better care of the ones you already have. Waiting an hour for a medication I can't afford to skip doses on is unacceptable customer service. This is my local cvs and I come here regularly for emergency necessities. It is shocking that this location still hasn't gotten their customer service together. It's a shame. I'm sure there are those here that work hard and get their job done but the cashier Gabriela for sure is NOT one of them. She was closest to the register and doesn't greet incoming customers nor the customer she's about to help in line. She was on her phone, with a bad attitude, and terrible customer service. This cvs has a lot of convenient services like a Citi ATM, money orders and passport photos. It's the 'newest' cvs in the area but it is poorly managed. The employees are polite as they ring you up BUT you can hear them talk shit about other customers amongst each other in from of other customers. Having a conversation with a coworker across the room about something irrelevant while there's people in line or trying to get there attention for some help is extremely rude and unprofessional. This location is very disorganized and many things are low in stock. For example, I went in for a deodorant once, there was only one left of the kind I use, but it didn't even have the top. read more

If you use your backpack on a regular basis expect to be treated like a criminal. They want you to leave your backpack in front of the store with the cashiers. No they are not going to be responsible if anything comes up missing. There are other cvs stores that I can shop at, that don't treat customers like their going to steal something, even though I have spent a lot of money there. It's rude. Been here a couple of times...I thought since they were new maybe it's an excuse to not have everything stocked. I have had many regular items not be where they are marked! Completely empty. You'd think they'd have a blow out sale or something. The line has been really long twice with one cashier and wandering employees. Gave a one cause that's the lowest would of given a -10 if I could. I tried transferring a prescription from rite aid to cvs, when I called cvs to see if they accepted my healthcare plan I explain to the tech my situation and she said it was fine. She got all my information and told me the pharmacist was going to call rite aid to make the transfer. 15 min later I get a call from the pharmacist yelling at me telling me that why did I give them the wrong number and information that they had callled rite aid and they didn't have anything under that name. I told him sir you don't have to be yelling at me I asked him for his name which I forgot from how mad I was and he just said ok ok ok and clicked on me. What kind of customer service is this???? I order a mounted photo panel online, it was ready for pick up, i went and i asked them for my order and at first they didnt know where my MPP was, i told them what it looked like, one worker comes with my image but no panel, there was a blank panal on the back (it was mine), essentially my photo was not on the panel i had to put the photo on the panel myself (ive never done this so you can imagine how that went, photo has bend crease now because it got stuck to the panel as i was trying to put it on but alligning it, i thought i had paid for my picture to already be on the panel but i guess not, at least the workers sounded nice, they just seemed to have zero experiance with photo work which i cant blame them if its not their section so i blame the management and CVS read more

Brand new CVS just under 2-3 minutes from my house! Came to check the place out after it recently opening and decided to make some prints while I was there. The place is very clean, and big. The place was great and right as I walked in I got greeted too. All the staff is super friendly especially the manager he helped me with my prints and was very friendly to me and my son. Place is great only complaint would be that they're understaffed but they're brand new so that's normal. read more

There was an employee eating what appear to be her lunch while ringing up customers . Needless to say there card reader dint work or apple pay was accessible. I don't know what's wrong with their phones I have been trying to call to get a prescription refilled and it just rings and rings no answer.

The employees are not helpful and the security is rude. I accidentally dropped a bit of yogurt on the floor, and in my job( in n out) I never let a guest clean, pick up, or hassle on anything. That's my job. As a good civilian, I was gonna pick it up my self. I asked the front desk person if they had towels or anything but they looked confused and were looking at the floor and then said "ugh no" , as I was looking for old receipts in my bag to clean it up. The security guard just looks at me and smirks while nodding his head, so rude. I went to the bathroom to get a wet towel but they weren't open but luckily there was toilet paper next to the water fountain. So I wet some towels and cleaned up my mess. My friends told me that I shouldn't have done that. A job is a job and it wasn't my fault. I do apologize for the spill but I felt embarrassed of all the workers just looking at me passing by. read more
