This has been my CVS forever and I've seen it go through many changes. It's a very busy place but open 24 hours so you can pick up your meds or whatever you need any time you want. The pharmacy staff is always very nice even though they are practically running from customer to customer. read more

CVS has become the number one place for us to buy all of our pharmaceutical products due to our medical insurance carrier. Fair pricing and accommodating in most cases.   The only problem I have with most of their locations is the wait time at their pharmacy.  It almost seems  that they don't have enough people working the counter. We do like their occasional "40%" discounts on individual items that we have taken advantage of on high price items. read more

This is the closest CVS to me now and some insurances require people to use them. So I have been here a bunch. I read other reviews and feel that while they are fair, they don't represent the average experience. They represent the majority of people who would review a CVS (5 star/1 star). I have waited for ten minutes before being acknowledged on the pharmacy line. I have been helped immediately. I have been asked if I needed help while looking through the aisle. It has been an average experience. Mostly it has been fine. Once or twice, it has been less than desired. I would say it was a 2.5 star CVS. Fair from the best, I have been to before. Overall, it is fine. Rounding up since 2.5 isn't a scale. read more

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. This pharmacy is DISGUSTING. I have been having a whole ordeal with trying to get a script authorized, and the only person/party who is not being compliant or even showing even slightly an ounce that she cares is the pharmacist her name I believe is spelled Vespa. How do you work with medicine, and have people that rely on you to help them get their scripts, and THIS is how a rude, interruptive, can't believe this is the field she chose adult acts towards people who need her help! Take my advice and find another pharmacy, the fact that I'm not even complaining in this review about the long wait inside and through the drive-through is crazier. read more

Was just in this CVS for almost one hour trying to print one photograph. Asked for help, waited 15 minutes for two people to show up who knew nothing about why I was having trouble with the machine. Then another girl came over who also did not know why I was having trouble. Then the icing on the cake, the last little nasty twit arrived. Was on the machine next to me, and said "this machine works, do it here". I said "do you know how many times I've started over in the now 45 minutes I've been here?". She yelled at me "do it on this one or don't do it I don't care" and walked away. This store is the worst, with the nastiest people working there. Corporate needs to address this. read more

My prescription was called in 2 hours ago and I was told it would take 20 to 30 minutes, so I killed some time and here I am 2 hours later and it STILL ISN'T READY!! Absolutely the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever encountered in my life. Meds are NEVER ready HOURS after they've been sent. They are clearly not staffed with enough pharmacists or have very poor management. The staff always seems embarrassed or exhausted from constantly being yelled at for meds not being ready. i Went to the store today to pick up prescriptions for family membe, just came out of surgery and George in the pharmacy must of been having a bad day and doesn't know customer service. Extremely rude to numerous people he was helping including myself. He might be new as I usually am there numerous times. Wait time was over an hour even though prescriptions were called in 4 hours before from hospital. I am guessing they are to busy or not enough staff. They do close down from 130-2 for lunch for a staff of 7, I guess that's the business way. read more

Normally would not comment about a drugstore, but this place warrants this bad review. The pharmacy is the worst! ALWAYS a wait, no matter the time or if you are at the drive-up or in the store. I tried calling after midnight to check on my medication, and was put on hold for over 45 minutes.....no one answers the phone, too busy at this hour? Next morning my son picks up my medicine, says they are not busy, comes home, and it seems that my prescription is wrong. Again, tried calling to discuss and am put on hold for over 1/2 hr. At this point it is clear they just don't answer their phones. Called back to speak w/ the store manager, and she tells me she does not know what they do back there....great customer service. With the proliferation of CVS stores on Long Island, best to find another one to deal with, or another drugstore all together! read more

I went to the CVS drive through today and I waited for 40 minutes for three cars in front of me to be serviced. When it was my turn I was told that my prescription would not be available until tomorrow. I told the clerk that I would prefer not to wait until tomorrow and then he suggested that my prescription be filled generically. I said that I'd rather have the prescription filled the way my doctor prescribed and that I was going to call my doctor. He then said that he could fill my prescription but it would take ten minutes so I should move up or come into the store. I told him that he did not make the three previous cars move up and they took time. I waited patiently for the previous cars and I did not know why he would make me move up and he didn't make anyone else move up. My doctor's office happened to be on the line during the exchange and suggested that I go to another CVS. I have been a loyal customer at this location for several years and if the staff does not want to treat each customer with equal respect then they should not be working there! read more

Every time I'm at this place I ask why I continue coming back. Wait on line to find out they have 2 our of 4 things ready for pickup even though the app shows all 4 ready. Wait on another line to work out whatever issue was with the 2. Now they have to fill the 2 cause guess what? Their mistake. Now I'm literally sitting under a "waiting" sign. What a disaster!!! You would think that alot of us have complained about the ridiculous lines at the pharmacy. Why dont they add a cashier or 2. I'm sure it's not the managers fault, she sees it and I'm sure she has told corporate about it. Shame on me for continuing to come here. 5 years and the same nonsense every time. Today is an example of every experience I've ever had here. Hours after the doc calling over the prescription for my wife we hear nothing, so we call, they say it will be ready in one hour. I go in an hour and a half. Wait on line forever. She disappears for 5 minutes looking for it and when she comes back she says "we just got the order, it's gonna be about 20 minutes." Usually that means an hour. So I leave, get home to find out that my wife received a text saying it was ready roughly 10 minutes before I ever walked in the place. So I go back, wait on line again, and then watch this guy look all over the place before he finally finds it. So disorganized, worst communication ever, endless lines, and not for nothing I had to spell the name "Lisa" for the guy 3 times. Value drug in the village is independently owned, so is 110 drug south of the mall. Join me in boycotting these corporate assbags and going to one of these family owned spots. read more

Don't get your prescription filled here unless you have too!!!!! They are so rude and take forever. My medicine is NEVER ready when it says it will and they make me wait even longer!!! They never call if there are issues, even the simplest of ones. I don't think they check their phone system on refills because it never goes through. I cannot stand this place!!! read more

Normally I go to Midvillage Pharmacy, but not feeling well decided to go somewhere close. Big mistake. It took 3 tries from the doctor to order through. I went to pick it up an hour later and they were still working on it. Staff is nasty and not helpful. Stay away! read more
