This CVS is located in shopping center next to Pollo Campero and close to a UPS Store. Elva is usually one the cashiers and she always warmly greets customers coming in or leaving. She is always super helpful, efficient and professional. This cvs constantly has a line but she always rings things up in a timely manner without being rude. I have also had interactions with two young males I think they might be supervisors and they are always very professional and helpful as well. There are several Cvs around the area but I always feel more welcomed at this one so I always come back to this one. This CVS is lucky to have these wonderful associates working at this location. Sometimes it takes a little long for someone to come open one of the locks but this is more of a staffing issue and not a customer service issue because I always see the employees busy helping someone else out or they are assisting customers in line because the line does get long sometimes. I've been coming to this pharmacy for myself and 3 kids for more than 10 yrs and I never was treated the way I was treated these past two times I've gone for medication the same girl at the front window was very rude and unprofessional and laughed at my face I asked her nicely for her name so I can let her manager know and she immediately told me she wasn't going to tell me her name I asked for her name since she didn't have her badge on her with to identify herself. I requested consult and she was also rude about it. I spoke to pharmacist and according to him her name is Michelle. Horrible and rude customer service the security Gaurd wave there hand in expression to go away! I can't believe it! The person who closed the door from CVS and the security Gaurd told me that the store was closed and did not let anyone in they are supposed to close at 10 but instead decided to close 7 minutes before. Bad service, only 3 associates in the store and the 3 were at the cashier. I waited over 20 minutes ringing the bell to have some one come and open a locked case to get sunscreen. No one bothered coming I left the store. asked if no one was going to they said no not until they aren't busy. So I left and one associate left right after me. The reason I'm writing a negative review is because this cvs is terrible . For starters, they do not have a security guard, so if someone gets crazy. Well best of luck for everyone. The pharmacy is very unorganized. You're not allowed to use the restrooms which is weird because at one point they used to let people use it before. The area is not the nicest some locals act trashy and I notice even tweakers like coming here. Do not buy a gift cards from here if you wanna get your refund. I was here on a Wednesday night at around 7:45pm and there weren't many people roaming this CVS. I dropped off and picked up a couple of prescriptions, and also got a few cans of soup (on sale!). All in all, my total trip took no more than 10-15 mins. Staff was friendly all around. There were just 2 customers in front of me on the check out line, and when I got to the cashier she apologized for the wait. Courteous of her. The store in general is well stocked, clean, and well-lit. Yay. read more

Where do I start.. Horrible customer service! rude manager employees ect.. had to use the restroom before buying my hair products and I was told they had no restrooms available when I've been allowed to use them in the past. The CVS Pharmacy , is in my opinion one of the worst pharmacies you could choose. Long wait times after waiting in a pick up line to pick up your meds they make you make another line to edit your medication on the drop off line? Seriously specially in the circumstance that we are in right now, they seriously need to get it together and work something out to get these people in and out. There is about 30 people waiting in these lines. Talk about social distance. read more

I go here all the time, and it is a great pharmacy don't listen to these people in the comments more than half of them are part of the problem because they go in there with messed up attitudes expecting to be treated the best, stop crying and stop judging if you're the problem losers, I have always got great customer service from Liz, and the other technicians. I hate this CVS. For some reason every time I go in there is always only one register open and the line has about 8+ people in it. The layout is completely ridiculous. The other workers are never to be seen and if they are there they are usually hanging out in the magazine aisle. I don't even bother going there unless it is an absolute must. I usually come to this CVS when I need something and it's always an in and out trip, however this time I was looking for Neutrogena makeup and after like 15 mins of looking for it I found it. I was looking at the makeup and it looked odd, discolored and the oil had settled to the top, so I thought oh no biggie maybe you need to mix it, until I checked the expiration date and found that one bottle was expired 11/18 and the other one 01/19. I was shocked to learn CVS was selling expired makeup. I advised an associate in the make up department, she quickly grabbed the make up, continued to shake it and just said "ok" after I explained that the make up was expired. I asked if they had anymore make up and she just smiled shook her head and continued working. Never apologized for the inconvenience. I went back to check the other shades and they were also expired. I have been with this pharmacy for 3 yrs and it has declined in service rapidly! The service is horrible! I have waited in line one to many times for more than half an hour at times, listen to them make excuses why they never have enough meds to fill a prescription each time I go in or call for a refill and if you use the website or just place a call to refill, it takes them days to fill! Today is the last straw! Getting placed on hold just to get hung up on for 15 minutes is ridiculous! Do NOT rely on this pharmacy for your health because you will not get it! read more

Walked in to look for a particular item and found a dozen people in line. 2 cashiers that looked like they were tired. Staff allowed people to sit down on the wicker lounge chairs an they looked like they were just making themselves comfortable. Made me feel uncomfortable. Another employee was in the middle of the aisle just on her cell phone and not working. Really? In this tough economy your not going to care about keeping your JOB? Really? I have been coming to this store for years. The customer service has gotten worse and worse!! I was in the store the other day to purchase my sick daughter medicine and some electro lights because she had a fever and was dehydrated, the like had about 6 or 7 people and only one cashier, she was having some issue with a customer and was taking for ever. everyone had a frustrated look on their face, the cashier didn't even call for back up and didn't have the decency to at least turn and let us know she would be right with us. At this point I dropped all my stuff and took my business elsewhere. I would like to give my city my money instead of spending it somewhere else.
